I ordered a dress off of this website! And it was $30. I paid, but I have yet to receive my dress! It is still in processing and it has been since February 22nd! I wanted the dress for my Prom, but I think that i will have to go somewhere else and buy one. I can't believe that this stupid website took my money and never gave me my order! Don't buy ANYTHING from this site!
I ordered my merchandise in early january. Got a confirmation they had taken my money but no merchandise. The tracking information leads no where. I'm pretty sure this is scam beware. I tried to contact them with no luck. I work for the News and am working on a story about how terrible this company is. I certainly would like to hear from them but have not as of yet.

I ordered 2 items in November 2015, I received 1 item in December 2015. The 2nd item I never received as of March 2016.
I have tried multiple times to contact them, with no success by phone or email.
Although they did make sure to take their money from my account, which I can not get back.

Purchased an item last month. Never received a confirmation email with tracking order. The transaction on my bank account shows that the money went to an Electronic company whatsoever. Tried contacting Dresslily but never heard back.

UPDATE: DressLily contacted me per email on on June 12th, the order was originally placed in Feb. So it had been several months. They gave me 50 dollars to change my review. So I will change review to reflect this. I spent 110.00 they gave me 50 back and I did receive my order but could not use any of the clothing due to unfinished stitching, wholes and wrong sizes. So purchase from this company carefully: They asked for pictures of the clothes, It have been several months, I have already thrown them out. So if you purchase from this company be prepared to take pictures of the products for the company who made them because they don't they know what they. I won't purchase from this company again but you make your own choice. I have better things to do with my time that deal with this. Original post: I placed an order over a month ago. I have not received yet. You took the money out of my bank account. I asked for it to be returned. I haven't received my order nor have I received my money back. I going to discuses this with my bank. You seem to be a dishonest and immoral company. And this could have been avoided had somebody a human actually contacted me.

I ordered 4 items in January and received 3. Two of which were the wrong size and the third ripped right after opening. Im still waiting on the fourth item 46 days after order but am not enthusiastic about receiving poor merchandise. I will absolutely not be using dresslily in the future.

As an update, 3/4. I did receive my coat today. I ordered a medium and usually wear a small. The coat is at least 2 sizes too small. I have decided to keep the coat and donate it to someone or some charity. Dresslily did offer a refund after my negative review, but now that I have received the coat (2 sizes too small), I do not expect the refund, I plan to chalk this whole experience up to lesson learned. I am done with this company and will NEVER order from them again.

Very low prices and amazing items! Shipping is quick considering where it is coming and going.
I ordered $300 worth of clothes thinking I was spoiling myself and at first they forgot to send me 3 different items. Took forever to get ahold of them to send the rest and when they finally did they only sent 2 of the 3 items. About a month later I received the last item and it had a huge hole in the middle of it... In the end I did not wear any of the clothes I ordered because it was cheap material and didn't fit properly. Their sizes are weird. Customer service is terrible, they tell you to contact them if you need anything but they don't even answer for weeks and when end up answering they aren't helpful at all... I DO NOT recommend this site to ANYONE!
