Dresslily.com is deplorable! The products are terrible. The worst online shopping experience ever! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
I do not know how they are allowed to be in business. I placed a rather large order, (without checking reviews first) on Feb. 6 and still have not received one scarf, (Exquisite Multicolor Print Voile Scarf).
The order was split into five different shipments which were impossible to track.
I should have know Dresslily.com was a shady company when they asked for a copy of my credit card and license before filling and shipping my order. Then, it took over a week before they actually shipped the first package.
The items received ALL had a funny, chemical smell and were of very poor quality. The dresses and tops do not fit at all.
I ordered sizes way larger than what I normally wear, but they are very, very small.
And one size fits all is a real joke! Example: Casual Artificial Wool Embellished Hooded Zipper and Pocket Design Women's Cotton Coat is child size.
The Elegant V-Neck Cap Sleeve Crochet Flower Lace Women's Dress Is small and very, very poor quality. The cheap lace is cut haphazardly with strings hanging and the dress is shapeless.
I ordered several scarves which were ok but had to be washed right away as they also smelled awful.
It seems like they ship whatever product or color they want, not what is actually ordered. I ordered a black Chic Hollow Out Metal Pendant and Tassel Embellished Solid Color Scarf For Women and received it in bright green. A black and white scarf was shipped in place of the Chic Gradient Color Long Chiffon Scarf For Women orange scarf I ordered.
I do not know where my last scarf is or if it will ever show up.
Hard lesson learned... I will NEVER order from Dressilily.com again!
I cant believe i thought i was getting a deal here! If u want something cheap in price but decent quality just go to Walmart or Target. Or if u dig the dumpsters behind Salvation Army u will find better quality clothes than what u get from Dresslily. I was sickened when recieved pants made out of this cheap childrens halloween costume material. And the size "Large" was easily a Small to XS. Gave them to a friend who threw them in a corner and never even tried them on. I tried for a refund but their refund page kept closing out or refreshing and deleting all my info. After so many tries i gave up and accepted the loss. I learned that what they do is steal images from real clothing companies, post the pic on their site, then make some ridiculous, cheap copy of said item and send it out to trusting, paying customers. Now im posting my experience with Dresslily all over the internet in hopes that these criminals be shut down.

THEIVES! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! THE PRODUCTS ARE CHEAPLY MADE (yeah. Your get what you pay for) AND THEY DO NIG FIT ACCORDING TO SIZE CHARTS. And their expedited shipping is anything but. It's still took three weeks to get my items. And now that they don't fit and I'm trying to request a refund, they're dancing around and telling me I can't have one. Ridiculous! Save your time and your money!

I ordered only 2 nights ago, but have seen all these claims now. It's the weekend so I can't call my credit company. The information on my bank statement, they have not taken any money yet, but the total is in the bank details.
Is there a way to cancel the order on the internet site before they process it, or do I have to wait until Monday!?

Please do not order from this company. I place my order and I still have not received my merchandise. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from this company they are a rip-off. This is a terrible online clothing retailer. I ordered Christmas gifts a month early thinking that I'd get it in time. After a month and a half, in mid-January, my package finally arrived in a plastic sleeve, with all of the clothes wrinkled beyond recognition. After opening each poly bag, I noticed that the fabric was cheap and thin (even though it was winter clothes), and the stitching was done by a 5 year old. Everything I ordered shrank after the first wash. I can no longer wear most of the pieces I ordered for myself and my mom. Their customer service in non-existent, and after several complaints, my issues were never addressed. So, I would NEVER recommend for anyone to order from this website! I've never seen such cheap quality and terrible customer service!

I ORDERED A JUMPSUIT AND IT HAD A WHITE LINE DOWN ONE OF THE LEGS, THE INSIDE OF THE JUMPER HAD ABSOLUTELY NO TAGS ON IT. IT LOOKED VERY WASHED OUT AND WORN. I ordered a 'plus size' dress and it is a 'childs' size dress. I wanted to return it for a refund... couldn't get anywhere on the site. They want pictures of all types and also said. Only returns that are 'faulty'. This is the worst company to ever deal with. I thought the price was good but not worth it. Also, it didn't say it was coming from China so if I returned it I have to pay for shipping 'both ways'. Never ever deal with this company again!

