SCAM SCAM SCAM!

DRESSLILY SCAM SCAM SCAM! I purchased $117 worth of items from dresslily. About a month later I received a package of ripped items that I didn't even order in sizes that wouldn't even fit my 10 year old tiny kids. (I ordered 2x) The items were sent without any order numbers, tags or return address. When I went to check my credit statement I was confused as to why my $ went to a man named Hassan instead of the company. I filed a dispute through paypal and sent Hassan a message requesting a refund. Surprisingly, I got a response. He offered me $30. I replied that I wasn't going to pay $87 for ripped clothes that I didn't even order. He told me to send the items back and that once I did, he would issue me a refund. Here is where it gets tricky folks. Turns out that these items are from China and the address provided by Hassan is probably not even real. I asked the post office how much it would cost to send the items back and explained that I needed a tracking number to prove to paypal and Hassan that I did indeed send them. The post office explained to me that the cheapest way to send it would be $22 but that it wouldn't include a tracking number. Only a customs number. If I wanted a tracking number, it would cost me nearly $100. Of course I am not going to spend $100 to send back a 1lb bag of ripped up crap, so I spent the $22, got the receipt from the post office with the customs number and immediately provided it to paypal and Hassan. WELL... a month later paypal closed the case. WHY? Because although they can track the package leaving the country, they can't track if it has been delivered or not. Now I have to open up a case with paypal credit and wait another 90 days for them to refund me. What a mess. This is a complete scam from beginning to end. This so called company knows that people aren't going to spend $100 to send this crap back to these fake addresses... needless to say, Hassan hasn't responded to me to let me know if the package arrived or to give me a refund. I hate scammers. I wish all of you the best of luck and suggest contacting your credit card company directly. Don't bother with paypal dispute. You will lose.

Obviously the same person, most likely from Dresslily.com, is writing most of the positive reviews, if not all. The same gramatical errors are appearing among them (no spaces after a period, recieve should be recieved, random lower case "i"s, same words missing in sentences, etc etc). I don't shop on the site but went here to check out the reviews before I did and it was easy to say I am not ordering from them.

Unfortunately I feel so sorry for this company. Someone is going to have to answer for all these wrong doings. I screen shot my order every step of the way and now I am being lied to about my shipping address.
One house on my block and just about everyone knows me. I was assured is no way this package arrived and was returned as dress lilly has now claimed.
I'm not going to add a correct order I'd in my comment because none of that matters. This company is going to put a generic claim or lie in the response no matter what ai type.
I'm going to pray for this company to have to answer for the things they do to people. May God have mercy on those responsible for this company. I am not even mad about my small order. I'm just sad anyone would run this type of company.
I'm just going to pray for those involved and that I'm 100 % sure will in the end provide 100% satisfaction for this sad company
I'm so glad I have the common sense to not do these types of things to so many individuals. I for sure would never want to answer for this types of business. So sorry if this seems rude. I truly do feel bad for anyone involved and when they have to stand in judgment for their actions. I'm so glad it will not be me.

I thought that for paying $30 per dress that they would be of a decent quality, but this was NOT the case. Out of 6 dresses that I ordered only 4 ever arrived and out of these 4 only one is even wearable and of course it came missing the top button (and since i cant find a wooden button to replace it, it is unwearable also.) The others are cheap, completely see through, unfitted, unfinished (not sewn around the edges and frayed everywhere) and honestly not even wearable. If I ordered items of this quality from any other website I would make sure to be refunded as there is nothing for me to do with the items I received but DressLily has no way that i can see to request a refund. Do NOT order from this website it is just throwing money away.

(Also! Of the dresses that DID arrive they took 2 months to arrive and although I paid extra money for a tracking number, I never had ANY information sent to me after they charged my card. A complete and total scam.)

Thanks to site Jabber and someone that cared at Dress lilly, they have made things right with me and did return some of my money. It did take a while but did seen to find someone that cared and helped me. There items run way too small and need to be more accurate, Just wanted to let you all know that I was taken care of. So if any of you had problems, do not give up! Thank you Site Jabber for helping me to find someone at Dress Lilly to make it right! There bathing suites were very cute and good quality but sizes are no wear at all accurate.

