Shipping time versus receiving time Sucks. And when I finally recd my package it was wrong. Have emailed them as to where to return the item since there was no receipt or ticket or anything in the package and still to date have not heard a word from them and that was over 2 wks ago. I want to express my experience with them, they always answer fast my questions about size, time and more pictures of items. Their free shipping is not bad so I love buy with them because prices are low and no shipping is thebest thing ever in the life when you buy online! And actually items are the same as pictures!
Ordered a bathing suit. Free shipping. Never saw it and it has been a month. Worse was that during that time I ordered a dress and paid for expedited shipping (3-7 days). Is for a wedding. Was due today and is in Hawaii! Not gonna make it to Indiana. Horrible help from customer service with their "pre-set answer". Told me 7-10 days yet on the site clearly says 3-7 for extra fees. Nice price, maybe nice product, but who knows... since you can't get it! Will not do business with them again ever!

I received my one piece halter bathing sit I ordered and I just love, love it. It fits perfectly and it is exactly as shown. One happy customer.
I ordered a mermaid blanket for my little sisters birthday (which was last week). I paid $18 extra to receive the item on her birthday- I paid for 3 business day shipping. It was apparently shipped out very early yet I still have not received the item over 10 days later. I sent an email requesting money back since I did not receive the item in the amount of time I paid for or even close to that. I've included their response below. I'm told to contact my local post office and to recheck my address. 1- I put down the proper address. 2- looking at the tracking info (which I view every day) it's still waiting for a second customs check in KY (I live in NY). Why would I contact my local post office? That would be another circus for no reason since I wrote the right address. I'm annoyed that I have been the victim of a scam. I will not be ordering from here again unless this issue magically gets resolved. I will be warning my friends and family to avoid as well. I'm highly annoyed and still don't have my product. I see my sister often and it's embarrassing not having her birthday present 10 days later.

I absolutely love shopping on dresslily, dresslily has so many amazing products, clothes and accessories that are all so wonderful I wish I could have it all!
This is the first and last time I use this site. First, I paid an additional $23 for expedited shipping because I needed the outfit for an event. The items were held in customs for 3 weeks and then took an additonal two weeks to arrive once shipped. I emailed customer service and they gave me a 5% off code. As if that wasn't laughable enough even though I used the 'size chart' the items were both 2 times too small. I am furious! I know these clothes are affordable and appear to be cute but trust me they are poor quality, cheaply stitched, incorrectly sized, junk! DO NOT DO IT!

I ordered 2 mermaid blankets and 2 watches for my boys graduating Kindergarten gifts. Within hours I received shipping notification that 2 blankets and 1 watch shipped. Odd they shipped so darn quickly right? I promptly emailed back to cancel the order. Nope, it shipped already. I'm giving gifts to twins so a partial order is not acceptable. I can't see anyway within hours the partial shipment went out. Fine okay, I'm screwed, got it. Thanks!
So I file a claim with PayPal. Multiple emails to DressLily about partial shipment, please cancel with canned automated response they can't because it's shipped. I then address the issue I clicked on the link to save 70% with Paypal, when I got to check out it said I would only get 8% nice bait and switch but I better order so I have these wanted items by end of school NOT I didn't even get the 8% discount. It may all seem petty for the price but when we are low income and this transaction has taken food from our table, I will most definitely not let it go.
I received the partial order just 2 days before the end of their ridiculously long shipping frame. Unfortunately I thought Paypal would come through and get me my entire refund. I'm happy to ship ALL of the items back since I had to go on Amazon and buy the same items for less money and they arrived in 3 days with Amazon Prime. I absolutely HATE this company. They use automated responses that do not pertain to complaints and the so called resolution process has gone on over a month and I'm still not anything close to satisfied. WORST shopping experience ever! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I ordered 2 (only 2) items over 5 weeks ago and I have yet to receive anything. Dresslily said they shipped it shortly after I placed my order but the shipping info has not changed since June 2nd. They are not willing to call the shipping company to follow up or check on it. Why would you use this company if all you receive are bad reviews from shipping? You are too ignorant to change the shipping method?

I had a problem with a dress i ordered to small because in the Netherlands we have other sizes, i went to te support and they have helped me so verry well. Verry nice people and verry good help! I got a refund, and when i got the mail about the refund it was already payed on my paypal account! Im going to order often by dresslilly, but watch better for the sizes before I order! I have made many buys in Dresslily, maily sinthetic wigs, and I can see they all fitted nicely on me, very natural look and nice quality of hair. They free shipped and all the time, products have arrived within 10 to 15 days. I haven´t paid taxes upon arrival. I llike their custumer service and they have responded in 24 hours, the same time they take to make a refund if needed.
I like the website very much and I keep on buying.
I was typing the discount code into the specified box at the checkout and clicked enter when i was finished typing. This stupid website automatically sent the payment when I hadn't even clicked "Place Your Order" to indicate that I was read. What's monumentally worse is that the discount code was NOT applied and this website has seriously inconvenienced me. They practically stole $75 from me! They need to fix their stupid automatic system. Since when did clicking enter in a discount box indicate that one had completed their entire order and is ready to pay? Since when did clicking enter in the discount code box after typing said code in mean I didn't want it to be applied to the overall cost? Just dont use this website. There are way better ones out there.

I had one problem with a dress I ordered it didn't fit so I let them know and got a response right away they let me keep the dress and got me a full refund very fast I'm so happy shopping with dress lily
Talking about my own experience. I found Dresslily very genuine. Their products are exactly as they described and of good quality. They offer free shipping which is a great advantage for clients. They also offer good promotions. If you buy from them you will be happy as me.
First off their items run super small. Second they take months to ship. Third their return policy is a joke. I purchased something in a size large and I received a size medium from the company. They wanted pictures uploaded to their website before they would even acknowledge a mistake and of course their website only accepted certain types of pictures to be uploaded. Never again.
