I was very impressed with DressLily and its products. My shipment arrived early and the pieces far exceeded my expectations.
I placed an order the mid March. They processed the order April 1. I understand that shipping takes time; however, I have been waiting almost two months. They didn't have a problem taking my money right away. Still no product and no update on the shipping tracker other than departed sort facility to United States on 04. 03. 15. Never Ever order. And don't post anything negative on their site because they remove it.
Ok i ordered a nice formal dress that im suppose to be wearing to my sons baptism and have waited over a month and still have not recieved it i will never order from the crappy $#*! company they arena bunch of scammers! I want my money back :(

I made my first purchase from this POS company April the 8. Was so excited to get my order in. Well I got the first part of my order! I'm still WAITING on the rest of my order. I CALLED like a mad woman and could get NO ONE to answer the phone, so I emailed them and FINALLY got an answer. They said the rest of my order was out of stock and would ship as soon as it was in. Well on the 24th of Apr. Part of it shipped and I STILL have NOT received that and NO TRACKING number... Then on the 30th SAME DAMN THING! This is the BIGGEST HEADACHE AND BUNCH OF BS THAT A PERSON SHOULD EVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH, JUST TO GET THE PRODUCT THAT THEY PAID FOR! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER USE THEM!

I ordered two items in March and I only received 1 item. The dress size was WAY underrepresented. The dress was VERY shabby and cheap. I can't figure out how to return the item as there is no packing slip. I'm afraid to return it because it took a long time to receive it and I am still waiting on a pair of shoes. I'm filing a report with my credit card company.

I just got the dress i ordered in the mail and it wasn't even close to what i ordered. It looks like a princess dress you would buy at a toy store for a little girl. Don't waist your time and money on this website. It has two different shades of blue doesn't even match. Also its took forever to get here. They make you pay for a tracking number and it half $#*! works.
I have order two things from this place in April and I still haven't received my stuff It's going on a month now and when I call no one answers the phone just leave a voicemail and someone will get back to you.and they already have my money. I'm VERY UPSET WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN IT'S A JOKE!

I ordered from Dresslily in February. I ordered a shirt that was supposed to be shipped within 24 hours from the order time, however it took several weeks for them to even "process" the order. I got notification that my item was shipped on April 1st and that it would arrive in 7 to 25 days. After 35 days from the date of shipping had passed I emailed customer service and got an immediate response telling me to wait 10 more days and if I had not received what I ordered within 45 days that they would "offer me a solution". Today is the 12th of May and I still do not have what I ordered nor a solution to the problem. My service ticket has actually been deleted and can not be found anywhere. I really wish I would have read these reviews before placing my order and I most definitely will not order anything else.

I feel like my money has been stolen by this DressLilly. I have ordered stuff in Dec. 2014... I received the one item on time but not the other. Which were suppose to be in on Jan. 28,1015. I emailed them after the due date of Feb. 2015 and I ended up waiting a long time for a response back... it took about 2 weeks for a response. They told me they were out of stock but once they have the item in they will send it. Which they gave me a date which was by the end of the month. SO I waited... Nothing, but because I was extremely busy I haven't been able to contact them... So now I decided to email them once again.
If I don't get my item I had bought, I will be doing it by legal terms because of false advertisement of "guaranteed to get your bought items", and the horrible service they are providing specially when handling peoples money and complaints. They have stolen money from me, and will have that outlook upon them until I receive my goods. Its been 5 months of waiting for the one item that was fairly pricy to begin with.
Never again will I buy from the site.

The quality is horrible, customer service is non-existent and there is really no point of trying to get a refund... you will get the run around. Such a disappointing mothers day gift, the look on my mom's face when she opened this was simply heartbreaking. Ive never felt so bad in my life and there are two other outfits coming. I will NEVER order from this place again, this was such a misrepresentation of product.

Dresslily is a great store. Products are very good for the prices, it's easy to pick your right size and customer service is just wonderful! Every time a product wasn't available I got refund so my money came back to me. And if there was a problem or I wanted to ask something they answered me back quick and precise! So I definitely recommend this store! And to mention also the fact that once they resent me 7 orders that I've claimed! They didn't arrive in 2 months and it was obvious they got lost somewhere and customer service was so nice that they sent me again all those orders. And because they made sure I get them, I received them like super fast! So thumbs up for Dresslily!
EVERYTHING IS WAYYYYYYYY TOO SMALL! I ordered off of the size chart and guess what it's too small I wear medium large and what they gave me was like extra small... And the belt that they gave me was wayyyyy to big. Dresslily I'm never ordering from you again.

This is a response to my last review misrepresentation of clothing

I will never use this company again. The clothing was completely misrepresented. I wear a size 4-6 normally and the clothing I received would not fit a size two. The dress has strings randomly hanging from the bottom of the dress. It looks like it was sewn by a child. I will be calling my credit card provider and filing a claim immediately.

Didnt receive my whole order. Size large couldn't even get it on, bust measured 33 1/2". What a laugh. You would have to be a size zero to fit into it. One size, I would say fits a size medium person. Wasted 200.00. If you do buy from them. Read the measurements of the finished item. Do not go by the size chart. Size chart said a large should have fit me according to the measurement. Nope, received large item to have it measure 33 1/2". WHAT A JOKE! Honestly don't know how they are getting away with it.

I ordered a swimsuit in my size, an XL, my size. The shipping time was fine, but It. Was. TINY! If I had to guess the size, I would say it was a youth large. I don't want to pay to ship it back to China, so I'm chalking it up as a loss. I'll never order from them again though.
