This is the best online clothing shop. I`m a regular costumer of Dresslily and I`m really satisfied with all the products I bought from Dresslily.
The website was very easy to browse and understand, the choice of products was very vast at really convenient prices, and the shipping was also very punctual. There's also a really nice points system that gives you discounts upon registration and other things.
All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely buy from them again.

The clothing you purchase from this site is horrible it's nothing like you see on the site. The clothing is extremely cheap material its a totally different color and they refuse to give back your money. Don't buy anything from this site
Was very excited when I found dresslilly, I loved all the clothes on their website. So I ordered a dress that I loved, but when received it last night was very disappointed! Looks nothing like the picture portrayed on the website, the dress online it bright and full of color and different flowers, the one I received looks cheap and no variety of flowers just roses. Glad I didn't go crazy and ordered all I wanted! Would like to have the dress that I thought I was receiving not a cheap imitation version! Added pics of what i received and what it was supposed to be!
I ordered since december of 2014 its APRIL and nothing everytime they have an excuse... and they say they will refund my money only 50% and ntohing either... THEY ARE A SCAM!

Sizing charts is important because the clothes run small. Takes about a month to get my order in to Canada. But I've always had a good shopping experience with DressLily. What I really appreciate is the shipping being included, so I never get a bad surprise when it's time to pay! An my style is ever changing, like my mood, and with DressLily, I can afford to dress as I feel :) I always get complimented for my outfits, never a dull moment!
Its a great website with a wide variety of fashion clothing and accessories. The variety of shoes is remarkable, specially when it comes to small sizes.

I like to order at DRESSLILY- the service is good, and the items worse their price. Accesories and bags are the best to order. Sometimes there are delays in delivery, but the customer service of the site fix it quick.

The website looks great, and looks American. But don't be fooled by the website. The merchandise ships from China, and takes forever to arrive, if it arrives. When my merchandise did not arrive after 30 days, they insisted I wait longer. Customer support refused to refund my money when merchandise had not arrived after 45 days. After 60 days and still no merchandise, I finally had to dispute the charge through the credit card company. Not cooperative at all, Will never buy from them again

I love Dresslily.com. It's prices are outstanding. The sizes run small (which they warn of this in the description) since it's a China-based company. I log on everyday to see what new items are in stock and what has lowered in price. I recommend.
Dresslily is a site with an excellent assortment of jewellery, watches, clothes shoes and more. All items I ordered were true to the pictures on the site. The prices are very low, the quality of the items is good. The delivery takes about a month, which is perfectly fine when you consider that the company is located in China. If you want to receive your items faster, you can choose this option when you buy the things. The customer service is awesome - they are very polite and fast, always trying to help you. The informations on the items are very detailed and clear and if you have additional questions you can write them to dresslily. I will definitely buy on dresslily again.

I ordered two things from them, they marked both shipped and I only had one in the bag they sent. What I ordered was a medium blouse, and it was child size small. I wear small adult but I could not fit my forearm in the sleeve it was that small. I emailed them just now to find out where my other item is. Not sure how fast they will respond. The item came in two weeks. The quality is cheap China stuff, maybe you can wear a couple of times and throw out.

The clothing is LOW quality... much much smaller than it appears on the site. AND Worst of all, it ships to you from China. You CANNOT return it without paying exhorbitant return costs. I will never shop on a site again that does not give you a US address as a contact point. Lesson learned and $30+ dollars wasted.
I placed an order in mid Feb, as of April 9, the status was still "processing", not even shipped. When I finally got an email response, they told me I ordered an extremely popular item and they sold out before I placed and PAID for my order, and I was issued a "discount sales coupon" to my account, not giving me the option of a refund, or even the full amount in store credit which I would not have wanted given my experience. Finally I took it up with PayPal and filed a dispute. Within 3 days they issued a refund, no correspondence, apology or further explanation... Just a straight refund to avoid poor rating with PayPal. Terrible! Thought you all should know what happened and how I addressed it!

I decided to give it a shot despite bad reviews, blinded by the pretty dress... In hindsight, I regret so much. My order was sitting there waiting for shipping for 3 weeks, no notification about any delays. When I contacted them about it I was told in broken English the delay is going to even greater and shall I cancel the order now (be mindful - not dispatched yet!) I will not receive the money I paid for the shipping. This is nowhere in the Terms and Condition; I consider this a ludicrous rip-off.
EDIT: As anticipated, after involving PayPal and leaving bad review the statement was retracted and I received a full refund. Aftertaste lingers and I can't compell myself to rate this site half a star better since I had to battle for my money. The only extra advise I have is always pay them with PayPal and don't let it slide even if it's not big amounts on the line.
I'm taking it up with PayPal, but this is a huge scam. They disregard small orders and individual customers.

Didn't get what I ordered! The top had a round neck instead of a V, the pattern is different to the pictures and the size was a fraction of the advertised. When I complained they told me they had run out of stock due to the Spring Festival of China! I demanded a refund but they would only offer me $4!
This has been such a waste of time and money. I am disgusted and feel ripped off.

The item I ordered, in an extra extra large, just barely fits my 10 yr. Old granddaughter. Not great quality. I would definitely not order from this company again. Good thing it was cheap.
