Ordered 5 blouses. 5 weeks later package with 3 blouses arrives. Where are other 2 blouses? Sizes or 3 blouses received are so small and short that I can't get my head in one and the other two sit above my bust. Totally ridiculous sizing. Sized for short petite Asian women. Requested cancellation on the 2 blouses I didn't receive. Unable to return other 3 due to fine print in return policy saying no return allowed due to sizing. One blouse was also missing ribbon for front. Never received refund for unsent blouses. Never received reply for service ticket filed. Unable to contact company. Ripped off for $70.70. Don't do business with this company!
I ordered 5 items from DressLily. May be I didn't measure myself proper way but few tops I ordered came bigger size that I need. It was 2 sweaters, so they look a little oversizes which is not to bad. I emailed to the company and they sent full refund of my order to me! They have a big selection of nice and not expensive stuff what you can buy. Just measure yourself properly!

I will never use this company again. Stay away from ordering any items from them. The products are sub par. The sizes are all off and it is impossible to return/exchange items.

I placed three orders on Dresslily in two months. Dresslily own so many beautiful clothes. I think they are sexy for a woman. Some dresses are well made and even comes with a strap. I will buy again next month. Recommend!
This company needs to be shut down, I ordered from them last fall, after waiting 3 months the order never arrived, after several e-mails back and fourth,
They just ignored me. I kept asking for a refund but never received one! I am out $35.00 and they don't seem to care!

Ordered from Dress Lily over 10 days ago they charged my account within minuets and still no sign of my 4 items. Account says "Still Processing" no number to contact them either and now I see all of this information... UGH should have looked here first :O( I think I've been had!

Order four pair of pants over $100. Was charged for all four but only received 2 and they were nowhere near the size I ordered sent several emails with no response at all. Because of this experience I about ready to never order anything from online again. Will not recommend this company to anyone.

I placed a $70 order back in November. I am STILL waiting for my items. There is no phone number to contact anyone. My card was charged by Hasaan when I placed the order; Not Even DressLily. No one returns Emails. It's not right. Tracked until Dec 17 and that was the last update for a month. In Feb I checked the tracking again and it said the items were going back to sender. They NEVER even got to the post office. I NEVER received the pink slip for it. No one called me about it. No refund.

I intend to send an order back as the garments were not up to standard... very poor in my opinion... all the sizeing was wrong and looked nothing like in picture...

Someone placed a fraudulent order using my Paypal account. As soon as I got the order confirmation and shipping confirmation, I responded to both emails letting them know I DID NOT place this order. I got no response. I contacted Paypal and opened a case with them. They told me to work with the company. I responded several more times to the companies emails, with each email getting me more and more upset. After sending 3 more emails, I realized at the bottom of the confirmation emails, there is a small blurb that says do not respond to this email. So I sent 2 more emails to the email address they provided me on their website. STILL no response. This was a $100.00 order. After no response to my emails, I noticed there was a partial ($54.00) credit on PayPal account. So even if I had placed the order, I have no idea why there is a credit on my account? No communication from the company at all. I emailed them again and asked them when I could expect the rest of my money credited to my account. Still no response. It turns out the credit was because the order was not able to be filled in its entirety. I only know this because the items that they did ship, arrived. Out of curiosity, I opened the package thinking to myself, if they are going to force me to pay for these items, maybe I can get some use out of them. OMG, the tops are adorable on the computer, but they are horrible in person. Whoever placed the order, ordered a large. I am a size Medium and I couldn't even fit my arms into the sleeves. I would never have ordered from this company and after this experience, I NEVER will. Seriously, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! BTW, they are located in China. The quality of the merchandise is honestly the worse I have ever seen.
I noticed under some of these reviews the company is asking the reviewer to email them. I wonder if any of them really go any resolution to their problems with this company. Did the company respond to you?
I ordered two shirts back on December 7th. Of course my credit card has been charged and it is now March 15th no shirts! I continued to submit tickets as that is what they said I had to do. I had to wait until March 11th to see if the packages arrive for them to refund me. Well, it is past that date and now they won't get back with me. I will never order from this company again and will be contacting Better Business Bureau.

I ordered my dress back in Feburary. I emailed them first to see if they could make my dress. Unfortunately they were not able to make the dress I sent them at first. However, they sent me couple pictures of another dress that is similar to the dress I wanted, and I fell in love immediately(Style NO. WWD008HS). There was no problem communicating with them during the process. They are always fast at responding my emails, and their english is great. I just received my dress yesterday, so it is one month exactly. It came in a medium size box and the dress was well packed in a dressilyme bag inside the box. When I frist looked at the dress, I almost cried. It is way more beautiful than I expected. I saw there were other brides complaining that the fabric had fish smell before. My dress doesn't have fish smell, BUT it does have cigarette/smoke smell. I don't think it is a big deal since it can be easily removed. So I put on my dress... Look at the pictures (sorry about the lighting). I absolutely love my dress! If I have to say one say that I am not so satisfied with DressilyMe is that the dress doesn't come with built in crinoline while I asked them in the email and they said yes. I told them that I like puffy bottom, and they said this dress has a very puffy bottom, but in fact it does not as you can see in the pictures. Now I have to find a crinoline to make the bottom puffier. However, overall I am very satisfied with DressilyMe. I would totally recommand it to my friends and family.
They are smart. They want you to return items to china. I had a $100 order and the products were garbage. They told me to return them to China for a partial refund. Cheapest shipping to China was $240 dollars. Didn't make sense to return them so I'm stuck with something I would be embarrassed to give to charity.

I ordered from dress lily a few months back. I was a little worried from all the bad reviews but I did end up receiving all my orders. I wasn't too happy about the sizing but dress lily took my complaints into consideration and is working out something with me to make me happy, which is all a customer can ask for, right? When you order from dress lily make sure you order bigger sizes then you normally would. People are saying this company is a scam. I placed my order on the 29th of February, it took two days just to get a order confirmation then another two days just to see tracking information! I finally got my order March 12 and two of the items came the other item is listed as not found when I type in the order confirmation they emailed me! Not only was my item missing but the clothes were way too small like kid sizes! I'm not even going to waste my time trying to get anything resolved but I will NEVER order from them again! Save your money and time do not order from them!

Ordered 3 dresses for my upcoming wedding as they were exactly what I had envisioned. I received package 4 wks later, not at all what the picture showed. I was so disappointed, dresses didn't fit chest area and looked like an amish dress, looked like high school sewing class project. The belt was ridiculously oversized and not at all like picture. No tags or anything so I undid stitching and used as extra material for my wedding décor. Had to buy 3 other dresses from notable store here. My error, I sucked it up but never again.
