Like others, I ordered products (2 of same item) in mid December 2016. No products as of 2/13/17. I was able to live chat with a rep in January who advised me she would "look into it" and email me back. No response. I've been attempting to live chat again; no one available due to the Chinese New Year (wtf?!). I've sent about twenty "tickets" (requests for help) which they claim they will answer in 24 hours... no response. I'm going to pursue legal action to get my money back. Im very angry and frustrated and would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I'm exposing them for the frauds they are on social media.
(By the way, my order DOES have a tracking number... it cleared customs on 12/21/16... and apparently has vanished without a trace since then. I've spoken to neighbors, my postal carrier AND the post office. Nope.)
I ordered an item at the end of December but never received it. After writing a review about no item, no refund, I was contacted and am happy to say I received a full refund.

Would have rated them a negative but that option was not available. I ordered from this place on Dec 26th. Got an email that order shipped on Jan 2. It is Feb 11th and I haven't seen it yet. When I posted negatively on their facebook site, I was blocked and all my comments were deleted. So, I started contacting individuals that were asking questions about their products. I would seriously reconsider if you are thinking about giving this place your hard earned money.

I ordered my item a month and a half ago but I have never received it. The status says shipped, but I have no updates or tracking number. I am going to report this company if they don't respond to my messages. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

I ordered 2 shirts from dresslily on Dec 12,2016 and still have not received one of the shirts. (the first one took 6 weeks to get to me). It is now Feb 9,2017. Now dresslily is telling me they won't even look into it until 2 months have passed since I ordered. Really? It's going to be a whole other season by the time I get what I ordered. Grrrrrrrr...

I placed an order on December 20,2016 and to this date, 2/9/17, I still have not received my order. I submitted a ticket and got the same response as many others have noted. All my fault because I didn't pay for premium shipping, there is no tracking #, check with your neighbors, and call the post office. They are unreliable and I will begin a credit card dispute to get my money back. I will also be asking my bank to add Dreslilly to their banned merchant list. Buyer beware, the company does not guarantee that you will receive the items you order.

My husband initially ordered from this site although I had a lot of doubt and warned him in advance. Surprisingly, the order was shipped (relatively) quickly; but the best news was we were quite happy with the quality. We have since ordered two more times. If you don't expect the speed of Amazon, you might just be pleasantly surprised, too.
Ordered a Snowman Shower Curtain Nov. 15,2016. When I didn't receive by December I contacted them and was told that it was shipped and to call my post office. Needless to say they didn't have it. Contacted Dresslily again and was told it was shipped and the account would be open until the 1st week in February. Since then I have contacted them several times and requested a refund, they have never responded! Live and Learn, should have done my homework before placing my order! Total scam... Will never purchase from a company again without doing my research first.

I'm pretty sure they just plan to keep your money. When they didn't send my item and I asked him to reship it, they wanted me to pay for half of it again. Also they don't respond your money to PayPal they refund you with credits and only half of whatever you paid for.
I have never purchased something online and not receive it until now. I have tired to contact DressLily on their website with what they call "submit a ticket", IT DOES NOT WORK. I Found their support website online and submitted a request to cancel my order and return my money. My bank told me to submit a letter to them disputing the purchase and they will get my money back. DON'T GET SCAMMED BY DRESSLILY!

Sizing was WAY OFF. I ordered women's XL tops and they were so small that they fit my 6-year old petite niece. Additionally to my surprise the clothes stunk like burlap. There's $50 I'll never get back. RIP OFF.
