I always love the stuff I order from dresslily. If you order using common sense and read the sizing directions there are no problems. The items are a good quality for the price, they always arrive quickly, no damage or smells like I have heard. They have a nice variety of items and my daughters love the cute retro stuff.
Been over 30 days since I have ordered a product. Disappointed, never ordering from them again
I ordered one bathing suit on 3/31/16 and was charged and the item still has not been shipped. Sent an inquiry about a week ago and no response either

Absolutely amazing service from DressLilly! One of my shipments did not arrive, they reshipped with no problem at all. They always get back super quick with any enquiry submitted. Do not hesitate to order from this great company, they are amazing!
Fabulous prices that are hard to beat! Sometimes the shipping is slow... but it's also free! Any issues are usually resolved in a reasonable and timely manner. And they have tons of items on their site that are super cool and fashion forward. I would recommend them!
I have bought two dresses from Dresslily and I am delighted. They are decent quality and a perfect fit. That is a miracle as nothing ever fits me properly, I always have to alter clothes in some way. I measured myself using their guide, as they suggested. I will be wearing one to a wedding. They did not take too long to arrive. I was informed they would take a while but delivered quicker than I thought. No offence to Dresslily but I wasn't expecting designer clothes for the price. I was very surprised. Thank you.
I had a problem with the size on one of the shirts and Dress Lily resolved the problem within 24 hours with their excellent customer service. With the exception of 1 shirt, my other items were true to size and I love their clothes.
The hair extension I ordered was of good quality although the color was not exactly what I expected.
I was charged twice the amount and can not email or live chat. So disappointed in there customer service

Ok so I ordered twice from them, the first was a jacket. I ordered an XXL wanting it to be big so I could wear a sweater under but I swear I received a M. Asked to return it and they had me take measurements and photos, was told I didn't need to return and I could get a refund either to use for an immediate new purchase or into the site's wallet for later use. I opted for it to be put in the wallet and purchased two swimsuits one L for someone else and an XXL for myself because I learned from the last order. After over a week the items had not been shipped yet so I contacted customer service and was told they were back ordered and would not ship for a month. After some back and forth, agreed to the one item that was in stock to be shipped and the other to be refunded to my card. I have received the one suit that is a bit small and a refund for the other.
My lesson is that if you order from here remember their sizes are more like small junior's sizes. I am overall happy with the outcome, though I can't bring myself to give it over two stars because this could be avoided if they told you the item is backordered and all their clothes run small.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM INTERNATIONAL COMPANY (or its sister companies)
NO RETURNS unless you jump through hoops to prove it's not the like their photo.
They actually expect you to send a photo of you wearing the clothing, and compare to their photo.
NO RETURNS if you simply don't care for the crap quality.
They take your $ and won't give it back.

I order about $50 worth of things on 4/06/16 i still have not recieved a single thing i have only recieved two emails of two things being shipped but what about the others things a bought and were are the things that ""have been shipped""! I have tryed calling and no one has ever answered any of my calls.

I have ordered from this company 3 times.
First Jewelry and it was wonderful got it fast and really cute stuff.
Second time I purchased a dress to gift a friend it was cute as heck and received fast.
Third I purchased 2 bathing suits. I double checked the size chart to make sure because of their return policy (bathing suits are on the no return, which btw is stupid in this case). The size chart clearly states hip, bust and waist sizes. So should be a slam dunk, NO. It was tagged as the size I ordered but you could clearly see it was 6 sizes to small. I contact them I spend 50 dollars on these items. They want to give me a 20 dollar credit and say for me to sell the suits. I will never order clothing from them again. Shame because the suits are CUTE as heck and I really want them in my size not these tiny things I can't even get on.

I ordered on 4/4/16. The order shows 2 tracking numbers. One has NEVER updated and the other showed up later and then stopped updating after two days. Seriously DressLily get it together or I'm demanding a refund!
Update: I recently contacted them. They quickly got back to me with updated tracking information, they are also refunding me $10. Happy about both of those things. They were very kind about it. I will be keeping this site updated until I do recieve my package though. The last update informed me that it is in Germany, so lets see.

I ordered a dress in January and put the incorrect address. I immediately contacted them to let them know and was told to contact the post office and track my package. The tracking info stopped after 2 days so I don't even know if I came to the US AND wad told to wait until April 5th if I still didn't have it they would resend it. Now today is April 18th no dress and I'm bring told I can gave 200 points. If I didn't get my first item why the he'll would I want the stupid points. Next call is to my bank.

This business is a JOKE! The quality of the product is so CHEAP! I have tried so many times to return this JUNK! All I get is a reply stating they have seen my complaint. This is a total SCAM BUSINESS! They lure you in with really amazing prices, but believe me it is TOTAL JUNK! Do yourself a favor and keep your hard earned money. Their LIVE CHAT is never open. Terrible quality. They look like something I would have made in high school sewing class. Material is fraying. Dresses that appear to mid knee length or very short. Sizes are way off. I ordered a large and my daughter who wears a size 4 cannot get it on.
