I was going to purchase 5 swimsuits but I've changed my mind. My daughter has Down Syndrome and the suits I thought would be great for her body shape but after reading the reviews I think I will pass on it. What a shame to hear all the negative feedback but very thankful.
Dress silly and their sister companies(do your research shoppers, dress silly has several names) are devoted to scamming. They are professionals. Is their any way to send out a mass alert at once to all social media sites? This will be an effective way to alert millions at once. As long as there are masses of people that are not aware of sites like sitejabber or the scammers like dress silly these companies will still rake in millions of stolen money. And note to dress silly... don't bother sending me your generic halfass attempt to deceivingly offer me a "solution" DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM DRESS SILLY (lily). RUN, DON'T LOOK BACK! AND THE POSITVE REVIEWS ARE FROM PREVIOUSLY BURNED CUSTOMERS THAT WERE OFFERED FREE STUFF TO REMOVE OR CHANGE THEIR NAGATIVE RATINGS, BUT FREE STUFF WILL ONLY BE SENT AFTER THEY WRITE POSITIVE REVIEW. WONDER HOW MANY PEOPLE FELL FOR THAT TRICK AND WERE TOO ASHAMED TO TELL ANYONE ABOUT HOW THEY WERE SCAMMED TWICE BY THESE COMPANIES?

I have made two orders from dress lily. I have received majority of both orders. There were a couple items I was not pleased with and I received a refund for my dissatisfaction. The other items I absolutely love. The prices are great.
I wish I could attach photos of the LAUGHABLE item that arrived (47 DAYS AFTER ORDERING MIND YOU). The item was a completely different, cheap knockoff of the photo AND arrived with green marker marks all over it. No joke. After reading reviews, I think I'm gonna have to avoid the inevitable headache of trying to return it and just take the loss. Learn from my lesson and stay away.

Their sizing is completely off and they do not honor their warranty / return policy. I ordered a 2XL and it is about a size 8. Plus the zipper is a cheap aluminum silver one. The dress was a nice long cocktail design, The zipper did NOT work with the dress, had it actually been the right size. I also ordered a grey dress, it arrived GOLD.
When I immediately notified them, they refused to honor their return / warranty policy. Instead they "offered me $20 credit toward other items" I paid $49.98 for what I bought.

Excellent prices and good product. Have ordered swim suites and clothes and have been very satisfied. Had a few issues with the swim suit sizes but it was resolved quickly.
Like a lot of people have been saying... I placed my order and paid for expedited shipping. My account was charged but have not received any notification as to when my order will be delivered. I do not have an order number just a truncation number from the charge. No phone number on the website to talk with someone. Without an order ID I can submit a inquiry as too what is happening. Feels like I have been scammed. I have left a message on the customer support number from this site, no call back. Live chat on there site is never up and running to connect with SOMEONE! Stay clear of this scam!

Horrible, horrible "company"! If I could give it zero stars, I would.
I ordered 3 items from their website back in January - a shirt, a pair of pants and a skirt; I received the pants and shirt a few weeks later, DAMAGED. They both had fraying all over making them completely unwearable. I contacted them and was informed that I could return the items but would be responsible for shipping cost to China OR I could keep them (and what, use them as rags?) and they would refund me with STORE CREDIT... HAHA Yeah, no! Like I'm ever buying from you again! So, after several not so nice emails, they agreed to return 20% of my purchase price to my credit card. Okay, still not great but I guess it's better than nothing.
I waited and waited hoping to get the 3rd and final piece of my order (the skirt) and that it would work out and restore some of my faith in this company... and I waited... and waited some more... and finally, today, after almost 3 months, the skirt arrives.
1. Unfortunately there's fraying on this one, too
2. It's not even the same product that I ordered. Yes, it's a skirt BUT the fabric looks nothing like shown in the pictures and the design pattern was completely different than pictured.
UPDATE: 4/15/16:
After writing this review Dresslily contacted me about my problem. They offered to refund me $20.00, which I quickly accepted. I was asked to update me review in which I replied that I'd be happy to do so once payment posted back to my credit card. It finally came through.
I'm happy that they decided to try and make this awful experience somewhat right but I'm still bummed that I have no clothes to show for it; when I had fallen in love with what I THOUGHT I was going to get. All in all I'm still out about $5 (after an initial $5 refund and now the $20 refund) but I guess it's better than nothing.

I love this website. The website layout is absolutely stunning and exciting and the amazing deals on the clothes makes it super affordable. I also love the clothes that they do sell; super cute and definitely stuff that I would wear.
I ordered 3 sweaters and a tank top. The shipping took over three weeks, but I didn't mind that so much, however it made me much more disappointed because I had waited so long to get the items. One sweater was not even similar in cut or color to the picture. It was really ugly, and the sweater in the ad was so cute and whimsical! The next sweater was sized really badly and although it did look similar to the picture in cut and color, it was made very cheaply and there was no real fit to it, around the body, it was like someone made a cheap copy of a nice expensive sweater. The other sweater was supposed to be a nice fluffy cardigan. It was polar fleece on the inside and tee shirt material on the outside. Soft, yes... Attractive, no! So when I contacted the company they said ohhh sure you can send the items back, BUTwe want to see pictures of what u mean, AND to get a refund we will charge you shipping both for delivery (delivery has been free) and return... It's a scam. Plain and simple. You get what u pay for I guess. I knew the prices were too good to be true!

I'm very satisfied! Fair prizes, good items, cute style, and great fit on all the clothes I have purchased! Also like the customer service and the quick replies when you are in doubt. Like the D point system to save money on orders! :)
The size charts are completely off! I ordered XL & when I tried to return it, they wouldn't give me the return address! I requested 5 times! The clothes aren't just cheap, they're made for Chinese - not Americans! The customer service is nonexistent! I still haven't got an address to exchange these items for a larger size or other items! I spent $56 on this junk & they won't even try to make it right! Buy American!

Yes, the prices are cheap but you get what you pay for... the quality is exactly that and there isn't a chance you would even think about wearing one of their bathing suits in the water. Very thin and definitely not swimsuit fabric! And the fit is way off as well even for my 5'2 103 lb teenage daughter. Think twice before you buy. Sadly my suits are going in the trash as you can only get Dresslily credit!

Wow! So many cute cheap things! Everything is believably priced, even the shipping is as cheap as it gets (as in FREE!) which is a huge thing for me as a regular on line shopper. When it comes down to it, DressLily has the best prices on the market! :)
