Placed an order in "MARCH" it is now "MAY"! They took my money asap an whenever u contact them email only because there live chat is a hoax to! I keep being told another 2 weeks! This Co is a joke!, & a rip off! They take your money an don't give a product!

The quality of my dress was outstanding! Was worried that due to the price. It was going to be very cheaply made, but to my surprise it wasn't! Love my dress and will definitely be purchasing from dress lily again! It is definitely worth the wait!

Do not order on this site. It has been a month still did not received the swimsuit that I ordered. You log to your account and you see order number but do not have any status. You see under payment although you already paid the items - 0 - is being reflected. It also reflect is being shipped out but no notification whether it is via Post office or UPS. How could you rate how many stars and they do not deserved even half of it.

Actually is the only web-shop i trust. From the first time i ordered, what i received was exactly what i was expecting. In my country is very difficult for me to find shoes that fits my size, but from Dresslily, whatever i order fits me exactly! Honestly i am very pleased that i discovered Dresslily.com.! I had one or two minus problems with the shipping of my items but the Dresslily staff was more than helpful to me. They always reply quickly and are very kind. NOT impressed

Ordered two dresses that were size medium. I am a size 5-7. Received the dresses within the allotted 2 weeks, went to try them on and noticed the flimsy material and the dresses look way smaller in person than on the webpage. The dresses will fit on my 14 year old cousin. I immediately sent a facebook message to the company about making a return. I also sent a message to the company via their webpage and still (1 month later) have not received a response. I was unable to locate a phone number or address which makes me think that the company is bogus. I would highly advise against ordering from here.

Omg I'm freakin out nice after reading all these reviews I have ordered couple dresses from here couple weeks ago and haven't got it yet the trackin number they gave me is not workin I tried and it says they can't identify the trackin number I really hope they didn't rip me off and if they did I will take legal actions against them since my brother is a lawyer never again I will order from them again

What a sham ordered 3 dresses and a top, 2 dresses came poor quality material ordered xl would fit 8 to 10,1 dress never arrived, now the white lace top that looked stunning on the pic, the white material on the back is a different shade to the front its very badly made as are all the clothes and small, your a rip of company.

Highly pissed off!

I ordered something for my sister's birthday in late April (Apr 25th to be exact, and her birthday, the 30th), and requested it to be sent to her address in Daytona, Fl. I was informed that it would take about 5-15 business days to reach her. Time passed on and I checked the tracking number provided, and it is still in "Not found" status! That is scary; it think my package is LOST is beyond ridiculous! I tried calling DressLily and, no answers! (Based on the previous reviews, I guess that's a norm.) I called the USPS, which after being thrown all over this crappy EMS bull***, and I was informed by a representative of USPS that the tracking number is not a US number. EMS later told me the same thing. This means that the package needs to be processed before being provided into the States, just like people. The EMS emailed me, stating that my package have arrived into the States (meaning that it is not lost, I hope) and I just need a USPS tracking number so that it could go over to my sister in Daytona. By this time, she is informed of the package because of DressLily bull**** of a service, and now I have to wait on this tracking number and everything. I am glad to see that others have received their items, and I could only hope the same for me.

Absolute crap scam of a company, ordered 19 march, shipped 24 march still not arrived, I have been in shipping all my life and know that even if my boots were loaded onto a camel and that camel had to swim to Australia with no floaties it wouldnt take this long. Sure the Dresslily staff apologize profusely but in the sentence provide no useful or slightly helpful information and simply handball the blame to china post, seriously? Stay away from dresslily unless they offer a COD service, you pay once you receive the goods.

AWFUL!

HORRIBLE experience, to say the least! First off, i placed my order april 21st and received the first half may 11th i'm still waiting for the second half to get here. The dress i received with the first half looks NOTHING like the picture! The threading is coming out all over the dress, there's a huge hole in the back of the dress and it's see through. The bathing suit looks like something that would fit a 5 year old! Sizing is off completely. NEVER will i order from this company again!

HORRIBLE BUSINESS

Ordered from this website a while ago. I was so excited to have these two dresses. The tracking number says they were supposed to be here a few weeks ago and I've had nothing show up at my door. Very angry and upset, they already have my money. I want my dresses! Never ordering from this site again!
