So I've tried DressLink several times, I hadn't had an absolutely perfect experience before but I really wanted to have some faith and try again because they actually have some really really nice ideas! You can't really get such bargain prices for the kind of designs you're getting, so shopping with them turns out to be a really good deal. I'm kind of a pro at online shopping and trust me, I've tried all these online stores from big to small and have had everything from success stories to absolute nightmares. But DressLink (I'm super happy to say) was actually a total success story! The shipping time was ok, you know you can't really expect a super fast delivery but it is understandable, the time was nothing out of the ordinary. I can say however that the website is at least very trustworthy, like you really DO get your stuff. Like it's legit. And what I was mentioning earlier about not a perfect experience it was because of the quality in some of my orders but this past order was soooo much better! I can actually say they've really improved. That's why I wanted to write a review, because hey they actually deserve a shout out this time! Just make sure you pay attention to size, as usual when shopping online. All in all, I really do reccommend it.

Not only is the quality of their clothes line exceptional, so was the service and every communication in regard of additional information and ordering. The choice available at DressLink is great, with new outfits coming in almost every day. Visit their offers and you will be spoilt for choice.
A great help is the measure chart. That gave me the option to choose exactly the size for me and all my requirements. None of the outfits I ordered looked any different to how they were depicted; DressLInks attention to detail is most amazing.

Overall I'd say that my experience with Dresslink has been very positive! I've ordered many, many dresses and clothing items online from various sites including Dresslink, Amazon, and Ebay. In other words, I know what I'm talking about. I've ordered several dresses from this site, so I have a broad array of experience to draw from over the course of a sizable period of time. Formerly the quality wasn't that great, but it's improved very much lately. I'm comfortable wearing these dresses in any and every kind of social or professional situation. The ordering process has always been extremely straightforward and Dresslink's website is very trustworthy. I had no trouble whatsoever in ordering the dresses online, submitting payment, or checking out. Beyond that, shipping was fast and I never had any problems in receiving the packages. Overall, the shipping time was very acceptable. One thing to keep in mind is to be very careful about the size when ordering from Dresslink. Obviously you won't have the chance to try the items on ahead of time, so you should make sure to do a lot of research into what size you are and exactly what size dress you're ordering. You just want to make sure you're getting what you pay for!

The only thing the DressLink is lacking is the adjustment of the sizes in placing the successful order placements. As in our case we were looking for the size of 18 but we actually got 16 but that was okay too.

I was recommended to this site by a good friend therefore during my niece's birthday the site came in handy.

First when it comes to quality the site has outstanding quality products. Basically what you ask is what you get. Above that you don't have to worry about paying exorbitant prices for their goods here they have fantastic pricing for all their goods.

I ordered a delicate, shimmery and elegant evening gown for my college prom from DressLink, which a friend of mine had recommended. Apart from the fact that it took them a little longer than normal to ship my product, everything, from their communication channel to the product delivery on my doorstep, was stellar. The product was as good as its portrayal on the website and hence, I would recommend everyone to use this website at least once to get an idea of how good these guys are. As the portal's motto goes, to try our utmost to offer best price, I think the deal I got was really fine. The gown I bought was worth its money, in fact, I think, before buying from here I had researched well on the internet for the same piece of gown and to my surprise, DressLink was offering the same gown at a much much dearer rate. Though I had to wait a little longer but when I received my package, everything was so perfect. I ordered 2 trousers, a sweater and some baby gear. Products I have received were really worth the money I paid. I am a great online shoper and this was a best experience. The interface of this website is very user friendly and communication of their customer service is is really good. Being a student I usually don't have so much money and the deals I found here were so perfect for me. Usually many of us face a problem in online shopping that the thing looks so good in images but in really it sucks. But here on dresslinks I received exactly what was shown on the website. They are really doing a great job. I want to give this website a 5-star rating but giving it 4-star because their shipping time is not too good. I have also had a bad experience. They won't give me my money back on a cancelled order. Have now had to open a dispute with paypal. Very bad company. NEVER AGAIN Look at the message they just sent me.

