I absolutely agree. Unfortunately I have four orders that was placed with Dresslily and all those were Christmas gifts and these were placed a good three, four, and five weeks ago. In this day and age I find it hard to believe that a package placed that long ago could not make it here in time for Christmas. Even though the price was right, I will take my business elsewhere and I still need my packages and NOW, PLEASE.
I placed an order on 11-29-2016 and now it is Christmas 12-25-2016 and still no package. When I filed a ticket they said my ordered was shipped on Dec 2 when I asked about tracking my order they said that I did not select tracking my mistake but I have been ordering on line though many different companies and have NEVER had to select/pay for tracking. When reading all these responses to the reviews from DressLily they are one excuse after another this is a poorly ran company that deserves to be put out of business everyone should file a complaint with the BBB and contact their local TV station.

So I thought I was doing a good thing by ordering online Christmas gifts. From now on I will never order from a new site until I check the reviews first. I spent approx $250 and at the beginning of December and I have NOTHING delivered yet. No clue this place was in China. I tried and tried and tried to use the tracking numbers they sent me bu they do not work at all. How do you go about getting your money back? I have a feeling it's going to be an impossible venture as well. I can't say yet to "never order from dress lily" but I know I won't
Customer service is non-existent. I placed an order on 11/18/16 and have tried twice to cancel it with absolutely no response from them. Of course they took my money and I have not received a refund. WARNING: once you place your order and they get your money, you'll never hear from them again.

I ordered a blanket on Dec 14 and paid for expedited shipping of 3-7 days. I received a message on Dec 15 stating it had shipped. It is Dec 23 and I still haven't received it. I have tried numerous times to contact someone because tracking hasn't updated since Dec 19 and have been unable to even get an email to go thru to them! Very disappointed since this was ordered as a Christmas gift. Will not EVER order form this company again!

I ordered a dress on Nov. 27. It is now Dec. 23 and the dress has not yet arrived, though I wanted to wear it for Christmas. More than a week ago, I Tweeted at them with my complaint and received no response. Then I went to the website support center, which is difficult to find, and filed a formal complaint. I did receive a speedy response with a tracking number, finally. However, the tracking indicates the dress arrived in customs on Dec. 15 and has been there ever since. That's not fast shipping, my friends. I know the dresses are competitively priced and I'm curious to find out the quality of the dress, if it EVER arrives, but I'll never order from these guys again. There's no excuse for any company to take 30 days to ship anything anymore, unless you live in Siberia.

Ordered and never received my items. They string you along for as long as you will allow. I have filed a fraud claim with my bank, got my money back. I suggest all who are having issues please do the same. We can put the criminals out of business if we all ban together!

Its been over a week since my item has "shipped'. Apparently their version of shipping an item means printing a UPS label and letting the item sit at the warehouse. I asked to have my order cancelled since it has not left the facility and their response was "it has shipped now patiently wait for its arrival". After reading some of the reviews on this site, clearly this problem is not isolated to me. I should have looked here first before placing an order. I would not recommend using them, you can find similar products or the same product on Amazon!

I ordered a sweater on Nov. 25th as a Christmas gift and it's now Dec. 23rd and it's still not here. They take payment immediately but don't give you any shipping information. No tracking number. No expected arrival date. "Just wait a few more days" is the only response you'll get if you send an inquiry as to where your order is. I'll never buy from them again.

How do they stay in business? I ordered in November and it still says "shipped out". Now I have to go shopping on the 23rd for something else so my grandchildren will have their gifts for Christmas. Can't Facebook take it down from their ads, and sue them for scamming?

Did all my Christmas shopping on the same day (12-12-16) over 7 different on-line retailers and as of today, I have received all 13 of the items, with the exception of the 2 ordered from DressLily. In fact, have not even received an e-mail confirming the order has even been shipped. While too late, which I am sure DressLily "banks" on, it's more than clear this operation does not meet the minimum customer service levels of a true business i. E. no customer service number, no true tracking information. My guess is that a domain name change will occur and probably had changed to become DressLily (with one L of course), to continue this scam model. While have never took the time to REVIEW a website before, I will be sure to amend should my items arrive. However, that will not change my complete dissatisfaction with the website DressLily.com. Save your money and look to shop at the many other websites providing excellent customer service.

You do not honor your stated processing nor mailing times. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and now I regret ever placing any order. They keep telling me to use the tracking number, but there is no data. Then they admit that its being shipped from China (which is never stated on their website) and to please "be patient". Ugh!

Same situation as many - I ordered blankets right after Thanksgiving. They "processed" my order & took my money. As of today (12/23/16) - still no word on when or if they will ship my order. I've contacted them 3 times and have been told to "wait patiently". That's insulting! Waiting isn't the problem - if you take my money, then you at least owe me some information on expected date of shipment. Nothing. My granddaughters will be disappointed on Christmas day. I finally contacted my bank to get help in retrieving my money back. I don't care about the products any more.

I love my shirt! It did take a little longer than I thought it would, but I also didn't realize at the time that it was coming from China. It's exactly what I ordered. Size, material everything. I say, read the reviews, but don't let it scare you off. I was worried when I read them, but I will use this company again.
Do not pay for expedited delivery because it will not make a difference! You can track your orders but it only tells you that they are in transit, not where they are coming from. I had to go onto the Fedex website to see where everything was. We will see how the return goes once I finally get the products, which I ordered on December 4th and as of December 22nd they are still in Japan! I only put one star because there was not an option to leave it blank! I will not have my order by Christmas, totally not worth. Please do not support this company!
