In Nov 2016, I ordered 2 shower curtains. I received one and not the other. Estimated delivery was 5-20 days. After 30 days, I notified Dresslily, and they forced me wait another 30 days, stating that the delivery window did not expire until 1/28/17. When the time frame had passed, I again notified them, requesting a refund of $14.47, the price of the 2nd curtain. Dresslily ignored my attempts twice and the finally responded, telling me I should have purchased shipment insurance. Oh, but they would gladly refund 50% of my purchase price, or I could pay 50% to have the item reshipped. As of now, I still do not have any part of my purchase price and no item. I am disputing it through my credit card company, and will get the purchase price back, but I will never do business with DressLily again. Should have checked them out better.
2/23/2107 - Update
After this initial review, I was immediately contacted and DressLily refunded the $14.47. They also contacted me to let me know that they had done so, requesting that I update this review. I am satisfied with the refund, but did suggest that they reevaluate their policies. Due to my experience, I will likely not order from DressLily again. If you do order, be prepared to go through a lengthy process for any refund you are due. With this being said, I hope DressLily stops this practice.
I ordered a few items in December. Have received all, but two. When I asked where they are. Was told that they shipped flat rate, That's why I have not received them. Can't understand why they were not included in the order. Now its February, contact them and told them I would like a refund. Place a ticket and have not received a word from them since. This company is a scam. Will not order again and will warn others. Hope they had a great Chinese New Year. Hah.

After 2 months of "negotiating" with Dresslily to get my Mermaid blanket delivered - they finally bothered to tell me I should have purchased shipping insurance (which I never saw as an option when I placed my order) and since I didn't, my package is "probably lost." They refuse to resend the item, but will "give me an instore credit to use on any of their other products." As if I would ever purchase from again.

I placed my order in December and ordered one of all items. I looked after they charged my credit card a higher amount I was expecting and saw there were multiple items ordered twice. I did get them to take one off and only ship one shirt but they claimed the rest had already shipped. I tried to get my credit card refunded but they will not answer any of my tickets (that's what you use to talk to customer service) They want me to donate the extra items and then get a in-store credit instead of refunding me my money. This has become a headache!

Well DressLily is ligit people. They have a great support center system, who'd answer you in 24/7. My package arrived in 11 days. Without no scratches. All new. If anyone is having a problem communicating with them just send a ticket with all your info. They'll reply back to you within 24/7. Except the weekends.

I purchased 3 tops and received tracking info within the week and constant tracking right up until delivery. I received my order in 2 weeks. All items were there, sizes were true and good quality. No complaints. I was concerned because of all the negative comments and reviews, but I had no problems and am going to order again.
I ordered three swimsuits on Dresslily less than two weeks ago. I've already received two and the other one is probably coming any day. It says it shipped the next day. The two I have received are what I expected. Even the right size. It's always iffy buying swimwear online, but I have to say I am pleasantly surprised by what I received. I too ordered some items way before Christmas and of course they did not show up until after the holiday. One item was much smaller and cheaper looking then represented and the other, a shower curtain had less than the standard number of holes for the rings

I will never order from dress lily again. When I ordered November 16th and the web site said it would be here by November 29th. I ordered a Christmas gift the first of December. After several weeks I started emailing - they said the item was back ordered (their website didn't say anything about not being in stock or back ordered). They said they would expedite shipping - bull! More than a week into January I get an email ( first time they initiated contact) - said the item was not available and offered to have me order something else or refund my money. If they can't deliver originally why would you ever want to order anything else? I chose a complete refund and advised them that I would never order from them again, that I will post my complaint everywhere I can. I did receive a refund but REALLY am disappointed with every aspect of this experience. Right up front they were suggesting that I could order something else - so maybe they only have a portion of the items they advertise and the bulk of what they advertise is just fraud to get you sucked in.

Where is my package? Its been 2 months now! This is ridiculous! I ordered in November 2016 and Im still waiting on the item. There is no way to track anything.