This company is awful! I have been ordered 25. 6. 2016. I have been paid by PayPal. After not receiving anything I opened a dispute against this unserious and unreliable company at PayPal. First they lied and said I have been not paid! But everybody knows that PayPal is paying immediately! And I have been checked it and of course the amount has been paid to dresslink from PayPall like always There has been never a problem for me with PayPal! Dresslink begged me to close the dispute and than they would sent me my goods or refunding my money. But nothing happend and we have today 25th of September. So they just kept my money. Nice company concept. If you do that worldwide you could earn a lot of money with that. They are somewhere in China. I am in Finland, so what I could do? Nothing! But I want to warn other people to order there!

I bought 8 items worth $41 last June 17. Site says items shall be delivered within 10-25 days. Up until today, no items has arrived. Contacted dresslink and they say to wait a little longer. Until when must I wait for my items?! Its been 63 days now and still no sign of my items. I trusted them with my hard earned money hoping Ill be able to roll my money by starting a new business.
I have purchased items from Rosegal and Ebay and they all arrived on time. Rosegal uses the same shipping method which is China Post but they were able to stick with their committed period of delivery. I just hope there'll be a particular agency whom we could turn to in cases like this wherein many are being scammed by this bogus sites..

I ordered from dresslink.com at the end of June and I was really excited about the items I purchased. I expected the shipment to take a while so I checked for shipping information a week after I placed my order and to my surprise there was tracking info. However when I checked the tracking number there was no information available until about a week and a half later when info finally appeared saying that my package had been delivered to mail box on July 11th which was the week prior to any tracking information being visible. I never received the package, so I contacted the post office and dresslink.com the same day alerting them about my package. I filed a claim online with usps and dresslink said they would do the same. When the post office responded to my claim they informed me that my package was not eligible for me to file an international claim and that the "shipper" would need to file a claim so that I can be reimbursed. So I contact dresslink again thinking that it would be easy since they had already said they would file a claim. When I reach out again by email I get a standard response saying that I needed to file a claim, which started the exact convo I had just had with a rep days prior, when I intialilly contacted them. This convo eneded in them telling me that the claim was filed and that I had to wait seven days. I waited then I emailed on the 8th day asking for an update and was greeted with the exacet same standard responses. No one knows whats going on, no claim has been filed and here I am six weeks after placing my order still being given the run around and I the consumer am out of money. I will never order from them again. They can not be trusted and they're customer service is horrible! BEWARE!

Answer: Directly from China. Be prepared to receive items with holes or stains. I have stopped ordering from this company.
Answer: I don't recall the process, but they are not consistent. I would advise you against ordering from them as they are disreputable. If you read the reviews you will see that they have some shady business practices.
Answer: I've still been ordering on a regular basis. I am just a fan of their clothing and prices and have no incentive other than that to say positive things about them. I do think that 85% of items I purchase are really good and the other 15% will not be as expected, so I agree that some items can be not what I expect, but for all the good items, it's worth it to have the odd thing that isn't right. So maybe for some people when they've ordered two items and one isn't right, they feel really disappointed, but overall, I am happy with most of the things I buy and have been ever since. I am in Australia and maybe cos China is closer to me than the USA, postage has less issues, so there could be different post issues depending where you live. I do also try to pick items that are gonna work if they are a bit smaller or bigger than I expect, like shirts, or posh type tops and items like bags, so I could also have better luck because of what I choose. And like any online clothing shopping, it can be hard to get just the right size, so I do expect a little variation and when something is just too small, I have friends and family I have given items to, so that works for me and some have loved the items. So I have still been ordering regularly, such as I order an item or a few items together from there about once a month and have still been really happy and have received ever order I have placed. For me they take a month on average to arrive, but I am fine with that.
