I ordered two swimsuits from Dress Lily on March 12,2016. Received one of the suits and was not happy with the sizing. I have opened two tickets to have them stop shipment on the other suit (back ordered) and requested info to send back the one I received. They say they respond to your requests within 24hrs but I am yet to receive a response on either inquiry!
DO NOT BUY FROM DRESS LILY. I wish I would have read more about them before my purchase. Thankfully it was not a huge order.
I'm so confused I order on the 04/08 it said my order had shipped I paid to have the tracking # for my package and still nothing no tracking # and no package I hope I did not get scammed I called customer service number and left a voicemail no reply. This sucks

So, I ordered from this site about a week or so back, I paid for expedited shipping (an extra 20$) so that way I can get it within the next two to three weeks and I also paid for tracking yet when I go to check up on it, its still exactly where it was five days ago; order partially shipped with no email to track the order. This worries me as I am moving in about a month and a half and I'd rather not have it be shipped and arrive at my current address when I no longer live here.

II havent recieved my order yet but just yesterday I checked my order and the photos of my orders were all as expected, And then about 10 minutes ago I check it again and the picture are different.IN A BAD WAY. I DONT WANT WHAT IS NOW SHOWING UP ON MY ORDER I WANT WHAT I ORDERED. Also I checked a few of the items(4) that hadn't changed and apparently they are 'SOLD OUT' Like what the actual F**k. When I ordered they weren't sold out, and judging by the rest of the 'changed products' I dont want the products anymore I want my money back. I will be expecting a full refund of all my 'sold out' PURCHASED ITEMS. The tracker that I placed on my orders saying that only 3 of my 10 items are being shipped by my standard this is not good enough. I was planning on wearing one of my purchased item to my school ball but it looks like f***'n $#*!. I will never be ordering from this site ever again and warn all my friends, because this is bull$#*!. Please notify of how to deactive my account as I wont be needing it. And for a rating I will rate this site a NEGATIVE 10

My previous review was only one star after my package took over a month to come and was untraceable for most of its journey... After contacting Dresslily about my concern they offered to refund me for a portion of my purchase (which they did promptly) I waited for my items to finally come and then they did not fit :( I contacted Dresslily again and they refunded the reminder of my purchase This all went for smoothly and I was very happy with how they treated me -- 5 stars for customer service
When first two pieces came in and i saw the quality i quickly emailed and told them to cancel the rest of the order another two or three pieces. As soon as they got that email (taking into consideration everything comes from china which i must have missed) i got an email saying the other pieces were mailed... lies! The tracking number did not work and five days later i got another email saying they just mailed again. I sent a note first to cancel and then again to tell them what a scam they are... don't waste time or money.

I placed an order for 3 shirts that took over 3 weeks to deliver. Needless to say I was missing a shirt and I am very unhappy with the product I did receive. I need to know how to return both of the shirts for a full refund for all 3 shirts I was billed for. I will eat the shipping charges but I do not like the manufacturing of the shirts or the material they are made of. The shirts look very cheap and are made of spandex material and not tee shirt material. I WILL NOT place another with Dresslily as your web page is very misleading as to how your product actually arrives to the customers. I will expect a full refund for all 3 shirts.

Facebook should try to pull out this online website to me they are not worthy of what they said no phone number no live chat they said at least 3 to one week order will be ship with the confirmation number and tracking number which I paid for and am still waiting

I ordered 7 shirts from Dresslily.com. I received 4 of them within 2 weeks of my order and they were all beautiful. The other 3 were on back order and I was given a few different options to resolve this status, as I saw other plenty of other items I had wanted on their site I chose to cancel my remaining items for the store credit and even received extra points that I can use to take additional money off of my next order. Their sizes do run small- but they advise this and give measurements of the clothing so I had no problem ordering the correct fit. All in all I am very satisfied with this experience and I will absolutely keep ordering from them! Order number L**************.
The clothes and accessories are amazing and are very well priced and the customer service is excellent. Will continue using Dresslily for any trendy clothing.

I ordered over over $130 worth of product over a month ago. I have yet to receive it all. What I have received is crap! I ordered items one to two sizes larger as I like things baggy. They don't even begin to fit! One of the bathing suits fits my bum but the boobs are literally right above my belly button. The quality of material and seams are extremely poor! I've tried to open a ticket on their website and it continues to tell me I am putting in an incorrect SKU number. There is no phone number to call. Their live chat is only BEFORE you order. If I could give this site no stars I would! I am not putting in my Order ID!

I had posted a different review entirely when I was disappointed about the quality of my item, however after I shared my experience on here, customer service reached out to me and resolved the issue beyond my expectations. In my experience, customer service has been nothing but helpful and has gone above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I know there are lots of accusations but I do not find this website to be a scam from my experience.
My biggest piece of advice that I have learned is that you get what you pay for. You cannot pay $20 and expect a designer couture dress. The pictures on the website are not the actual clothing you will receive. I really wish that the website articulated this better. As long as you are realistic with your expectations and realize that the actual products are "inspired by" the pictures shown on the website, you will not be disappointed. And yes, the clothing takes longer to come in the mail than what you are probably used to with online shopping, but they are pretty upfront about it.
I received a piece of rubbish which is totally different what i have seen in the pictures, please dont waste your in the drsslily site. I will report them to the customer care ann try to block their site from appearing in Australia.

Horrible quality! I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR WEBSITE EVERY AGAIN! First off my order was shipped on Feb 28,2016 I received it on April 11,2016. Once I paid for my order they then sent me a email saying one of the items I wanted wasn't available and that they could only put the amount of the shirt in "my wallet" then I received the other 2 items I ordered, and they are the worst quality made clothing I have ever seen! I want a FULL refund! How do I send this junk back!? Now I'm out 43$ Canada, I am going to post blogs, and on every social media you can imagine about how horrible this company is! I can find a contact number anywhere to speak to anyone. I really wish I had read some of these reviews before hand, I don't have money to throw around!
Just want to add. They did end up giving me a full refund. But I still will never order from them again, the quality is horrible.

After reading all the negative reviews online, I was kicking myself for ordering the swimsuit that I did, but after receiving it and trying it on, I AM SO GLAD I ORDERED IT! It is so cute and SOOOO flattering! The package arrived when it said it would too (around a couple weeks). Five stars for sure!

The material is crap. It is nothing like in the picture. I received an order that was not mine along with the things that I ordered that are completely unwearable. From what I have seen about returns there isn't much point. They essentially stole $50 from me and I have made peace with never getting it back.DON'T order from this company. It is a waste of time and money. Ultimate scammers.

I think the Dresslily website is pretty nice. I have done several purchases and all items have arrived in good condition and their quality is pretty good too. I have put some tickets and they have been answered very quickly. I also like that I can find thing that maybe I cannot find in my country.