Over a month and no sign of my order. No movement on tracking. No answers from support. Would like my package or a refund, can't get an answer on either.

Now a few weeks later, I received word back from Dress Lily. The have now reimbursed me and said I would still receive my package. The package shows that is has been in Germany since May 24th, more than a month now.

I placed an order over two weeks ago. I paid an extra fee to be able to track my package, but so far all what the system says is that there is no updated information. So why did I pay for this useless tracking number?! Will i ever get the stuff?! And when?

Almost a month later, I was refunded the extra fee for the tracking number that has never worked. Two days ago I received the second parcel, but not the first one, which was sent two days before. Still waiting...

A month later they have refunded me the cost of the items which I have never received and that, they say, are still on the way. Maybe it is not their faust, but I don ' t know if I would place another order to go through such a stress again..

I bought a dress for my wife and when I received the order I was very impressed with the quality of the dress. Since that day my wife has become a regular client of Dresslily. I buy several synthetic wigs monthly, and I have for a long time. One day recently I was searching for something new and came across dresslily.com. I decided to try it out and I and I'm so glad I did, the quality of the wig is great and the hair is soft I haven't experienced any tangling or shedding. I ordered my first Synthetic Wig based upon prior reviews - even though the price was unbelievably low. They said it should arrive 10 to 25 workdays. It took the full 25 days - which was 15 days longer than my 2nd order of a different Synthetic Wig... In the meantime, I contacted Customer Service by Ticket # 3 times and they were very prompt in reply and assurance... The wig was beyond great. Everything about it was just what I had hoped for... I'm placing my 3rd order in June for my neighbor and will tell others... The customer service fast replies were what will make me a Dresslily buyer forever.

I tried ordering a $12 swimsuit 3 times. All three times it said my card couldn't process but charged me 3 separate times for that same order ($36 total). Later that night, find out my card is "closed", and was ultimately suspended for $36 of an unauthorized transaction that coincidentally took place that same day. Now my card is cancelled for fraudulence and I'm waiting for a new one. $#*! wasn't even that cute anyway

I ordered an item for my granddaughter's birthday over a month ago and still can't get an answer about where it is. When I email dress lily I got an automated response that had no link attached. So I went to PayPal resolution center and have emailed every day. They respond to the email telling me that my order has shipped. Then they tell me that they'll refund $10; the next day they offer a $12 refund... all less than 1/2 of the cost of the item.

DO NOT ORDER FROM DRESS LILY! YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR ORDER AND THEY WILL NEVER REFUND YOUR MONEY!

I wish someone had to me!

Orders are; late

I placed an order since April 24, it is now May 26 and I have not received it. Getting to speak to someone about the order is impossible and the tracking system sucks. I needed the items for an event on May 28th, today is May 26 and it seems i have to buy another outfit. What a travsety...

I was looking to purchase an inexpensive watch. Dresslily had very competitive prices for the type of watch I was looking for (stainless steel case and band, water-resistant, fashionable).
I had never purchased there before (I usually buy from Ebay), but their prices were better, they offered free international shipping and PayPal.
I placed my order and waited.
The order arrived pretty fast and the watches were as shown - attractive, functional and a very good bargain for the price I paid.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered a total of 10 items, all but 3 shipped, it did take a long time to get them, but I was OK with that. I really like the items I received, not high quality, but I didn't expect them to be with the price I paid. Then I get an email about the 3 remaining items not being able to ship, yet 2 of the 3 are still listed on their website - so why can't they be shipped. I didn't create an account when I ordered, I just used our paypal account (my husband and I share an account) - which I'm afraid was a huge mistake, because now they only offer store credit as a refund, but without an account, I don't know what my options are. I'll be OK with a store credit, just wish the responses were quicker. I sent this in my reply to them, now I wait to see what their solution will be. I'll come back and post once I hear back from them. This is an opportunity for them to change my 2 star rating to something higher. Here's hoping their customer service comes through.

6/27/16 Today I'm changing my rating as promised. Customer service fixed the issue and thus I'm giving them a generous 4 stars.
