I have bought numerous items from DressLily, everything from swimsuits and other clothes to accessories, jewelry, and wigs. I have only had a missing item once--it just didn't make it in the mail to me. I contacted the seller via DressLily problem resolution site and the seller addressed me quickly and courteously. I was offered 3 ways in which I could resolve the problem; I chose to have the item re-sent to me. It arrived super fast, and I let the seller know. DressLily followed up on the item quickly and offered to do whatever it took to make sure I was a happy customer. In my opinion, DressLily is an excellent place to shop, not only for their prices and wide selection of items, but also for their courteous service and going the extra mile to assure customer satisfaction!

I ordered 3 tops on 04-14-16. I got two of them, still waiting on the third. There sizes are so screwed up. I ordered an extra large in one top and it has to be an extra small! Didn't bother to send it back because I know I'll never get a refund. This is the worst company ever to order from. Save your money people.
So excited that my wigs came today for the wedding on sunday. To find out that i look like my dad with a wig on. Thats not cool well i will be going to the hair salon sat. Will be returning for refund. But there were know return slips.

They only shipped part of my order and then closed out my ticket. I know they never shipped it as I paid for the tracking information and never got it. They swear they shipped it but they didn't. They straight up take your money.

I have asked 3 or more times on how to return items that dont fit because there sizes are way to small. I usuallu take xl I have to order a 5xl for it to fit. Im not that big. All I want to do is return the items and get a refund.
If it's to good to be true it likely is! Don't order from this website clothes are made in China, all of the white looking clothes are SO see through. I order 3 dresses and all of them were disappointing. I knew if before I ordered that it was just to good to be true but because of the mixed reviews I have it a try. Everything comes so wrinkled and smells terribly, packaging is really indescribable gross really! One dress like I said was white and black so pretty in the picture but it was see through. Then I got a long black maxi dress it had no elasticity it the top part so it won't go on then the last one was a black dress that looked so cute on the model wearing it but when I received it, looked nothing like the picture it was puffy and just horrible. I'm a size 5 so I ordered size Small. Everything fit pretty tight but like I said everything was awful. Worst 45 bucks I could of ever spent. And and don't get me started on how long the order takes to get to u. Soo long! Don't do it!

I ordered an XL bathing suit and it would barely fit a 12 year old girl. I also ordered a black top that was extremely small. There was no packing slip with instructions for returning. I called the customer service number and got an answering machine, no call back! Pkg. said Czech Republic...

Ordered 3 swimsuits, and not one of them fits.It's not worth the trouble to try to exchange, since the sizing is so off. I think there items are sized for children, or VERY small women. Even though I ordered by the sizing chart, items are are about two sizes to small.

Ordered two pair of cargo shorts on-line. They arrived on time but the articles are of poor quality. Cargo shorts are supposed to be durable, comfortable and include pockets that can hold substantial amounts. The material in these shorts are too light weight. The pockets are all too small and the material flap over the zipper is sewn improperly and forms a gap when worn. This gap exposes the zipper which gives the initial impression that the wearer has forgotten to close their fly. These shorts do not get a low rating, they get no rating. I will not wear them. The return shipping policy leaves me stuck with them and I will simply donate them to good will.

I received the two blouses today that I ordered several weeks ago. When I ordered, the catalog said the white one is "one size." I assumed that meant that "one size fits all." When I received it, the blouse is marked "medium." It won't fit. Why didn't the catalog size say "M" and not "one size?" I would like my money refunded for the white blouse. I can live with the blue blouse. Both blouse are so very wrinkled when I received them. I am sure they will wrinkle very easily. They seem to be made out of very cheap material. I don't believe you should continue working with China for these reasons.

I ordered back in April and just discovered this website now, so I figured that I would share my experience and hopefully save somebody else from this horrible scam of a website.
I ordered a bathing suit and a dress, both of which were for a beach themed school dance that was coming up. I placed my order a full two and a half weeks before the day of the dance to ensure that my items would arrive on time. Considering that the shipping was said to take somewhere between a three to seven business, I figured that this would be plenty of time to allow unexpected delays. Much to my demise, my items were not shipped until AFTER THE DANCE, a good three weeks after ordering. Received the items quite some time after. Considering that I paid 25$ for the shipping, I was terribly upset by this.
The bathing suit, although not terribly crafted, was far too small for me despite the fact that I ordered a full two sizes larger (I am usually an extra small, ordered a medium) which the sizing chart said would give me a decent amount of wriggle-room. I was very disappointed when I could barely hike the one-piece past my nipples.
The dress was an absolute mess. Stitching was missing, extra fabric was left over and loads of the sewing was either inside-out or falling apart. The belt that came with it was broken and nothing even close to what was shown on the website. Material was cheap and terribly see-through despite looking very opaque online.
I was overall very disappointed in every aspect of this shopping experience and will never order from here again, and I advise you all to do the same.
-Update-
After this posting, DressLily was very quick to email me with apologies. They have offered to refund me my money (and although I have not received the refund yet, their genuine interest in my experience with them and their will to make it right makes me believe that I will quickly receive it). Considering this, I am actually thinking about ordering with them again as I now feel like their great customer service will ensure that if I receive any fluked items, the situation will quickly be fixed with an email to their incredible staff.

I am more than pleased with my experience with this company. My full purchase and the cost of shipping was refunded to me in only two days. Customer service was incredible with answering any and all of my questions, never trying to avoid any concerns I had. They were straight up with me about everything and it was greatly appreciated. I was provided with screenshots of banking transitions to ensure that all promises were kept. I could not be more pleased with the customer service that this customer service that this company offers and will probably order again sometime after carefully reading reviews.
