I bought a wig, and other items, any time I bought I feel sure about this website, they have a lot of beautiful products and they are excellent price/quality, I am satisfied and I will continue to use Dresslily for my shopping.
I placed an order on 10/11. It came on 11/25. Item was decent quality but the wait and service here are terrible.

I am so frustrated I placed an order on October 13,2016 and I still have not received the merchandise. The money was deducted immediately from paypal. I was told the merchandise was mailed from China. One of the items was a wig. I will be letting the high profile celebrities they use to model and sell the merchandise are getting a real slap in the face. It makes them look like they are part of a fraud. Delivery is free but after 3o days it all seems ridicules. Why can we not speak with someone. There is no telephone contact and no live chat. I'm so angry right now.It takes 7-15 days.it takes 6 WEEKS or more. You can contact us or Live Chat, Your pre-existing responses are LIES to comfort the customer for a couple more weeks.NO CONTACT NUMBER, NO LIVE CHAT, NO ORDER. ONE THING FOR SURE YOU TAKE THE PAYPAL. The Bank will know ASAP!

Ordered from this site on 10/13 and am still waiting for my order to arrive on 11/9. The turn around says 10-30 days on their site but I noticed when answering customer complaints they state 7-10 days. My order didn't even ship until 10/27. Terribly slow shipping. Now I am also afraid of sizing and quality as there have been many complaints from customers on both.

Okay here's the situation.
They are mailing using media mail from the Netherlands. Right off the bat - you can expect a 90 day shipping period. I finally received my order which came media mail. Wrapped in a plastic bag. If they are reading this - just ship ALL your stuff to Amazon in USA and let them fulfill & take care of customer support/returns. THIS WILL SAVE YOU A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY!
But I do love the mermaid blanket & happy I got it before Christmas.

I ordered a jacket that looks like black faux leather, in October 18 2016 just got it today and I thought by ordering it 2 sizes larger it would fit nicely! WRONG! I wear a size 16 for comfort so I ordered the jacket in a size 4X and I can't zip it! I will NEVER order from here again! I won't be going though the hassle of trying to send it back and or getting a refund! Lesson learned!

Nothing comes even close to fitting me. At 6'3" and 230 lbs I ordered a 2XL. The 2XL is about the size of a medium. XL and Large size items I ordered as gifts were also too small. Need to return for a refund but unable to find out how to do it.

I'm worried after reading these reviews as I have recently purchased some items from Dress Lily and have had two emails from them giving me tracking numbers, both of which say 'delayed; when tracking them, one was meant to be with the courier on 23th October, so over a week ago and the other was meant to be with courier on the 27th October. Should I try and cancel my orders?

I wish I would have read the review before I place this order. I placed a order 4weeks ago. One week later I received a shipping confirmation from DHL saying my package would be delivered in 5 daya. 2 weeks later I still haven't received my package I called DHL and they told me that this happens all the time from this company (Dresslily) that they never received my item to ship From Drsslily. She advised me if I can to contact my bank and get my money back because most likely I would never receive the items I paid for which I'm in the process of doing now. So if you think that they're shipping out your order thanks again the tracking information is false! Don't order from this company they are a fraud! They take your money with no intention of sending you what you paid for!

I ordered 2 long-sleeved shirts about 4 weeks ago. When they arrived, I tried 1 of them on. I couldn't get my arms in the sleeves. In addition, I felt like I could break out of the body of it. This shirt looked like a child's large, not an adult large. My wife and I laughed because it was so wrong. I went ahead and e-mailed them asking how to return the units. For several days after, I've asked the same thing and never once received an e-mail back. Well, it's been almost 30 days and I have no clue what to do. I've made 8 attempts to reach them...

Watch those confirmations - First their glitchy website added an extra copy of a blouse. THEN they tacked on an EXTRA $6 AFTER authorization of amount on paypal. When I emailed them about the discrepancy - including a screenshot of the paypal authorization screen with the correct amount, they said too bad so sad "Do you have proof that was the order?" Then, by the way, we "already shipped the duplicate blouses, but the other things you ordered on on backorder." What a scammy bunch!

These reviews are blowing my mind. I would like to order a few items from DL and decided to write to them before hand in a Live Chat that turns out isn't live at all. (it doesn't say it isn't available... it states "Start Live Chat". These were my concerns and questions:
1. Why no contact phone number... that's a huge red flag.
2. While its nice they respond to poor reviews here, they are NOT addressing or fixing customers problems when they are emailing or making complaints directly to the company.
3. Why all the excuses. We don't want to hear excuses. We prefer honesty..."We messed up" over... it takes time to process an order, or its because of the weather etc. Own up to your mistakes.
4. Whats with the many untraceable tracking numbers.
5. It's obvious these products are made by and coming from hundreds of different companies which means that a small at one company is definitely not a small at another. Explain that the sizes are average and can vary GREATLY. Again... honesty is key here.
Do not buy from Dressily. I ordered from them, received half of the order and still cannot get the other half. This is stealing plain and simple. Give me my money back.

I am not a small girl by any means. So when I order a 3X dress that says it is a 20/22 in US measurements, that is what I expect to get. I got my dress today and it is roughly a size 12 on a good day. The expedited shipping I paid for was great, but I was sorely disappointed in the sizes.

I just received my first Dresslily order. Having used the size chart, nothing even remotely fits. I am 192cm (6'3") and I ordered XL and XXL sizes that should have fit... except the clothing was all CHILDRENS sizes! I'm furious at the waste of time and money. Also, extremely poor quality fabrics. Cotton/polyester blend means a cotton ball was waved over the fabric once. Don't bother giving them your money unless you plan to be disappointed.

This is my first time ordering. I just ordered 4 shirts last weekend 10/15. It stated on both, shipping 7-10 days. I place an order for a wig on October 6th, 2016... Ive messaged them several times asking why my order is taking so long and sure enough they give me bs excuse as to how the item was on back order... THAT ITEM DID NOT SAY ON BACK-ORDER WHEN I PAID FOR IT! After constantly talking to them I noticed I was getting automated responses... so NO!
