These clothes are absolutely knockoffs. I know for a fact that some of the photos are from the Zulily site because I actually bought some of their clothes too and saw their pictures on this site. I ordered three items from Dresslily (no connection to Zulily) and they were NOT the same clothes that were shown in the picture. They are very, very poorly made. The stitching is horrible, the clothes are very smaller than the pictures, the colors are not the same, my fastners don't even work and the materials are not the same as in the pictures. And they don't have a customer service number to call and complain. This company should be reported but they are located in China.
I understand the prices being cheap the products probably would be too but it was not good. One of the dresses looked like an ugly cheap costume and the other had no body do your self a favor and do not shop here. There is no way to track where your Oder is and definitely will not shop here again.

I was stupid and ordered 12 tops and 2 pairs of shoes before I even looked at their reviews. The clothing looks NOTHING like what is advertised online! I ordered a size L and the clothing fit like an XS. I requested a full refund and I would sent the clothing back. I was asked to send in measuerments of my bust and waste and arms etc, to prove to them that the clothing does not fit... WHAT THE...? SO CREEPY! I told them no and from there it just got worse. Needless to say, I cant return my items for a refund and i have to just suffer the loss.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY SUCK!

Ordered 2 sweaters to be delivered to different addresses. Was told it would take 25 days max. Then when I contacted them, they said allow 45 days for postal delays. It has been 47 days. Contacted them again, they said be patient and wait for 90 days. I will have no use for the sweaters at that point. In dispute now with them through Paypal. Will NEVER order from them again.

I purchased 2 blouses for $18.00. I checked out with my PayPal account and all was good. Then I checked my bank account. They had taken $90.82! I went back and looked at my order and there were SIX items added that I had never even LOOKED at, much less added to my cart! Then, the only way you can contact them is via email and wait for them to respond since their live chat is never running, even during their purported business hours. Luckily, PayPal agreed that this was fraud and refunded my money. I'm not sure how they did this, but it was SHADY. Never again!

Nothing will fit they are made really strange I don't know who they would fit. The fabric is of sub standard quality. When they arrive they look nothing like what is shown on the web site.

I ordered my items before I read the reviews. After I read them I was so scared I would be ripped off! However I was pleasantly suprised when my order arrived close to on time. I puchased a jacket and a dress. I wear a size large and I orderd a size large, the jacket fit perfect but the dress was 2 sizes too small. I am going to try to return my dress for a bigger size, I will update on my progress with that. I want to add I am completly satisfied with my jacket. And would order from dresslily again.
It is now 2/27/16 and I placed my order on 11/18/15 and still have not received my merchandise. I was informed my order shipped out on Dec 25 but was not provided any tracking information. They told me that it was my fault because I failed to ask for tracking information in my order so they don't have one. What kind of a legit company does not have tracking information on their products.? The local post office cant help without it. I was then told I would have to wait another month before they consider it lost but no refund. What a joke! UPDATE: I was immediately contacted after writing this review and given a refund so I upgraded slightly. I received the item several days later and it looked nothing like the picture and was a complete different color than I ordered. Wont shop here again but appreciate the prompt refund.

I placed an order in December, 2015. My items were shipped out on January 1,2016. Today is February 27,2016 and I still have not received my items. My initial inquiry a few weeks ago told me that it could take up to 45 days. I have waited long enough. It's really too bad that the company has such poor customer service. I guess we just need to buy from companies that are here in the United States. Shame on you, dresslily.com You are a far cry from a great company. Spend your money elsewhere.

I think your products are great and generally good quality. Your level of customer service makes working with you a pleasure. Thanks for the prompt and efficient service!
Also your website is easy to navigate and I especially like the related items on each product page. These items help me find other things that are of interest.
Don't order from them everything is really tiny in size and they do NOT take returns unless the item arrived damaged. Ordered several items that came looking like they could fit a child and the fabrics are all junk, too! DON'T ORDER. BIG SCAM.

No one will send me back a returned packing slip, I've tried twice now. I've even threatened them by alerting The Better Business Bureau along with Facebook, which I am doing!
