First things first- I placed my order on 12/09/2015 which they won't even look into your order til 3 months have gone by. Surprise, surprise after posting my review they offered to help. I just received my order yesterday on 3/18/2016. It was a coat which now it's too warm to wear if I could actually wear it. I ordered a 2XL- it just fits my sister in law who is a size 2/4. I'm going to save you time and trouble. This inferior product which is coming from overseas is grossly mis- sized.
First let me say that I still have not received the product, however I appreciate DressLily being so prompt in responding to my displeasure of the treatment of this order. They have graciously offered a partial refund and apology, which Ive accepted. They are very aware of the similar shipping and product issues with their customers and will be diligently working to rectify these product and shipping issues and will become more user friendly. Im counting on them to review their internal strategy in order to better their competitive standing in the online market.
3 of my order I have received after waiting 6 weeks turn oit to be either wrong size or inferior quolity. 1 order stll hasnt received after 2 month. Never do busoness with them! They will respond to your complain but they wont fix the issue. Nwver got my money back from them.

Don't waste your time! Crappy clothes. Looks NOTHING like the picture. I got ripped off and will be throwing it in the trash. Their return policy is even worse. Not worth it.

Waste of time and money. I ended up giving it to charity as soon as I got it. CHEAP CLOTHING. Not true to size. Uses material that is cheap. Cheaply made. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM DRESSLILY. WASTE OF MONEY!

Well over a month ago, I ordered what I thought was an awesome deal on three shirts from DressLily. I typically wear an XL shirt but I ordered three XXL shirts just to be on the safe side. I got two of the shirts. I never received the third shirt. DressLily did not notify me as to what happened to the third shirt. I had to inquirer by email to find out that they could no longer offer that particular shirt. They had no intention of even letting me know that I would not be getting the third shirt. They did not even offer to return my money.
Much to my surprise, the two shirts that I did receive were both way too small. They were more like smalls or mediums nowhere close to XXL. I notified DressLily. They referred me to their return policy. Their return policy is an ordeal! They had me to take pictures showing me measuring the arm, burst, shoulder length of each of the shirts in questions and email them.
I can only get a credit not a refund of my money. I wanted to be able to buy something else. They wanted me to return the two shirts at my own expense. It will cost over $50 to send the shirts back to China. This is more than I paid for the shirts. I would recommend that you stay away from ordering anything from this company.
I should have read all the negative comments on the internet.

I ordered tops, two of them, were extremely short and smaller. They clearly were not as pictured since the tops shown went mid hip. I tried to return to exchange and that's when it all went sour. They want pictures, me to measure them, in other words I had to prove to them they were unacceptable. I told them I want to return them and they at that time will see they are not as pictured. I order a lot on line and of course not everything will fit or be as pictured, I never have trouble sending things back. Online stores know you aren't able to try on till you get it, not everything will fit or be as pictured. Long story short, they won't take it back, they won't refund, so be sure what you order you want. Better yet, move on to another vender. This vender is not WORTH the hassle. Never again!

I'm getting the feeling that this company is a scam I ordered items, and they are all way too small! The label is correct, but everything is way too small, and smalls like diesel fuel. I've sent numerous e-mails, requesting where top return items, and have never gotten a response, and the 'live chat' is never available either. It keeps saying to get back during business hours. When would they be, since I've tried mornings, evening, and weekends, weekdays... absolutely ridiculous!

I ordered a human hair wig. It was about half price. I'm pleased with my purchase. I paid for Express Sipping and got my wig 11 days later.
I have a previous wig order that I ordered in mid January and took the Free Shipping. I'm STILL waiting. Lesson learned! It's now February 22nd.
March 18th. My wigs arrived! I'm very pleased with my purchase! Express Shipping will be the only way to go!
Just received my order, Dress Shirt XL, labeled XL but it would be the equivalent of a small in Canada? Love the shirt but its 3 sizes to small.

I ordered two of the exact same item, different colors. They can sewn completely differently! I have jumped through all of their hoops and still nothing. I have had to send pictures of the defects. Which they said they couldnt see the defect and then they requested more photos.

So, a few days ago i was notified that the dress i had ordered for my year 12 formal and had been waiting for for over 2 months was now out of stock. I wrote a review highlighting this matter as well as the many bad experiences that i have had in the past with the customer service of this company and the lack of responsibility taken to do with the various problems that the customers of this site have endured.
