If I had read the previous reviews I would have never ordered from dresslily. I ordered a long sleeve top in a size large and it looked like an XS. I also ordered a wrap top and it was so cheap looking I would never wear it. I also ordered a human hair wig and it looked nothing like the picture and the color was not the same as in the picture. It was awful. I would never recommend this company to anyone and I would never order again. Further more, I will comment on facebook what I have experienced.
I ordered 4 shirts from dresslily, very impressed with the pictures on website and thought they would be what they looked on website. Just received the order after 20 days, my guess coming from China. Shirts are of very poor quality, stitch is so bad every order extra treads, 3 shirts of same size all different sizes, on collar the texture is different from one side to other, looks like last bit of the yarn (like on print paper, red color come to indicate end of paper) has been used. Very disappointed, what a waste of time and money if they dont refund.

I bought a wig from dresslily and loved it! It's so soft and feels like my real hair! Truly amazing! I plan to buy other accessories which are gorgeous! I strongly recommend Dresslily! Price is cheap but good quality!
Ordered many items and spent over $160 I have not received my order nor has it even been processed. They won't even respond to my request

I read a lot of reviews before I purchased from dresslily. Honestly, with the prices being so low, I didn't expect much. I figured they might be good for a beach season. So I went into it with low expectations--including delayed shipping and not planning to return anything if it didn't fit. I think this was the best approach and the only way to order from them. Low expectations. Having said that, it took about a month to receive about half of my order, which I was fine with because I ordered not expecting to get anything anytime soon. The merchandise in my opinion was as I expected. Frankly probably on the same level of quality one might purchase at Target. I purchased bikinis and cover ups and a couple of tee shirts. Honestly I think they are just fine and after trying them all on, they will definitely do the trick for a season. However, that is all I was hoping for. I wasn't expecting top quality. I was looking for a quick update on a budget. I have purchased many high end items over the years and you definitely get what you pay for. I look at this merchandise as disposable after one beach season. So that's my two cents! My advice: if you're looking for quality merchandise, expedited shipping and five star customer service, don't even consider ordering from this site. Because you will get none of the above. But if you see something you like and are prepared for it to take a while to reach you, and prepared that it's wash and wear life will be short, and prepared that if it doesn't fit you better cut your losses because a refund is unlikely, and if you are refunded, it will take a lot of jumping through multitudes of hoops to be satisfied. Shop with these warnings in mind. As for me, I'm satisfied with what I bought and found all items to be as expected: they arrived on a slow boat, they look fine but won't last, and there is no way I will bother returning anything that doesn't fit. I will just pass it along :) good luck!
I ordered a dress l************** over 20 days ago and it says 10-20 days and it still says processing. If I had read these reviews I wouldn't have ordered from here. I even tried to submit a email to them and it won't go through so now I'm stuck

I have bought several dresses and other things from DressLily and am so glad that I found this site. I love their clothes and so far have been delighted with each one that I have bought. The service is excellent and response is very quick. I will keep buying from this site and if you have not tried it, I suggest have a go and you will not be disappointed.
IOrder number L************** have ordered 2 dresses and 2weeks later thaye still have not arrived. I was told that it would be 5 -7 days. I am very dissapointed with this poor standard of service.

Didn't read any reviews beforehand, just fell in love with the clothes I saw and had to purchase. Now, after seeing these reviews I'm not sure what to expect with the size of items. I made specific measurements for each piece of clothing following their sizing charts online. But the number of sizing issues in these reviews are persuading me to think the sizing charts didn't matter anyway. I ordered 3/8/16. Im a patient person, I can wait a month or 2 and be fine if I still receive them. But I don't think the issues with sizing will make the order worth the wait. Id much rather cancel. But how
L************** today. Your tracking number is BJ*******8449 and it will be delivered by China Post surface mail. The package should normally take 10-45 business days to arrive (approximately). After paying for two items and receiving only one, they send this e-mail with a new tracking number, when I try to track the package does not work.
Terrible company, I will posted every place I can for people do not buy from them.

I had a small issue with my account so I filled out the customer service from and I was surprised how quickly I received a response.my issue was solved so fast I'm so amazed how awesome the company is.
I haven't received my order yet but i have purchased before and that order was filled perfectly and I loved all the items I chose.
This time I'm trying the cute maternity shirts I've seen on other sites for more th an double the price that dress lily has. I'm beyond excited I got an awesome deal!
Overall Experience was great! Great customer service and products are great! I have already made a few orders with Dresslily and only one had a bit of a shipping problem. However, this was fixed fast and I received my items and am very happy with the quality of everything! Can't wait to order again!
I buy things from this website or app quite often, and I love it. You can get a lot of nice things like clothes, heels and jewelry for a very inexpensive price. I'm sold.
I am behind pissed right now. I purchased an swimsuit weeks ago & still have not recieved it. When I attempted to get in touch with customer support it was telling me that the order number they gave me was incorrect & would not allow me to even submit a request. Im contacting the Better Business Bureau to shut this place down.

I ordered 3 tops, size L womens (I am size 8-10). 2 tops came -- too small to fit 12 y. O. granddaughter -- no way to return, no mention of 3rd top -- chalk it up to Lesson Learned.

I ordered a jacket in early November and the shipping said 10-45 after shipped which was 3-5 days. Well it took 3 weeks to "ship" and when it didn't come within the 45 days I contacted customer support who told me I had to wait 4 months from the purchase date to do anything! It was complete bs! I am furious and I informed them it hadn't come by the 4 month mark so they wanted to send it again! I said no I want a refund and the they told me they would refund it but neglected to include the tax! This site is horrible. I will not return they just steal your money! Wish I could give 0 stars!

Dresslily is great! Wonderful dress, good material quality, nice color, fits almost perfectly. I ordered XXL its a slightly bit big. But its hardly noticeable, so Im very satisfied. Thx!
I ordered two blouses from Dresslily got them after 2 months of ordering. The quality is no where near the picture poorly stitched, the size is small on one of them. Thankfully I gave them a small order to try before placing my BIG order which will never happen now.
