Stupid of me not to check reviews. Learning the had way that some sites are not what they perport to be.
I ordered a Sherrie Shepard wig which was beautiful in the picture on the website. 2 weeks later I receive the wig which appeared to have been thrown into a used plastic bag, no tags, and the hair looked like some type of animal. It was disgusting, I throw it away.

I'm trying to make a return, or file a ticket, but I've attached video and photos and it will not send. It just keeps spinning and spinning. And of course they do not have an email!

I ordered some stuff on the 10th of February. They refused the credit payment but THEY REFUNDED ME BACK MY MONEY TODAY! Im so happy. Sometimes we are quick to be angry.

If you have not placed an order on this place, do yourself a favor: Avoid it at all costs. Their customer service is horrible. I teach so I am going to use it as case of what not to do in business. I ordered three items. One did not arrive at all (read the other reviews with similar experience). One of the two other items was unlabeled and it is two size smaller. In their shipped package they provide to return forms or even an invoice. For returns and claims, the communication is all online and you have to send pictures. I followed all their nonsensical steps and finally got some response about the unsent item and gave a refund as points but not my money back. I am still waiting on the other item to be resolved. At this point I am filing claims through my PayPal and Credit card.

I thought I found a nice website to get some inexpensive clothing that are not bad looking. What a huge mistake! The quality of clothing that I received is beyond my comprehension. You can get better quality clothing at Walmart! And this comes from a person who spent half of her life in eastern european communist bloc. Back then clothing was really hard to buy, locally produced was really bad quality. Please stay away and don't get charmed by beautiful pictures and all the raving reviews (the company gives rewards for writing them!). I have to yet see my honest review of items purchased. I have to say that one star is really for lovely support that answers promptly.

I ordered 13 items and only 7 Arrived - all which were too small even though I ordered a medium - which is normally plenty big for me. The quality of the items was disgusting! Made frim the cheapest material ever!
I emailed them to ask where I return things for a refund but to date they have still not gotten back to me.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
Imhave a feeling I will never get my money back and stuck with all this junk!

I ordered a top and a skirt from them. Unfortunately I was not smart enough to check for the reviews. After the purchase I checked on the shipping info and it was coming from China. I just received the clothes and it is far from what I ordered. I lost money and will never be able to wear the items. Extremely disappointed!

Reading reviews here I really should have read earlier! At least some of you got your order... I ordered a sweater in Sept 2015 and still have yet to receive the package. I emailed the customer review twice with no response. I Only got a response after I FB messaged them. After that they have been more helpful and finally just gave me a refund. So thank you for that.
Stick with local/US sites. International is just too risky.

I Purchased two items from them in December at the same time. The shipping said 10-25 bussiness days. NO WHERE did it say that ONE item was 10-25 and the other could take up to 45 bussiness days! Also, after i received the first item (late and bad quality) i had asked for tracking. Come to find out they shipped it with no tracking for that item. So i wait almost the full 45 days to get my second item (boots) and one is taller than the other! This is so ridiculous. I am so beyond furious with this company.

I ordered 3 items from DressLily. 2 items were acceptable and fit. The third item was a hoodie that was supposed to be size XL but it was more like XS. It took me over a month to find out how and where to return this item. I sent it back to the address provided by Canada Post with all of the information requested inside the parcel at a personal cost of $40 Canadian. Weeks later I was told they had not received it and no refund was made. This is a total rip off. I will be posting this review everywhere I can to let people know not to order anything here.

Ordered 3 sweaters. Got 3 pieces of garbage. Poor quality. Tried to give truthful review on each item on their site, none were posted. Only positive reviews make it, so it misleads unsuspecting customers. Very hard to communicate with them. Responses don't make sense (overseas).

The clothes are crappy. But what did I expect for the price! Their sizes are ridiculous. Nothing to do with reality. Maybe they just pick a number and stick it on a label. And forget about returning it if it doesn't fit. Their customer service is non-existent. Don't bother shopping unless you like throwing away money.
