They take months to ship anything that you order. My order shipped in several pieces and most hadn't arrived. When I emailed them about it they told me that they had 3 months for it to arrive before they would consider any kind of compensation!
I received my order within two weeks and my concerns that I had after I placed my order have been resolved. The clothes I purchased are what I was hoping for. I just placed an order and they said it has shipped besides one item that wasn't available. The one thing I didn't like was that there is only an in store credit you can't get a refund for the items that you don't get. All you can do is purchase something else. I am really concerned now after reading other horror stories about this company.

My coat arrived within the correct time, but it was 2 sizes too small. It was also defectively sewn, with a different button configuration and cut. The material had a stain embedded in it. I had to go through the most ridiculous steps to prove this to them (including taking pictures of myself with a measuring tape!) and they still do not want to issue a full refund. They want to give store credit even though I have told them I will never order from them again. The return policy is absolutely insane and even if you comply with all the rules, they won't issue a refund. Also, the coat is so flimsy that it looks like a cheap Halloween costume, but that wasn't going to get me a refund by any of their policy standards. They just don't stand behind their product. The website fails more than half the time when you are trying to access customer support. You can only reach them via their "ticket" system. No one will answer the Live Chat. How on earth is this company still in business? I am going to go through PayPal if they don't issue my refund. I honestly don't know why PayPal agreed to be a part of this company.
As you can see, DressLily.com did reply to my email that they were issuing a refund. I am updating this to report that I did start a PayPal resolution claim and my account was credited the whole refund. Thank you to Paypal and to Dresslily.com for the refund. I am glad I didn't have to escalate my claim.
I am adding one star to the review rating because I did get a refund. I am certain it's because I initiated a Paypal dispute. Nonetheless, I am happy with the outcome. I recommend always purchasing through Paypal if you decide to order from this company after reading all the reviews.

Dresslily is a great site for affordable clothing. There is a wide variety of everything available. I ordered clothing for an upcoming vacation, the delivery took a little longer than I had hoped, but they were well worth it, I love them. When I had an issue with one article, the customer service team was quick to resolve the issue. I will definitely order again.
I ordered a wig. It took over 2.5 weeks to get to my home. The package was smashed. I order a wig the wig is the wrong one. I cannot ship it back to them because it will cost me way more money to ship it back to China, then what I paid for it. The ad for the wig is human hair. It is not human hair. I can feel it is fake human hair Poor quality. The wig I ordered parts on the side. Capless. This one they sent me is part in the front capless with full short bangs which I did not ordered. This is the worst experience I ever encountered. Just don't order from them. IT is a waste of money. They offered refund if I ship it back. Do you guys know what the shipping cost is to ship it back to China. It is way more than what I paid for the cheap looking wig. There wig description is not honest. Fake hair and not human hair.

Dresslily.com is the best online store to do business with. I would recommend this store to my friends because they have quality goods and their customer service is excellent. Also their price is unbeatable, not to forget-they deliver very fast.
Ordered several items some in a larger size than I normally wear. None fit! What I did receive had threads hanging everywhere off items. Not a good experience. From what I have read abut returns it's to much trouble. I won't order from here again.

Received a defective item. Have tried numerous times to connect to your customer service, to no avail. The item took 2 months to arrive. It has a hole on the front. Thank goodness it was not very expensive because it's looking like I'm going to have to eat the cost. Dress Lily has a great site but the product, NOT SO MUCH. They provide sizes with measurements, but what ships is not only less than accurately sized, it's shoddy work. So if you think you're buying for yourself, you really need a 3-5 year old to pass items onto.
Waste of $$ that you can't get back for most items anyway.

Placed an order a year ago. I never received it. I asked them to resend it (after numerous emails), they never did. Almost a year later I ask again. They inform me they can not refund my money. Only give me a credit with them or resend the order. I ask them to resend it... again. Then they email saying they no longer have some of the items. So they ask me to pick out new items and send the url number. There is no url number next to jewelry items so I write back with the title/description of items and explain this. They say they can not find those items. (I mean really? The items YOU listed... under those names...?) I have now requested the amount to be refunded to my account and I will place a new order. I can only imagine this will take another year. I will never in my life EVER buy, recommend, or utter the name of this horribly ran business again. Also, the one size fits all items for clothing... ended up being WAY too small on a previous order I did receive. I am 5'1" about 120lbs... and the dress ended up being a shirt, which was still too small in the arms/shoulder area. Just a horrible ran business with horrible seamstresses. Too bad the items are cute, but you have no idea what you're doing! They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau and all the other customers who did not receive their orders should start a lawsuit! Just tell me where to sign!

I bought a dress from this company and it is so small a child couldn't wear it. Also the picture looked like lace and there wasn't a stich of lace on the dress. Everything was painted on the fabric. UPDATE to my original review. After posting this review DressLily contacted me about my missing/ill-fitting items and within about two weeks I received a refund for those items. I have updated my overall rating from one star to four as a sign of good will. I would still be VERY careful ordering from this site.

Definitely DO NOT recommend this site. Ordered 11 items over a month ago. I was notified that PART of my order had been shipped. When I actually received 6 out of the 11 items I ordered the sizes were WAY off, most of the items did not fit. I am still waiting for the rest of my order. When I tried to submit a ticket on their website to inquire about my missing items I filled out the entire form only to find the "submit" button is not clickable. THIS IS A HUGE SCAM!

Ordered 2 items both 2x which the shirt could fit my coworkets boy who is 11 yrs old. Jacket paid 40.00 dollars n ut was a 2x not! Its a size little to medium. This is the worst place to order. Will never use this site again ever!

Ordered pants over two months ago and nothing. I had an email from DressLily which all of sudden disappeared from my mailbox, which means they are using self-expiring emails. This business is not ethical and I suspect that this might be a front for something else. DO NOT purchase from this business. I ordered a dress on dresslily for a specific event. Got an email it was shipped then placed a second order. Then I looked at reviews online and became worried. I must say I recieved both of my orders in a timely manner, was able to use the tracking order provided. The clothes fit fine (I am a small Asian american, but wear a medium ordered a medium and recieved a medium) I even had to cancel part of my order due to a financial crisis and was fully refunded in less than the expected time. I used the online chat and created tickets and was always answered with in 24 hours. I was pleased with my experience especially after the scary reviews. I didn't realize the merchandise came from china until after ordering. I prefer to buy items made in the USA but don't always. The quality is exactly what you pay for and I like what I got.
The sizes are totally off! Their 2x is the size if a medium. Also items are not as described including fabric, size, color. Its just a total disappointment. Never Again!
