I ordered 2 identical dresses. Both were so badly stitched and fraying that they were unwearable. The length of the skirt was also about 6 inches shorter than advertised. I was told to return the items to an address in China, which would be v costly, and that I would only receive the second-hand value as the garments would be considered 'used'. It would not be worth returning the dresses for a refund. Very disappointed. I have lost $29.29.

Do some research before buying from them. You will never get your orders and if you do, they don't look like in the pictures! The positive comments are just people that get paid for writing good things about them! That's how scam works...

Their size chart is wrong, so we ordered a coat that was too large. We ordered in December and it took about three months. They refused to exchange or refund. They refuse to admit that their size chart is wrong. Would never buy from them again.

Rip off artists. Placed order in first part of April, just received today, April 30th, poorly pkgd. And worst of all, poor quality fabric, smaller in size... looked nothing like their pictures. Waste of my money. Buyer beware!

Dress Lily clearly sent the wrong size and instead of just giving a return address to send merchandise back for a replacement, they go back and forth with eMails wasting your valuable time even after you've sent pictures of their mistake. The packer needs to verify merchandise prior to mailing, especially considering how long it takes to receive. I will never shop dress lily and inform anyone I know not to as well. SCAM!

Very unsatisfied. My clothes that i ordered does not look like the one on the picture. They send me a dirty all over dress. No info on the package. There is no return forms. I purchased in this website for almost $200 16 items. I got only 11 items that wasn't the same items that i choose in the site, very low quality, diffrent fabric' color, and style. Was very dissapointed. After so many emails and reviews i wrote they refunded me for the 5 missing items and offered me $8 refund so i will be pleased. Well i'm not pleased. I will never wear non of the clothes, i'm sorry i didn't see the reviews here before i purchased.

First time I ordered I was in no hurry, but when I received the dress it was more of a shirt than a dress, something I couldn't wear in public, 15 dollars down the drain and then I ordered a swimsuit and paid for 3-7 day shipping, well it has been 3 weeks and it still hasn't been shipped, 30 dollars down the drain. I won't buy from them again.

I ordered five items from dress Lily they stated they large was a size 8-10, that is incorrect! The clothes are small like they would fit a size 4 perhaps. And to top it off they do not except returns!? What who doesn't except returns? This is a scam I'm going to post all over The Internet, with the Better Business Bureau, on Facebook and tell everyone I know that this is the worst company out there. Furthermore, they keep responding to me that it was my fault that I ordered the sizes from their size chart but their size chart is not an American size chart it is clearly an Asian size chart. I am 5 foot six and I wear a size 8 some of these clothes that I ordered won't even fit my friend who is a size 6. The dresses come up to my crotch literally there more like shirts. Obviously I am not the only one who thinks The sizing is off the charts see the other reviews. I used to run a boutique in a high-end mall so I know about clothing and size charts, had I known that these inexpensive clothes were coming out of Singapore I would have known that they would have been very small, however all of the models in their ads are American. There are many companies doing business under different names but all under the same "umbrella". To refund only 10% of the value is illegal and I'm going to do everything I can to stop this company! Ever heard of a class action suite Dress Lily? Well if there's a way you're going to be slapped with a suit if I have anything to say about it. Never buy from this company!

I purchased two blouses. I generally wear a small sometimes a medium Both blouses are very very very small. Maybe my 11 year old friend can wear the. They also are so cheaply made, the fabric is the lowest quality. Tho the price was inexpensive they are not worth a penny. VERY DISSATISFIED. One star is too many.

I placed an order in November 2015, yes November. Got 3 of the 4 items. Three of items were XL. Other reviewers said to order two times larger and even went by the sizing chart. Those darn items could fit my mini poodle or a newborn. Sooo, the fourth item was a jacket that was supposedly 'shipped separate". I knew the Paypal policy was to file a complaint within 60 days. I contacted Dress Lily and was told to be patient 'shipment on the way". I followed up prior to the 60 days a second time and still say tracking would be a couple of days. NEVER CAME. I then went through the lovely ticket process (pure sham) and was asked to pay again to have a new jacket shipped out. I shared that the season was over and it was now THREE MONTHS and I wanted a full refund. Response back was... We can give you a partial refund. I was soooo mad. I responded saying did I pay initially in partial payment! I want a full refund. Finally after some back and forth, I was told an full refund would be issued. Then I heard crickets. NOTHING then noticed the ticket was closed. I just opened a ticket with the BBB. This company is a bunch of scam artist with subpar products. STAY AWAY>>> STAY FAR AWAY!

This website needs to be close down. All the stuff I got was really cheaply made. I would never wear anything like this. The sizing was all wrong. I'm a small I got one large shirt and it didn't even fit me. I want my money back I spend 125$ for this and nothing that came even wearable. Some things are still missing and i never got it but got charge for it. Lady's please don't buy anything from this website. Really poorly made. I'm not a satisfied customer..

Almost a month and I didn't get my order. Just a bathing suit. Very simple. After 3 weeks I emailed. The response I got was that my item was out of stock. Really? How about letting me know instead of me waiting? Then I finally get an email that my prder is shipped. Why should I expect it to arrive when they said? I do locAl modeling and my photographer ordered a few dresses for some shoots for me. He ordered me medium and after about 3 months they FINALLY came. And when I opened them I held it up to my 4 year old and she could have worn it perfectly. Since I did not want to deal with return shipping after emails got me no where. I put it in the wash and when it came out it basically fell apart in my hands. Will NOT order from you again. While the price is decent the size and quality is nothing but a joke. I'll just shop at my local thrift store at least the size is correct and I can see the quality before spending money. $30 down the drain. Not only could I never wear it but my 4 year old couldn't wear it with how cheaply made it was!

I ordered a few items and a dress from them in December with a 7-10 day delivery promise. Half of my order arrived about 3 months later, the other half never arrived. The long dress I ordered was short enough to be a mini skirt for a child, and had a huge rip in it where it was not sewn properly. It was also so small that a large could have fit my cat. Despite more than 15 emails back and forth with support, and 6 months of waiting, my missing items never did arrive. They asked for photos of the items I was not happy with. Kind of difficult to ask for photos of products that never arrived. After 6 months of getting nowhere with them, I was offered a 20% refund on the items I was not satisfied with. Then I accepted the offer with no other recourse as this was better than nothing. However, their 5-7 day refund process has now turned into 2 months and no response. This company is a total scam! Cheap material, horrible service and clearly do not know how to treat customers or run a business. NEVER ORDER from them! Fair warning!

Do not ever buy anything from this outlet with any expectation of receiving a) your orders within a satisfactory time frame b) clothes that look anything like the illustrations c) expected sizing - I think they're made for mini-people d) when you want to return them you won't get any refund e) customer service is truly appalling.
The clothes (a shift dress and a blouse) were unwearable because they were too small but worse was the disgraceful quality of the finishing, particularly around the hems and neckline. If I could put up photos I would.
