This has got to be the biggest scam ever. I ordered 9 months and I still think about how much a regreted it. I ordered about 150 dollers worth or shirts, dresses, jewlrey, and pants. I was so excited because obviously on the site the clothes are adorable. Well you will not receive ANYTHING close to what your ordering. I am very small and the dresses were shirts. I measured up everything from there site! The clothing was unbelievably cheap. Everything was falling apart right when I pulled it out of the bag. Colors were off. Took a month to ship. Terriable costumer service. Returned my items was NEVER refunded for the items I got. I have never felt more ripped off in my life. Would have been nice to have recived the items I ordered but you deffintly won't. Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst part was they just took my money I returned the CRAP they sent and they stole my money... ugh never again

Pay pal already got me a partial refund. Your stuff is garbage. You showed a wig that was a picture of a Tony of Beverly that I have already. The piece of junk you sent me was not anything like the picture and had a cowlick at the crown. I threw it away, it wasn't even decent enough for Halloween! Your business should be shut down. It must be against the law for you to copy other companies things to get peoples attention and send something totally different. This is fraud and I have reported you for fraud. I hope Dress Lily and all your other fake companies get shut down.

Nothing about what I received looks ANYTHING like the photos on their website. I ordered five items paid about forty dollars and I am extremely disappointed. You get what you pay for I guess but this should be illegal. I truly believe what they do is make their own cheap version with the worst cheapest material they have and have a child make the items. None of the colors match, every item I received is such a cheap material its see through. I even ordered a size larger because it says they are cut small and they still do not fit correctly and I am not a large person. I wish I would have read the reviews before hand, I will never order from this site again nor will I ever order form over seas, I had a similar issue with a dress I ordered a few years ago and I was never refunded even when I sent the dress back. My suggestion for you is to pay that extra ten or so dollars at your local store or local catalog because this site and company are a total SCAM. I will never do this again, 0 Stars but I had to put one to write this review!

I had an overall great experience. Love the dresses that I bought from the store! Dresslily has some super-cute clothes that are affordable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new wardrobe.
I ordered 8 items. So far I have received all but one, but it took FOREVER to receive them. Nothing fits and I even ordered a larger size just to be on the safe side. I figured I could alter them down if necessary. Their ticket process for faulty products do not recognize their own SKU numbers and there is no other way to contact them. I am beyond angry. Spent $150 and I can't wear any of it and I apparently can't return it for a refund either. RUN THE OTHER WAY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Unless you are a child, these clothes will not fit!

I ordered and receive a handbag set. The quality is beyond sub-par. It smells like a chemical and looks awful. I tried leaving feedback for the item I purchased and cannot because they are out of stock and it won't allow me. How is that possible when it is an item I ordered. I want to return this handbag because I will not use it yet I cannot contact the company because they do not have an email address. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ALL THE JUNK IS FROM CHINA AND MADE BADLY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT.

Pretty much what you can find in store yet delivered to your home
I ordered some tank tops and the quality was so poor and the sizing in a medium were child sizes
I ordered bathing suits which apparently cannot be returned and the larges I ordered are not to size. They are equal to a size 5... I wear a size eight... Save your money and shop at your local store. They are all from China and small... No return forms with product and getting your money back is an issue

I got the items quickly enough, but they are very skimpy, thin, rather useless. I put them in the giveaway box the day they arrived.
After posting the above review, DressLily notified me that my account would be refunded in full. Sure enough, my PayPal account was credited the entire amount quickly, and I hadn't even asked for a refund. Pleasantly surprised.

I ordered three items back in January 6. One item came but the other two did not. Submitted tickets and they promised to refund if I do not rec received the items by March 30,2016. I have never had to wait for almost 3 months for an on-line shopping experience. Anyway, the website is so screwed that I can't even follow up on the ticket nor can I submit a new ticket. If anyone from Dresslily cares to respond, the purchase order is L**************. The previous two tickets are *******0030 and T*******662. A Please send the refund for the two missing items. If I'm being honest I can not say that the sizes are true. An XL will not fit XL, it is more like a small but their customer service is responsive and provided me a refund when they really didn't have to. The products are very nice, I wish I was a small so I could wear it. Just keep in mind that an XL in bathing suits is more like a Small/Medium.
The staff of dress lily is to cooperative and nice.
I belong to India and came UK for business purpose, and I shop online watch from UK, but i didnt not have international debit card. I raise issued to customer service of dresslily, and staff resolve my issue within 24 hours and they provide me other payment linked where i easily made payment with my Indian debit card
I ordered a few items from DressLily on the recommendation of a friend, she had seen some nice bits on there but had never ordered anything herself.
I received half of my order to discover the items looked nothing like the pictures on the site, I wouldn't even go as far as to say what I received was a knock of as even those who sell knock offs have better standards. The items are not even salvageable for fabric.
I have now attempted to return the items and cancel the other half of my order, I have tried their support centre which had redirected me to a separate website on two occasions, it has also told me I am entering incorrect codes (which I know is not the case/ I have tried probably about 20 times!), I have tried their ' live online chat' which seems to be constantly offline, I have even gone as far to approach their Facebook page with no response.
I am hugely disappointed with what I have received, the items are disgusting and not even good for the fabric to create anything else, I would strongly recommend anyone thinking of using this site should shop elsewhere, as they are not trustworthy and their customer support is quite shocking.
I never post reviews but I really didn't want anyone to go through the same thing I have, I am so angry.
Please avoid at all costs.

After submitting my order I realized the size I ordered was too small. Tried to contact the "Support center" and realized it was non-exisitent! I tried using Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer still unable to send a message. Man, I am so pissed I could scream!

Item shippped was so poorly made they went into the trash. One item which was an advertized item did not ship with the order and a month later after being promised and re promised shipment, I am now told the item is not available. Now they want me to chose another item and refuse to refund my money but want me to keep credit with them. This company is a rip off and if anyone makes the mistake to buy from them you should have your head examined. It is a Chinese company shipping from China which takes at least 15 days. If you buy anything from this company you deserve to lose the money. We all need to get together to see if we can ban this company from selling int he US. They took my money out of my bank account knowing they did not have all of my order. They should of just took the money for what they did have. I got the handbag right away and I am satisfied with it. They did not have the sunhat and I waited a long time for it and than they finally sent one after a long time. It was an awful color you would never wear the sunhat. The one I order was white and it could of been worn with a lot of stuff. The one they sent is a God awful color.