I ordered 7 items a month ago. 3 items just showed up. My bank was debited the day I placed the order however. There is no contact info to get sold of anyone. I will never order from here again! I wish I would of read the reviews first. And they charged me $2 for tracking... A simple invoice in the package could I'd said, items back ordered, they will be shopped or a refund or choose something else really would of helped, but nothing. I noticed on the bag, the package was shipped from China. I refuse to support China's sweat shops again.

Do not order from dress lily. I placed an order on the 29th feb 16 and 4 weeks later I still hadnt recieved it. I emailed and asked where my dress was I ordered and I got a reply email a day later saying that the dress was out of stock and they wont be getting it back in. I was then told I couldnt have the money back in my bank account but I could pick something else to the same value. I emailed them saying I dont want anything in return I just want my money back in my bank account. I recieved another email from them saying I couldnt have it back it I had to pick something else. I emailed them saying if they dont get the money back into my bank account within 2 days I would get trading standards involved and get them to investigate it. 2 days later which was yesterday the money went back into my bank account. I would avoid these with all costs. They are only after your money and dont send you the goods. Stay away from them. BIGGEST RIP OFF COMPANY EVER

To start I don't ever write reviews but I wanted word to get out just how bad this service really is. I placed a very large order totalling $333.00 on March 7th just today (March 31st) I received just part of my order. Almost the whole order was terrible. All of my shirts were way way to small with horrible material and not at all like the picture. I have been trying to get in contact with someone all day about how I can return my order. No one has contacted me back and there is no easy return option on the Web page. As I went to write a review I seen how bad their service is along with following through with their return policy. I can almost bet that I have just wasted 333 dollars. I REALLY WISH I WOULD HAVE LOOKED AT THE REVIEWS FIRST! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM DRESS LILLY I'VE NEVER SEEN SUCH BAD SERVICE!

I bought 3 lovely garments, size 2X. At least I thought they were a 2x. When they arrived, they were at least a size 2 or 3 (no X). Do not buy clothes, they won't fit! I am giving them away as refund policy sucks: You only get a partial refund, pay shipping back to them. I will only buy jewelry or bags, anything where fit is not an issue. You notice there is no phone # to settle complaints!

Horrible product! I ordered on March 7th, and received it on March 31st, although I paid extra for faster shipping. When I finally received the shirt it looked completely different from the picture. Poor quality and was a joke. Had to throw it away.

0-STARS - STAY AWAY-DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
I was in the process of making an order with them and then I found these reviews and so I cancelled my order but unfortunately I had already made the payment.
I emailed them and asked for a refund. I have done this about 4 times now.
They keep telling me they have refunded me but they have not. They sent me a fake receipt to pretend they had done it and the money still has not gone through and it has been over a month!
They should be ashamed. There are many women that are buying wigs from them that have cancer and they have no problem stealing money from them!
To make it even worse, now it looks like they have disabled their ticket page (contact page). When I went into my account all my previous tickets/emails with them had been erased and now I cant even contact them, as the contact page is not working!

I ordered to things from Dress Lilly a black jumpsuit and a maxi dress at the same time. The black suit was a one size fits all. I checked the size chart and my measurements were within the guide lines but the jumpsuit was way to small. I asked for a refund but instead all I keep getting is the run around as if they are trying to run out the 30 day return. The Maxi dress I still have not received. When questioned about the status I was told it will take 10-45 days from the shipping date of 03/17/2016.

I had ordered an item. After a while, I decided to cancel this order. Dresslily allowed me to do that, and even refunded me, for my order. That was the best experience I ever had, during online shopping.
So for those that asked if I ever got my refund... YES! I did. Keep in mind that I was only offered a refund after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Initially, Dresslily said I was not entitled to any compensation for their wrong size bathing suit mistake.
