I ordered a mermaid tale blanket for my granddaughter for Christmas. Yes you collected my money and then forgot me forever! Customer service a a BIG JOKE! I WILL ALSO CALL YOUR BETTER BUSINESS BURESU.
I put anorder in on Dec 6th it is now Dec 21st and they havn't even sent the items. I have messaged with them several times and they have told me that they are in stock and will be sent. They still havn't been sent and they won't give me any ETA. I am now trying to cancel my order and will see how that goes.

I purchased this shirt, on Dec 10 and it has not arrived.
Impossible to check the tracking number. My incorrect email continues to show in the Contact Us information boxes and cannot be altered to the correct one.
The item has been charged to my account. Next I will be contacting Discover to report them.
As of today, Dec 21 it is not at my door. I wish I had checked on this company and read these horrible reviews before purchasing from Dresslily! It wasn't a lot of money but I was going to purchase more if these item proved to be something nice.
The Customer No-Service aspect of their business is not nice to deal with.

Dresslily I can't say enough about the wonderful support I have revived from Dresslily always fast response, helpful staff, any issues resolved in days.
After all my upset and complaining this company has helped me out and has reassured me my packages are on there way and also for my patience and waiting they refunded me 10! Dollars from my purchase this company may take a little while but I'm over all pleased
I ordered a mermaid blanket beginning of Dec... it has said shipping for a week. Still have not seen any sight of it. There is no way to contact the company! No sign that it is actually on its way. Seems really shady! I won't order from this company again!

I paid for expedited shipping which is supposed to take "3-7" business day. Here we are, two weeks later and the order says it just shipped today. I asked for a refund and they completely dodged the question as if they're Donald Trump. This is murca, we expect our $#*! on time and our questions to be answered!

I did get my shirt about 3 weeks ago. But my 2 watches were not with my order. I contact them over and over Sunday dec. 18. Now there saying my 2 orders have been shipped and if I don't get them by January 23 to contact them. There being shipped from Netherlands? It's been over 25 days. I could of flew over there 5 times and picked my order up. We'll see if I get my orders by January 23.
I ordered a Christmas t-shirt on 11/29. Tracking indicated it had been "collected" (delivered) on 12/8. I never received the item so I contacted customer service. I never received a reply, even though they promised to within 24 hours. I repeatedly sent "tickets" to customer service asking about my order. It is almost three weeks since I ordered the shirt and two weeks since it was supposed to be delivered and I still haven't received a single response from the company. I will never shop here again and suggest you do not.

After I placed my order on dress lilly, I found this site. I saw the many negative reviews and was worried about the order I had placed. There was no need to worry though! The site provided me with a tracking number within a week of my purchase. I ordered a mermaid tail blanket and selected the free 15-30day shipping. I spent the extra $1.50 or whatever it was on shipping insurance. I received my order about 3 weeks after placing it. The blanket itself is good quality, thick enough and well sewn. No complaints!
I love this site is share it with all my friends. The prices are excellent and I can afford them by me being on a fixed budget. I can still afford to look beautiful.
Really I bought a shirt for my boyfriend and I can say t hat it was fit on him. It was true to size and same as in the pictures. I recommend this site to other indecisive people. Merry Christmas to the world!
Update: Dresslily has both made me angrier and appeased me all at the same time. They told me I should have used my exact measurements and their sizing chart--which I did (you arrogant twits). However, they also gave me a full refund. So I'm pleased with that.
That was money down the toilet. I ordered a sweater, which turned out to be a sweatshirt, and ordered based on my measurements and their sizing chart. I am an average-sized adult female (although based on their sizing charts I ordered XL) and when it arrived, it was about the right size for an average-sized 10-year-old child. The dress I ordered was also of poor quality and badly sized.
DheressLily is a very great site. I have been ordering from them for quite some time and have NEVER been happier. The variety is overwhelming and exciting to see just what they have. Clothes, Accessories, Shoes and very unique jewelry items. The prices are so reasonable that you can always get several items. You won't find these items on any other site. I am SO happy with DressLily and have told ALL my friends so check it out and you will find something or multiple items that are must haves. ENJOY
