I ordered a mermaid tail blanket on May 14,2016 and it is currently June 23 and I have yet to receive it. During online chat session a rep suggested I wait until July 31 to receive my product. I wish I had never ordered from this company. Order number: LL**************
As of July 6,2016 I did receive a refund. According to dresslily my package "was destroyed in customs" I keep getting emails asking me to update my review, so here it is. I did get a refund, but I will not be shopping at or recommending this company again.
I ordered a butterfly sleeve dress which they much later said was out of stock, offer to redeem money paid, then never did, and when I tried to find the email in my account to inquire it was gone

I ordered 3 t-shirts from dresslily.com. Not only did it take a month for them to arrive, when they did, my XXL t-shirts showed up and looked like a child's S (small). I will NEVER order anything from this company who makes and ships their products from China. Absolutely disgusted.

I would give them a zero star if I could. Ordered 3 swimsuits and 3 dresses for my vacation. I ordered them in April. Here it is almost July I am STILL waiting for the 3rd piece of one of my suits... all the others were on back order and not expect d to be here by June, so I had to cancel the orders. Vacation is over, I had to go buy new swimsuits at the last minute.
Their sizing is a joke. A large dress is what I typically wear... when I received the 3 dresses I ordered, I couldn't even get them over my head. One size fits all does not apply if you wear large size clothing. When contacting customer service, I get the same automated responses that you see on this site.
What a shame!

SIncerely today i am happy i did it. Sometimes it´s better to make your own experience instead of reading comments onto a display...
I received a wig that is not the one I had ordered, this wig is so small that it will not even fit my 4 year granddaughter, also the color is not the one I ordered. The wig package was from Li Cunyun in China. I did not know I was buying from China. Could you please help me with this to receive a refund. I will gladly send this ugly wig back.

I will NEVER be ordering from them again. I bought a $16 bathing suit for an event I was going to. Spent just as much to have this "expedited" so it would be here before the event. 10 days later I STILL do not have the "expediated" suit and now my event is over. I sent them an email wanting as least refund for the shipping and was met with lots of crap about giving them time, etc. NOT taking responsibility for their lack of timing! I had heard some negative things about this but figured maybe it was just isolated. Not at all! I have told EVERYONE I know NEVER to order from them. Who KNOWS what the condition when I finally receive it will be. I am so angry about this! AND, when I contined to check the tracking status of course it came up with Sorry it hasn't updated. It hasn't UPDATED since it was shipped out. Who knows if it was even freaking shipped. I ordered a BUNCH of stuff online from several different companies in the last few weeks. Amazon, Best Buy, Target, Personal Creations. ALL of those items came back in less time than expected by a few days AND I didn't request an expedited shipping!

Shame on me for not checking it out first. These people are trying to do business out of China. Made and sent from China. They are in total confusion as to how they ship and when the merchandise actually gets to you if at all. Great merchandising great ads with good looking models. The rest is a scam in a sense.

I spent $65 for some tops. When they arrived today they smelled horrible, poor quality and were nowhere true to size (actually 2 sizes smaller!). No information in packaging for returns so I went to their website. No phone number to call for customer service, live chat doesn't work and Warranty & Return link doesn't work. I wish I would have seen all these reviews. Would NEVER had ordered from this company. Will be posting on FB to never use this company and reporting them to FB to stop their ads. TOTAL SCAM!

I ordered 5 pillow cushions and they arrived quickly and have been fine. The material is simple, but it's soft enough and Ive had them for a few months and they've held up ok. I haven't washed them yet though so we'll see how that goes! All in all I was pretty happy as the price was really cheap. You get what you pay for! It wasn't a scam anyway.
So I basically i bashed them on FB. That was the only way I got a reply from them. Now on Facebook they asked me for an order number. But on here they are saying my item was shipped. HOW? WHEN? But didn't have any of my information. This site DRESSLILLY Is a rip off. Perio

I placed a order on this site for the first time. What a mistake, they are obviously scammers. I only recieved a couple of the items from my entire order. The items where of the worst quality, smelled of chemicals, sewn irregular and not the sizes they state online. Also didnt even come close to the descriptions either. I have tried to return them to the company to get my money back but they keep telling me that i have to pay for shipping. Why do I have to pay for it when I got product that was defective? Then they offered me a partial refund at a fraction of what i spent. I refused and feel I deserve all my money back. I spent 140.00 with this company and what a mistake that was. I will be going to file a claim with my credit card company as well as file a paypal claim. Lesson learned, I really hope they make this right and refund my money back to me.
