Dress link sucks! Don't try to get a hold of their helpline. Or call them the number is totally busy all the time and they never answer their emails. They are a bunch of thieves

I ordered a shirt for my daughter-in- law for Christmas. It hadn't come and there were only a few days left before Christmas. I filed a complaint through PayPal. Less than a week before Christmas the package finally arrived. When my daughter-in-law opened the shirt it was a child's size large not a women's size large, which was what I ordered. This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. No more business from me.

I give it 4 stars for WHAT IT IS - my experience with the cost to quality ratio, and how their stuff fits me.
I am in the very-happy camp. I'm 5'6" 145 lbs, long legs relative to my body. I am 36D / Medium top, and typically size 8 / Medium bottoms. I find their sizing runs pretty much true to typical store sizing. I am not as tall as the models, but I have a long curvy shape like they do. I imagine that's one reason I am happy with the fit of everything I've bought. TIP: I consider this with any clothing company - for ex, if the models are all boy-figure types, that's a clue their stuff probably isn't going to fit my curves and look good on me. I was about to buy a pair of absolutely gorgeous shoes. I read negative reviews about orders never shipping but since my purchase was under $10 I decided maybe I'd go for it. They have a page where you can see the products you're ordering, and even though they were going to charge me a little less than $8 for everything including item insurance, the product page said my cart was empty! So I went back and tried selecting my item again and when I checked my cart, there were duplicates of my item! I can't say that if I were to check out that the site would register my order, but wow I really want those shoes. In the pictures they look well-made and I love all the meticulous information they give in the product details! It could be legit, but I'm not going to risk it.

Dreslink is a great place to shop! I have ordered from dresslink a few times now, and I have been pleased. They have a great variety of stuff. Men, women, and children, as well as accessories such as purses, jewelry and watches, shoes, they even have some toys and stuff for around the house! It is really amazing how much different stuff they have! The prices are great, they do not overcharge at all, and there is always something on sell, it is all very affordable. The shipping takes time. If you ordering something you need right now, I wouldn't order here. Just be aware that it will take a couple of weeks to receive your order. I am really ok with the longer shipping time because the prices are so good. The clothing is good quality. I have not had any problems with any of it falling apart one day after you wear it, or anything like that. The customer service is pretty good, if you need to contact them you send an email, and they usually get back to you in about a day. I really enjoy shopping on this website. Oh my God after going through several sites trying to find me a dress for my wedding, up pop this site dresslink.com went through several pages for plus size dresses and saw one dress that I liked, ordered it on a Sunday and by that Tuesday it was at my door. Answer: Directly from China. Be prepared to receive items with holes or stains. I have stopped ordering from this company.
Answer: I don't recall the process, but they are not consistent. I would advise you against ordering from them as they are disreputable. If you read the reviews you will see that they have some shady business practices.
Answer: I've still been ordering on a regular basis. I am just a fan of their clothing and prices and have no incentive other than that to say positive things about them. I do think that 85% of items I purchase are really good and the other 15% will not be as expected, so I agree that some items can be not what I expect, but for all the good items, it's worth it to have the odd thing that isn't right. So maybe for some people when they've ordered two items and one isn't right, they feel really disappointed, but overall, I am happy with most of the things I buy and have been ever since. I am in Australia and maybe cos China is closer to me than the USA, postage has less issues, so there could be different post issues depending where you live. I do also try to pick items that are gonna work if they are a bit smaller or bigger than I expect, like shirts, or posh type tops and items like bags, so I could also have better luck because of what I choose. And like any online clothing shopping, it can be hard to get just the right size, so I do expect a little variation and when something is just too small, I have friends and family I have given items to, so that works for me and some have loved the items. So I have still been ordering regularly, such as I order an item or a few items together from there about once a month and have still been really happy and have received ever order I have placed. For me they take a month on average to arrive, but I am fine with that.
