I order my item on Nov 17,2016, as a Christmas gift. It has now been 55 days and still no item in sight. I have contacted this Chinese company and they will do NOTHING until Jan 18,2017. That is their time frame for a refund. TWO MONTHS after the order was placed. NEVER, EVER, AGAIN! MOST RECENT TICKET

I made the mistake of ordering from them - AGAIN! I was shopping at Zulily and saw an ad for some really cute retro dresses. Gave in and ordered.
Both mistakes!
First mistake in '16 ordered a blouse, size XL. Waited WEEKS for delivery, blouse body was XS and sleeves XL! The sleeves were so poorly stitched to the blouse that they didn't even try to make them look like they were supposed to be puffy.
Asked for information to return, they stated that I would have to pay for return postage, which cost more than my refund! Trashed the order.
Second mistake, didn't remember the first one, ordered a very cute (online) retro style dress, again XL. The dress did not match the picture online except for the collar (sort of), XL to them means about a size 8 petite. The dress style was supposed to be a flare from the bodice down, instead got a banded style with skirt that hits about mid-thigh. The upper portion of the dress is gathered into the band.

I received my package of beautiful pillow cases fast and it was more than I could have hoped for, I love this company!
I have ordered from them a few times, the trick is to pay for expedited shipping because Chinese postal service is a nightmare and to upsize. Shipping is with DHL and a tracking number and my packages arrive as promised.
Fabric is sheer and sizes run SMALL. Items are short and small and I wear a Large in North American sizes, but an XXXL in Dress Lilly. BUT! My items are so cute and a good bang for my buck. Never had an order go sour.
I will only give them 5 stars because of DressLily's customer service department which excellent. They responded to every ticket/email within 24 hours. They also refunded me the entire order amount and did let me keep the order for the delay in receiving the items. The items in my order were just as pictured on the internet.
Took weeks to get my order and then the items didn't fit so wanted to return them for a refund. I've sent a total of 4 emails asking how to complete the return process but as of 1/10/2017 I haven't received an answer. I tried filling out the online return form through their site but it says you have to comply with their privacy policy but there's no place to do that so the return form won't go through. I spent about $40 that was completely wasted! Just happy I didn't spend more than that.

I bought two blankets from this site and paid expedited shipping on the same order, one was shipped via DHL but the other was sent china post. When asked for an explanation, they said the shipping expenses only covered one blanket. They even said I should be grateful because they sent the other blanket for free via registered mail. The blankets were presents for two kids, which I couldn't give because i´m still waiting for one to arrive, if it does. It's 10 days and my package is still in china!

I placed an order for a hooded sweat shirt with paint splashes on November 13,2016. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for someone. Today is January 4,2017 and I have NOT received anything. I ordered a snowman shower curtain and a Christmas bath mat the second week of December. I hoped that I would receive it before Christmas, just so we could enjoy it for the holidays. I was so happy when it showed up, about 6 days before Christmas. The curtain was bright and beautiful and great quality, as was the mat. The shower curtain even came with plastic shower rings, which I wasn't expecting so it saved me from having to buy some. I'll definitely order again!
Placed an order on Dec 12th. They supposedly shipped half of the order on Dec 18th. Today is Jan 2, and still nothing. Can't get any accurate tracking info either. Trying to get info or cancel order is also a nightmare.
How are companies like this allowed to stay in business?

Due to the holiday there was a delay in receiving some of the items placed; completely understandable. Customer service kept me abreast of the status of my order; as well as providing me with an option to continue to wait or to request a refund on the items which I have not received. Yes, I waited an additional week and was pleased with the products. Yes, will order from Dresslily again. All items were very well made.

I've read so many negative reviews about this site after I ordered, that I began worrying while waiting for my order to come. I am from Romania and yesterday I received my order and everything was ok with it. The clothes fit me just as they should (I ordered 2 dresses and one blouse), and all the accessories I bought are looking nice. I had a tracking number from the beginning, it did took a bit longer to arrive that expected (I ordered on 18th Nov), but after picking up the package I checked the infos on the ticket that came from the shipping with the infos on the tracking site, and they were in good agreement. Turned out my package has arrived in Ro on 16th Dec, but for some reason arrived in my city yesterday.
I do agree that the materials used might not be the best, but that is something you should expect for the price you pay. Overall, I am satisfied with what I received, and I thought I should share my experience. I do recommend them for rings, pendants, etc, they clearly aren't from gold or silver, but if you want cheap accessories that look cute, they will do their job well.
I saw so many bad reviews so i was worried but, my dresses fit me perfectly and i even ordered a size smaller than what i usually buy! The tracking was updating properly for me, although i am used to buying overseas so i know what to expect and customer service was fine! My dresses and shirt are gorgeous and i love them, so worth the money and i will buy more.

I ordered 3 items on sale back on 12/6/16. They offered free shipping (called flat rate shipping). BIG mistake! My order SUPPOSEDLY shipped (from Jamaica, NY) on: Dec. 11th, however, this company just ISN'T honest and these items come from CHINA, not in the USA! They use DHL ecommerce then transfer over to our USPS. HOWEVER, there were NO tracking updates, whatsoever until literally 3 weeks after I placed my order and I FINALLY received my order today, 23 days after I placed the original order. Their Customer Service online chat ("Shyla") is unsatisfactory AND the quality of their clothing is actually subpar, and even the washing care instructions are written in chinese, ARE you kidding me?! Even with these low prices, it is NOT worth the aggravation, trust me! - Deb

I ordered a dress November 30th. If I knew it was coming from China, I would not have ordered through this company. I discovered that the shipping was 25 days(still have not received the item for almost a month). I ordered it for a couple of parties that have now come and gone. Do not order from this company. I cannot vouch for the quality because I have not received the item yet. Just be aware!

I ordered (2) gifts from Dress Lily and both had "arrive before Christmas" which is the main reason why I ordered on 12/15. Unfortunately neither arrived before Christmas and as of today (12/29) they still have not been received. The one item finally showed Shipped on 12/22 but when I looked at the Tracking it showed "UPS Processing"! Needless to say it is now 12/29 and now it shows "Arrived"... Not! The other item was just shipped and when I check the tracking it comes up unable to give me an update! Never ever ever ever again. Dress Lily's reason, "due to heavy shipping at this time of year my orders were delayed and thank you for understanding. Gee, heavy shipping near Christmas, what a shocker. Only problem with this is they "guaranteed" before Christmas. Thank you Dress Lily for living up to what people expect from businesses these days.

I'm sorry I usually try and give the benefit of the doubt to most places considering I work customer service but this site is the worst site I have ever had the displeasure to order off of! I ordered two Christmas gifts from there nether showed before then and when I get the mermaid tail blanket in the mail it's the worst quality I have ever paid for far to big and looks as if a strong wind hits it the sewing would fall apart u can't even tell what it's supposed to be! Oh and the item I ordered before this one still hasn't showed up! I hate to see what it will look like if it even comes! Truly sad I was so excited about these purchases!

I have talked to a customer rep to increase the size of the shirt I ordered, he assured me it was the larger size, but never received an email or confirmation of the larger size (nor have I received the item), I just don't want to have to send the item back because it costs a FORTUNE to mail it back!
