I ordered mid May. Expected it to be slow, but come on. They even sent me a message about shipping problems after quite a few weeks, but when I wrote back with a question (because their message was confusing) they sent me a ticket that they'd received my query, but they never ANSWERED it. I just went on their website and inquired again. Received a ticket, which is, I suspect, as far as it's going to go, with no real answer.
It's been 6 weeks and I still haven't received my order. As soon as I created a login on their website I couldn't log in. It kept telling me everything was incorrect. I have gotten a refund from my bank. This company was unable to be contacted in anyway.

Found the dresslily site through a google advertisement. Glad I did. I love the clothing and everything is so affordable. I bought a shirt for my sister and she just loved it. Have to order a little bit of a bigger size cause they seem to be made smaller but that's not a problem.
After reading all these negative reviews I have to add my two cents to this discussion. I ordered two swimsuits for a total of $37. They took a while to get here, but they arrived in about two or three weeks. I didn't like the way either one fit. They were just not my style. I requested a refund and an address to return the items. They credited my Paypal account within one day and told me to keep the suits! I couldn't believe it.
I highly recommend Dresslily.com to anyone who loves a good bargain and free shipping! It's been my personal experience in dealing with Dresslily that this company offers quality merchandise and very good customer service to their customers. Shipping times are reasonable and they allow customers to use PayPal to protect their purchasing experience. Two tips to make shopping with Dresslily an easy experience: pay for your purchase directly from your checking account through PayPal to avoid delays and transaction fees, and order clothes one or two sizes larger than indicated because clothing sizes run smaller on their site than those in the U.S. If your purchase is too small, I believe Dresslily has a good return policy, but at these low prices, it's easier to give it to someone you know and order another in a larger size. Check out their watches; they are very reasonably priced and good quality!
I ordered 5/9/16. Two suits finally came 7/1/16. Didn't come close to fitting. I read your size information... two suits still have not come 7/13/16 and frankly I don't want them. Customer service is ok but I would like to speak to a person. Not email
Update to complaint: Thank you dresslilly. They are refunding my money completely. I am surprised but very pleased.

I ordered a number of things recently, for the first time. I had no problem with the misc. Small items (mostly jewelry)... good quality for the price... but the bathing suit did not fit at all... too small! Very disappointed as that was the main thing I was looking forward to receiving. I would like to order more things but am very nervous, after reading these reviews.

I have emailed them and all they can give me is a reference number and where my item is, when i click on it, it comes up blank. I am really thinking this site is bull crap. It's been a little over a month now and still no swimsuit. I have emailed several times with no response. They emailed me a shipping # from China and its a # that leads to no where.
Very disappointed. I have have not received the product yet but if their shipping and customer service practices hold true, I'm not very optimistic regarding the fit, material, or wearability:(
Today I checked my account (June 18,2016) and see they refunded my money. I have not received my swimsuit but at least I have received a refund.
I am changing my rating for this company. After I posted this review I was immediately issued a full refund. My advice would be to make sure you understand that your product is coming from China and that can take a while. I finally received my swimsuit and it fits wonderfully. I am normally a size 10-12 so u ordered according to the size chart provided, an XL. The quality is not bad it would definitely last a season or two. And honestly, I have never bought a swimsuit that is more flattering to my figure! I would buy from them again if I was in no hurry to receive items.

I had several successful orders with DressLily, generally items are exactly as described, for very competitive prices (especially if you look for discounts). There is also a cool reward system which cut my last order price by an additional $6 from already low prices. In one instance in particular there was a problem with the shipment, I contacted their customer service and they were very helpful and we were able to sort it out to my satisfaction.
I ordered 4 items. It took a month for two of the items to come in - a bathing suit - that I ordered in an XXL ( I am a normal size 10) and a pair of shoes. The bathing suit wouldn't fit an 8 year old. The shoes are the cheapest piece of garbage I've ever seen. I sent them a message through their "customer service" ticket about the two missing items and they said it was sent. They also told me it was MY problem to deal with since it was the shipping company's fault and not theirs that I haven't received my items. I requested a refund and they offered a "partial" refund for "being a good customer". Seriously! I already know by reading the reviews that sending something back to them is impossible and that I will probably never see my refund on the other items that I ordered. Not that getting them would matter since I'm sure the quality will be just like the bathing suit and shoes. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them. Please Dresslily - do the right thing and refund my money. You and I both know that your sizes are wrong and returning things are impossible. Your items are junk and your customer service is a joke. I'll be telling EVERYONE I know about your business practices. Don't bother sending me a "private message" like you tell everyone else on this site - just refund my money!
7/11/2016 UPDATE: I received an email from Dresslily and they gave me a full refund for everything purchased. Persistence pays. If you have an issue with your order, keep emailing them. I originally rated them a one star, but after a complete refund, I have to give them a 3 start for at least not ignoring me or my complaint.

I have sent at least 3 emails asking how to return a too-small item and what will it cost...
I guess you have to open their reply email IMMEDIATELY because each time I have, I get the
"ticket has expired" or somesuch notice, with NO information that I asked for on how to return.
The item itself was acceptable; just too small. But I will not bother to try to return to China (as I have discovered from reading other posts) and simply WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN.
If you're happy with your item, great; tougher luck if you're not!
UPDATE: DressLily saw this review, refunded my purchase fee and did not require me to return the clothing item! Thanks, DressLily.

Items squished into a a bag so very wrinkled. All of the items were sizedVERY, VERY small. No way were they a "large" - I'm not sure they were even "small" - they were smaller than that - And all had a funny/bad smell. Am in the process of trying to return, but don't have high hopes for that.

Although this company does not give you all the return policy up front (like article must be mailed to China), they did continue to reach out to me to satisfy my problem.
Know that their clothes run extremely small - 2 sizes at least - and returns will be painful. Otherwise I did like the items and I did get them for 1/4 what I would have paid elsewhere.

The dress came in reasonable amount of time, but the sizing is way off I usually wear a 1x but had heard these clothing run small so ordered the 2x, lol when I open the package it looks like a large at the most, doesn't fit, so I'm not a very happy buyer, its not worth the money or time to return, but I won't order from again, they need to realize 1x in USA sizes lol apparently not the same as 1x in China,

I was so please with how much clothes and assortment you have to chose from! So pleased!
I am so disgusted and annoyed with this whole ordeal. I placed a first time order with them for a dress and then the next day for 2 wigs (which the reviews on the wigs were very good)... I paid extra for tracking which is a joke... I placed my order for the wigs on June 5th and was sent email saying shipped on June 11th with tracking number... Until June 29th all the tracking number said this item was delivered last September to someone in the Czech Republic (I live in USA)... then since June 30th including today, July 7th, it now says "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" WHICH IS STILL IN CZECH REPUBLIC! I have contact Dress Lily multiple times and get the same response, which is them quoting their shipping dates... I have asked to cancel this order but they tell me they can't because it's already ship and just delay due to a number of factors, bla bla., they also offered me an 8% discount on future order! Never again will I shop this site. On the previous order I did get that dress about 15 days, but was 5 sizes to small not to mention the material felt like cheap shower curtain. However, They did refund me in full for the dress, and I was very pleased with that. That's only reason they got a 2 star & not 1 star... It's just not worth the frustration and aggregation to shop this site in future. If I ever get the wigs and live them, I will update my comments.
