I just ordered and I wish I had read these reviews before. I ordered two dresses for specific events next month. The shipping time states 10-20 days but according to many of these people, I won't see my order until months from now AND it won't be what I expect it to be. I truly hope I'm not disappointed.
I really like the way they reached out to me regarding an issue with a wrong product, so I know they care about customers and is quick to resolve an issue and that means alot... no one is perfect... I will still be shopping on Dresslily
I ordered a few wigs. Instead I got a very small white and gold dress. I let dresslily know this was a wrong item. They told me to take pictures and email them, and then to wrap up the dress and pay to have it sent back. This was a heavily beaded dress and was going to cost more than the wigs themselves to return, so - I have a weird tiny dress and no wigs.

My order came quickly, and was as described,(mermaid tail blanket) but it was damp and horribly smelly. And the outer package was not broken. They shipped it to me damp and smelly, mouldy clothes pin and all.

One item arrived like 12 days later and 2 items are not even shipped yet. I feel very ripped off. I will never shop with this company ever again, and I highly advice you to do the same.

When I asked (emailed, there is no phone contact) about the processing delay in my order. I was informed that the item could not be sold. They never contacted me or refunded my money. I guess I have to formally ask for my money back on an order they could not deliver on.
This was their response...
"Unfortunately, we are very sorry to inform you that the item ******* cannot be sold anymore on our website due to supplier's issues."
I ordered a pair of men's shoes. They suggested I buy a woman's blouse instead. Let's see how quickly I get my money refunded.

After emailing my complaint to the company I did receive a refund for the full amount spent on the item that they could not sell. The response and refund took less than 4 days.

Everything is so low priced, but the items are cute! I loved the items I got. Also very helpful customer service.
I've been ordering from Dresslily for about a year now. I've only ever had one issue where I did not receive my item, however, their customer service team sent another package with no hassle.

I just ordered 6 pairs of pants for my vacation next week. Two being cover ups for my bathing suite. I ordered it a month befor my trip. Knowing it was cutting it close decided to pay 25.00 extra for 3 to 7 day shipping. I received 3 of the pairs of pants and still haven't received the other 3. Upon contacting customer service sbout my refund of 25.00 I payed for the shipping, they decided to canceal the rest of my oreder. And I still didn't get a refund for shipping. Seriously? I won't shop here again! If you can't oreder something in such a short time they should let you know when your ordering it. Not a month later after you were expecting it!

I ordered two items from them over three weeks ago, and my order still says it's being processed. I had hoped to use the dress for prom, but won't be able to if it doesn't get here in time. Now I've been reading the reviews and am worried that even if it does get here it won't fit or will be terrible quality.

I recently ordered a top and a jacket from DressLily. While I was satisfied with the jacket, I found the top did not meet my expectations. I contacted their customer support and told them about my complaint and what surprised me is how much they valued their customers and acted on it promptly! I will definitely order again as I valued the way they treated me. I highly recommend DressLily!
I warn all do not buy anything from this website. I didn't get an item in my first package and the dress I was really looking forward to wearing was a romper even though very clearly it says dress in the dress description. And the wait time is so unpredictable. They give you a time when your stuff will be shipped out and then add 2-3weeks to that! I will NEVER buy from here again. And if you read other reviews I'm sure a lot of people would agree.

I ordered a few things from here and NOTHING is great about it. The bathing suits i ordered look NOTHING like the pictures, they are the wrong sizes, ans the fabric is awful. The romper i ordered is basically a child size. This is the worst website i've ever seen. They BETTER be giving me my refund!

I've bought two times on Dresslily and the first one was pretty a disaster: the items took ages to arrive and one of them was wrong measured so it was too small! But then I talked to support center and they were really helpful. They gave me back the amount of the wrong item and also a discount code for a future order. I ordered a second time and all was perfect! Mistakes can happend but I think that the most important thing when buying on the internet is a good customer support center you can rely on. I'm really satisfied and I recommend this website.
