You know, I understand that when ordering online complications can arise with the shipping and arrival of packages and there's only so much that customer service employees can do. I get that. But if I've paid an extra ten dollars for speedy shipping and politely emailed you with my concerns after it hadn't come far after the estimated arrival date, and then I see the order had JUST been processed the day I sent the email, one would think that at least I'd get an apology, if not the extra money for shipping refunded. I got no apology, no refund, just an email basically telling me that they just shipped my order. Looks like I'll do my shopping somewhere else.
My experience ordering a swim suit was great. While it did take a while to get to me, it was within the time frame I was given for delivery. I love the suit! The picture does not do it justice.
I have placed an order and was charged to obtain a tracking number and after two weeks the tracking number does not work.

I ordered a wig from this company. First of all, it took it nearly a month to arrive. Secondly, when it did arrive, it was nothing like it was pictured and it was in the wrong color. I didn't even bother to return it since I would have had to pay for shipping and handling and probably would have had to wait several months for the right item to be shipped to me. It wasn't worth it. I will never order from this company again and would not advise anyone else to either.

Why don't ya'll minimize your bad customers' dissatisfaction? I was going to order, but you have more dissatisfied customers than you do satisfied... I would rather pay more than less, if less means, not receiving product, too small, etc, then paying less, it's a great saving, when disappointment come with due to cheaper price... Seemly, when people order they are taking a gamble with your company. SAD!

I love the extensive selection of products and the low prices. The quality of the items I've ordered so far has been good. My experience with customer service has convinced me they aim to please. I will definitely keep ordering.
I created a account on Saturday and ordered a item. Shortly thereafter, I attempted to log back in to check the order, and to reconfirm that I entered information correctly. My email address is showing as " invalid," not found or something along those lines. I created a ticket and was told it would be ATLEAST 24 hours before someone contacted me. This is NOT very reassuring in this age of fraud and identity theft. I am unable to check my order or confirm mailing information for which it is to be sent. I ordered from this site PRIOR to reading the BBB reviews and those on Site Jabbers. There are MANY complaints about not receiving items. The money has been deducted from my balance, so prayerfully, I will have access to my account on Dress Lily and receive my item SHORTLY. There is no way to contact this company! The number on BBB for them is constantly busy.

Read the reviews but took a gamble anyway and ordered over $100 of items. 6 in total, all XLs as that is what I wearl. Got the items I ordered, all with XL tags just as I'd ordered. The problem is, as other reviewers have stated, is that they all were so small that there is no way they were XLs. They actually appeared to be size Small, and one was maybe a Medium. Won't ever order clothing from DressLily again.
I ordered on May 3,2016 and was told it shipped on May 19,2016... it is July 23,2016 and still haven't received my item... I contacted them and they told me they can reship or give me a refund... I told them after waiting 2 months I deserve both... they told me I needed to choose and that if I have reshipped they will add 100 points on... well with such horrible service who wants to order from them again to use the points... I feel this business is a joke and is a automated customer service system... And dresslilly I don't want feedback to this with a I'm sorry blah blah blah cuz all ur company does is lie when ur page says 10-25 days... NOTHING about months

Dressing is a convenient, easy site to shop. The prices are great, the items met and often exceeded my expectations. Make sure to use the measurements listed, I am usually a size medium or large, but on this site XL is perfect for me. Shipping is free, and packaging is great.
I ordered several items back in May and still have not received them. Put in several tickets to find the order because the website said it's been shipped. If it's been shipped why haven't I received anything. Tried the tracking number also without any luck. Will never order again!

Placed an order May 12,2016 was told it would take 7-15 days. It's now July 22,2016 and my item still hasn't arrived. I've emailed them 4 times and every time they tell me "it can take some time". They say it's shipped however there is no tracking number. Customer service kept saying "it can take some time". Don't order from them unless you can wait months for your item to arrive.

Although package took about a month, it's normal because of free shipping and it doesn't really bother me. I take it as a surprise gift for myself a month later. All the products that I bought look exactly like the picture, some of it even better. Quality is also great for the price I paid and with proper care, the product lasts long. Have purchase twice with DressLily and will definitely purchase again.
I am new to dresslily and was referred by my roommate. I have since ordered 5 items total. So far all items have arrived within a reasonable timeframe that was set before I completed my order. Each individual item has its own projected shipping and handling turnaround time, and size chart. Although sizes tend to vary from item to item, as long as you use size chart for your proportions then you will avoid those issues for the most part. 1 of my items arrived damaged; I reached out to dresslily support who responded within 24 business hours of each message with all of my communications with them. For a company that does not seem to be based in North America, they seem to be rather fluent, courteous and prompt with their responses. 1 item I had a problem where my arms didn't fit in the sleeves, when I completed the review saying as such it triggered dresslily to contact me because of this issue. This shocked and amazed me as most companies like this will not take it upon themselves to resolve these trivial and costly matters. Overall I am extremely pleased with the clothes I have received (even the damaged one it was a small hole in a lace shirt, very delicate!) and really love the loyalty program they offer and how it works it very beneficial to both the company and the customer. Offering the option of submitting product review and pictures of clothing being worn by customers for points, which can be redeemed for $$ off your order is a perk. Gotten numerous compliments on the items and will continue to make purchases with this site. Absolutely love it. Just read the literature and one should not have any misconceptions about sizes and shipping time-frame etc, otherwise contact support and they will usually work with you to promptly resolve the matter. Great communication from staff and shipping overall love dresslily!
This is a terrible company... I ordered items a month ago, was then told that some of the items were no longer available but the other items were shipped. Still nothing and no return reply to email...

I love shopping on dresslily. I did have a few minor incidents with my order and contacted customer service. I was given a very satisfactory answer in a very short amount of time. It was a pleasure to work with them and I will continue to be their customer.
I ordered in May on the 15th and they sent order two different times one on the 16th and one on the 21st of May well it is July 19th and I have not seen the two shirts I ordered. I checked with the post office they dont have them so wtf. This is a terrible way to do business and what a bunch of Frauds stealing peoples money. Gona Report to the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered two items from Dresslily. Upon receiving the items they were too small. I contacted the wonderful support at Dresslily who worked with me and refunded money to me. All was done in a more than efficient and timely manner. I would advise anyone to shop with Dresslily.
Made an order weeks went by never received. They saw my complaint and decided to refund me. I didn't really want a refund I would have much rather been told why it wasn't shipped. It was swimwear and now I still have no swimwear.
