Never received my order. Took me weeks to finally get a refund I'm glad I used PayPal. I will never use them again. That was my first time ordering and my last.
My order was shipped out on the 15th of january it said you will receive order in 7 to 15 days. I tried there customer support which was closed for a week for lunar new year.
I then realized it is coming from china. Cant get in touch with anyone site is always down. It is now february 17th!

I ordered two shirts back in December. It showed that one had shipped and the other one had not. The one that showed as to not shipping, I received. I tried tracking the one that shipped and the tracking number gives me nothing. I have contact customer service several times but they keep telling me to wait until two months and if I don't receive it to contact them again. I contacted them again and nothing.

Ordered a shirt for Xmas present end of November. 3 months later and still waiting. I have emailed them but have not gotten a response back. After reading the long list of bad reviews, common sense says to not order from this site. Maybe i will get it by next Xmas :)

I ordered a shower curtain on 2/3/17 and it was supposedly shipped out. I have no tracking info, no date of shipment, nothing. I have ordered merchandise from China with no issues and fast shipping from EBay. I finally asked DressLily for a refund today. Be aware of the poor service before you order.

Very dissatisfied with product and sizing. Ordered an XL and received an item that has to be an Xs and no where near true size. Also no return instructions with packaging.

This company is horrible! Read everybody else's reviews because we all have the same problem. Item was lost by shipping company and they won't give a full refund plus they made me wait two months before they would even discuss the problem.
Update - Only after filing this review and contacting Paypal did Dresslily refund the full amount.

Three weeks after ordering two blankets from the company for Christmas, I found that the items were held up in US customs. The company shuts down for the entire month of January and did not respond to emails. One of the blankets showed up after 4 weeks but the other was lost. They claim it's the shipping company's responsibility and offered only a $9.50 refund after I waited 2 months.

I wish I would have read the reviews first. I placed my order on November 26,2016 in the hopes by twin daughters would get mermaid tail blankets in time for Christmas. Well, it's February 14th and I still have not received them. Demanded a refund and they said that since I didn't buy insurance they could only refund half, which I see now is the scam they're running. I plan on reporting them to the BBB, although I see they already have an F rating on the BBB site with 401 complaints.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I might has well have flushed $15 down the toilet. Same experience as others who posted here - they take your money and do not ship product! Ordered 11/28 for xmas delivery. When I inquired they told me to go confirm address with my post office. (As though that were the problem.) Customer support deflects, and then blames it on the shipper, and offers a 50% refund.
