I always tell everyone about dresslily, they have really good prices and quality, i'm going to keep ordering from them..
I waited more than 1 month. But there are no sign to get my order. I used paypal for this. I filed dispute to paypal. Now seller push me to close the file even though they don't provide any actions for resolve the problem. They just keep telling me I have to wait 45 business days to delivery. And blame me I am not pay for additional shipping tracking service. Also they blame weather, holidays and customs. But no weather issue between of that. Or no holidays between of that time. I wish I read all of review at here before I placed order. I wish I could turn back time.
Terrible site. I ordered a dress early April a size bigger than what I normally wear, since most reviews said they run small, and it arrived on may 1st which isn't too bad considering it came from China, now the bad part starts. When it got here the dress was WAYYY too small despite the fact I got a size up, it didn't want to even come close to closing around any part of my torso. So I emailed them asking if I could get the same dress in 2 sizes bigger, what I was not prepared for was the reply. They acted like I was lying and wanted "proof" of the size of the dress; they wanted pictures with a tape measure. I mean what? Did they want pictures of it not fitting on me too? But anyways I replied with saying that I don't doubt that the actual size I ordered is correct but it simply just didn't fit me, and by then I just asked them if I could return it. They once again insisted that they sent the correct size (I know you did!) and said they could ONLY give me %10 of the original price of the dress (which was $12 or so) if I kept it so I would've gotten a whopping $1.20 back. Or, I could send it back (with me paying shipping, of course) and they would only give me %85 back. In the end, I would only get about $5 back since I paid for shipping. Not to mention I paid for a tracking number and it didn't work until the day before it actually came in? WORST SERVICE EVER.

I purchased a top from DressLily. It took about six weeks to arrive. When it arrived, it was wadded up in a small envelope. OK, I can handle that. I have an iron; however, the size was terribly misrepresented. I tried to give it to my sister who wears a size 6 and it fit her. I wear a 2x. The top is supposed to be 50% rayon/50%cotton. It must have been soaked in formaldehyde from the odor that came off of it.
I will NEVER order from this company again and will advise all to look elsewhere!

What reputable company would block a customer from their Facebook page? Dresslilly you know that you are scamming people. That's why you block all customers who make negative comments. You also operate under various names. To all of the customers who have been scammed by this sorry a__ company please report them to all of your friends, family, co-worker, attorney general office, BBB; anywhere that you can think of. Put information on your Facebook page and other social media sites.
My issue still have not been resolved. I ordered items and nothing fit. After numerous email back and forth with this joke of a company called "Dresslilly" they refunded me with a credit. Why in the world would I want to continue busy with these people. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
The only reason why there is a rating on this poor excuse for a company is due to the system not letting move on without selecting something. My rating for Dresslilly is a -10!

I will not bash the company yet, since this is the first order I have placed. However after reading some of the reviews I am becoming more, and more discouraged. I placed an order (a few items) on 23rd of April. I received an email on the same day saying my items have been shipped, and there was also a picture included with that. The tracking/order id number can NOT be found. Tomorrow makes 3 weeks, and I have yet to hear anything else about my order. Seems if I have may been forgotten about. I do understand this order will be coming from China, but I have ordered from there before, and its NEVER taken so long. What is the big hold up? Where is my order? Order number is LP**************

I just placed an order for jewellery from Dresslily. I have received confirmation from Paypal and Dresslily that they have received the payment. However, at the same time the people at dresslily are requesting for a photo of my id and credit card to prevent credit card fraud.
But i have previously bought items from them with the same card and address.
Has anyone else had this request from them?
Am I the only one who is uncomfortable with sending my financial information online in this manner? Kindly advice

I was super excited when I first found this site. I placed several orders. My first order was broke up into three different shipments. I received the first one fairly quickly, had to sign for this one as it had an R#. OK. Items were Ok, but not like pictures and not too surprised they are smaller than normal size and the site tells you that. I understood that. The one size fits all has a broad range size. Do not order these because it is the smallest on the range and will not fit you unless you are about 10 years old. I cannot wear a caplet that is one size fit all item. I am a small petite person, but still to tiny. I finally received second package of my first order, totally not the same skirt as pictured at all! I call this misrepresentation of what you get. It is wearable, but very disappointed, it was a bohemian lacey looking skirt with a suede waist belt built in as pictured. I received a no lacey off white skirt two layers just plain and the waist totally different than pictured and a leather like tie in bag I had to assemble to the hard plastic like front belt thing. And third item of my original order has yet to arrive. The one item I most wanted! :(( I placed a second order within days of my first order on some earrings. Probably should have waited to see the service of this foreign company. I have received this package but very disappointed in the way they ship fragile items. In just bubble wrap? Really, come on. It should be place in a sturdy little box to protect it from getting crushed. It goes through mail system and many heavy items do fall on these packages. I know first hand, it is NOT the mailing system problem but the shippers poor packaging! I received some broken earrings and a particular pair looked as through it had been worn as the faux diamonds of the set, one of them were all dirty and dingy and did not match. I tried to clean it to match the other one, nope. :(( I wish this site was better; I know it is cheap prices, but also cheap it what you get. I wish it wasn't the case. I do not like dishonest sites that post one thing and when you receive it is not the same. I understand off colors, sizes etc., but totally different item altogether is wrong. :((

I ordered a dress from the site, it took 3-4 weeks to arrive. The dress was adorable and looked the same as on the site. Be careful with the sizes and length, some of the dresses would be more like a blouses to me because of my height.

The dress I ordered came in the mail and when I opened it I was surprised that it was a shirt. I contacted the company and they told me I could send it back but I would have to pay shipping and I would only get 85% of my original money back for a stocking fee. Well with shipping I would not get any money back and end up paying them more money. So now I'm out my 40 dollars and I'm stuck with this dress I cannot wear!

Hey, i ordered a dress from this site and they processed the order in 1 day, and the shipment took 10 work days in Europe. The product was the same one from the picture. Now I'm w8ing my watch that i just ordered yesterday :)
I found Dresslily via a add on facebook where they were advertising a top that I so just had to have, so I entered their website and was nicely surprised on their massive range of clothes, shoes and much more and even more excited about their prices :) after buying a few items I have noticed that I need to buy 1 size bigger than the clothes I buy here Oz' though I have had issues with some items, and sadly these issues and are still pending months later, but due to the value am still buying items!
Your order will take forever to come and when they finally arrive, they will be all junk. Clothing more especially.
Ordered 2 dresses. 1 the skirt part is like a napkin texture I can live with that it's what I paid for. Looked at the sizing chart ordered 1 size bigger to be safe and I fight it just to get my head and shoulders through. A large fits like my size 4 ball gown.

I ordered one item I really wanted, and when shopping on the site found two more items that were cool. The order was placed 15Feb15. The two extra items arrived within 3 weeks. I was actually impressed because they seemed to be of good quality. The item I really wanted did not arrive. I opened a "ticket". Was told the missing item was now on backorder & would be available around the end of March. On 21Mar15 I was notified the item shipped. It is now 3May15, still no item. It is now too warm to wear long sleeves anyway. There is no way to track the package, or even to see if it left China. I asked them for help with tracking & they told me to check my local post office. It is not there. I will never shop this site again. It is just not worth the hassle.
