To small, size chart is not credible, ships directly from China, no packaging paperwork. No refund or return information for the us. Returns go to China and you pay the shipping. Customer service can't pull up your order information. The organization maybe operating under other web pages. Look at the legal information of operation before placing your order.
It took quite a while, but I got a refund back. Just be persistent. If you are a petite and small person, their clothes would be cute. Like I said before, I like my hoodies. It is a hit or miss, but with persistence, they will give a refund.

They make it seem like their website is base in the United States but their product are cheap and made from China! I ordered 4 items and all of them were no where near what it looked like on the website! Cheap material for sure! It's a SCAM!

Bought two items in Dec. One of them was the wrong size. Trying to return for a refund, impossible. Exchange, almost impossible. They wanted photos sent to prove they sent the wrong size. When I did, they wanted more photos. After 3 and half months finally got the sweater I ordered in the right size. Even though they said they were going to give a refund. Which rather preferred by now. Besides the picture of the item was not exactly what I received both times. The first time I ordered, wrong size or the second one that was the right size. Both did not match picture.

I ordered a coat. Should have remembered that old adage, "If it's too good to be true, it probably is." My first clue that it was going to be bad when I saw the shipping address was China. (I had just had a very poor product that also shipped from China.) My size is a 6-8, so I ordered a size Medium. This coat would probably fit a size 2-4.
I emailed them to ask about exchanging for a larger size and received an automated response, and have heard nothing further from them.
Because if the name, I thought the company was associated with ZuLilly (a very good company, by the way) but now suspect they chose their name for exactly that reason: to get some credibility from a good company.
I will never, ever order from them again! And I suggest that you do not either. If nothing else, find out where the company's products are made. If they are in China, the cut will be off, and the sizes will be much smaller than ours.
And if you want good customer service, stick with American companies!

First of all, the quality and sizing is completely wrong, but that pales in comparison to their "customer service" (or lack thereof) and crazy policies.
I bought a couple bathing suits and paid for a quicker delivery time as I was going on a cruise in about 3 weeks after I ordered. Still took over 3 weeks to get the items, so I didn't get them in time after paying for faster delivery. The sizes were completely off and quality was poor. Tried to do a refund since they were never worn and the tags were still on them, but of course, you can't talk to anyone. You just have to submit a ticket and wait some more... only to be told about policy after more stupid policies.
I'd rather spend more money to get better quality items ANY DAY. I will never shop on DressLily EVER again. Waste of time.

I should have known better. Took two months to receive the jacket and when I finally received it, it wasn't EVEN CLOSE to the correct size. I emailed them and of course the "return" or "refund" policy was a hilarious joke. I gave up after the third confusing, overwhelming, and infuriating response I got from them. Now the jacket I bought is at the Goodwill, which is exactly where you should go to find a jacket or any clothing item.

Although I was unhappy with the product quality, I was able to secure a refund to my paypal and they have been in touch several times to rectify the mistake. I may give them another chance and hope not all the clothing is the same quality as the first I received.

Inconsistent sizing of garments.
To return a product for a refund you are required to take photos and prove that what they advertise in their online measurements are not accurate. Online shopping is supposed to be convenient. I ended up with the most expensive bag of donations I will ever contribute to Goodwill.

Dressily took my money fast. Then they sent me a really $#*!ty product that didn't remotely match the photo. I requested a refund through paypal. They fought me for months. They finally offered to pay me back if I shipped the item back. Shipping cost the same amount as the item (which might explain why the product is total rubbish). I got angry and threw the product in the trash at the post office. I have contacted BBB, media, and paypal. Today, I noticed fraudulent activity on my paypal account in the amount of $1,000.00 coming from the same region where this rubbish shipped from. I'm putting two and two together and assuming this company doubles as a place to sell private info on the black market. In other words, definitely don't "Create an account" on their website because I think this is how they are hijacking passwords and info... since an account never actually sets up on the site and one can never actually complain to anyone who works there. I assume this is a one man operation by someone by the name of Hassan (who the paypal transaction deposited to). Long story short... if you've read this and are still tempted to buy from these thieves, you're a moron who doesn't deserve to keep your money. DON'T DO IT.

Crap clothing scammers they contacted me and only offered one item return money not the two I had brought. They asked me to change my review. I stand by what I said as they never got back to me they have not returned all my money if I change my mind they will give me a present. What more market stall rubbish in the guise of something nice. I ordered 7 items, received 5, on 1/28. I emailed them saying I wanted a return slip sent as well as my two items already paid for yet not received only to get a reply "we need pictures of each item, sleeve lengths, items lengths etc. I replied I want my items, the return slip or I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau.
