Dresslily act's like they are going to fix the problem but they don't I ordered 80 dollars of stuff for them to give me the run around saying they want to help fix the problem when I didn't get my stuff but they did nothing. I don't think they sent anything just stole my money. They will steal your money and wont help you. So if you want to throw your money away order from here. I just wanted the stuff I bought. Wish they would just send it to make it right.
If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. It took them almost 2 months to get my item to me and when it got here, its so cheap and terribly made its not even wearable. It looks nothing like the item pictured. The skirt design is badly printed on the top. And its not even the same design. The material and shape of the skirt is not at all the same and looks like a costume you would find at walmart during halloween. Overall a huge waste of money. Doesn't matter if the product is cheap if you can't use it!
Update: I contacted customer service about a return on the item. They were very quick to respond (in about an hour or so) and offered me a refund. Added another star because customer service was very helpful in this situation.

My son ordered a jacket from DressLily. When he received it, a snap was broken. We attempted to contact DressLily customer service. We could never actually speak to anyone. The machine said to leave a message. We then sent an email and submitted a ticket. We received an email response to follow a link. The link did not work. I submitted another ticket and received no response whatsoever. I will tell everyone I know to not be sucked in by the apparent good deals and cute clothes. The quality was poor, and the customer service is apparently non-existent.

I bought a mermaid knitted blanket for my daughter. I paid for it to be expitied. They took my money from my visa but never sent me an email to confirm my order had been shipped (which they told me they would do) nor have I received it yet.
This is very disappointing to say the least.
I tried contacting them via email and it kept asking me to LOG in. When I would try to log in it would tell me my email address was incorrect. I think I know my email address as I log in to it everyday to retrieve my emails.
I tried to send in a ticket # to track my purchase and again it told me my email address is invalid. There is no phone # to call them at and I can't submit my ticket # complaint.
This company should be banned.
Extremely disheartening.

I have ordered several times from dresslily.com, and have such a positive experience, the customer service is great, the items fit (if you order a size up) and the best part. The price. Totally worth it.
I dont know if the quality is good or not, I am still waiting on y order to be shipped. The shipping guides say it could be up to 10 days so I waited that long before submitting a complaint to customer service, then they say they need longer for quality checks and it will ship today and it still hasnt shipped out. Its a dress, I could make one quicker than this

It has been over two weeks. All I want is blouse that fits. Your size large is actually a size small. I would love to have this resolved soon. The only thing I'd say for future buyers is that if you have a cup size above a B, this might not fit you. Although if you really like it it's worth a shot because it's adorable. Dress Lily is horrible.
First I create my order on my phone, and I go to buy it and no matter what card I use It has an error (Nothing to do with my end). So I try to purchase it on my laptop and have the same problem. So i try on a desktop, same problem. I tried different cards, different devices, qnd even creating a new order. Nothing.
So I contacted help. They sent me an invoice for me to pay a different way. I used the other method to pay and came to find out it gave me an additional charge for using the other method.
So I contacted help again. They said they could not refund the charge. So I asked for a discount toward future purchases or a discount off this one for all my trouble. Rather than helping me some lady canceled the order & "refunded" my order. (Its been a week, still not even returned to me). I have no idea why she canceled my order. Then she CLOSED the help conversation so I could not reply.
So I contacted them again complaining about all of this. The only solution they have for me is for me to "place a new order because products in your order are out of stock". By this point I should have long given up, but there are a few items I need and this seemed to be the best place where I found them (false. Do not use dresslily.) I tried again to purchase a new order. Again, still will not let me pay.
Dress lily is rude and unhelpful. They are horrible to work with and could care less about helping you.
They want money to flow to them but they make it too hard.

Quality merchandise, purchased coat for my husband and he loved it! Will definitely continue shopping at dresslily.com.
I'm trying to get a refund from dresslily from a order I placed.
The address was wrong so the packages bounced back to dresslily, but they still aren't giving me a instant refund.
They want me to wait 10-25 business days so they can receive their parcels first, which they know for sure they are getting back, so why I do I have to wait for my refund?
Refunds should be instant when merchandise is sent back.
Not to mention, one of the items wasn't in stock, & I was supposed to get credited for & dresslilly never credited my dresslilly account.
All & all,. I just want my money back & wipe my hands clean of this company.

The pieces arrived on the accorded date but I had some issues with the sizes on 3 of the pieces. I got the issue handled greatly by Ashley, she assisted me on every step. She sent me the right sizes and... SHE ALLOWED ME TO KEEP THE PIECES I GOT FIRST! So I didn't even have to return the first pieces I got, I kept them and gave them to people who could wear them. The designs are very stylish and I'm willing to keep shopping. Thanks!

Dress lily is taking pictures from other designers and saying that they are selling it for a way cheaper price. One of my favorite designers Elle Saab sells her dresses for thousands of dollars and dress lily has the same photo from Elle Saabs fashion show selling for $15. Another thing is prom dress are also being taken from other sites and being put on there for hundreds cheaper.
