I have been trying to get ahold of DressLily all month. I ordered a high waisted bathing suit. It says it shipped 15 days ago from Staten Island NY. I live in NY and still have yet to receive my order. Really concerned that it will never arrive. I tried emailing Customer Service and their Facebook Page with no response.
This shirt looks elegant, although a little short, I still love it. Will recommend dresslilt to whoever I know.
I was recommended by my friemds to shop at dresslily, Fits true to size. It was more of a shirt than a dress but it was still a great purchase. I threw on a pair of leggings and it was PERFECT!
I bought this for my grandmother, and she loved it! Wonderful quality and the color is perfect. She says that she feels beautiful when she wears it! Dresslily deserve every compliment
I still haven't received my shipment from them from 04/28/15 it's almost july, and they stated they sent me an email to check my email but they didn't even sent me an email this suks! I give up I'm not receiving my stuff nor my money back because I can't even get in contact with them and when I try to email them it says order number not found, so regardless of how cheap and cute the stuff looks, don't buy from them they're probably scammers or something, I got ripped off :(

I purchased a dress from them before reading all of the negative reviews. First, realize that you are ordering from a seller based outside of the USA and it will take a LONG time to get your stuff. If you are in a rush (as I was) don't bother. Even their shipment estimates are conservative. Double whatever they say. Second, it seems like the clothing is made in a sweatshop somewhere. Quality is questionable. I got lucky and ordered something that came close to the picture. But, the seams were uneven and there were loose threads. Lastly, the sizing is off. It's not accurate or scaled to a non petite frame, so if you are curvy, be warned.
Even though i was "ok" with my purchase and probably got exactly what I paid for, I would not order from them again

Bought a necklace from dresslily, it is much cheaper than our local shop and is more pretty than there, unbelivable.
The jumpsuit is very comfortable, wear it out at night, can't believe it is so cheap, will buy more from dresslily.

First, it took OVER 1 month to receive my order. Once I finally got it, the material was awful and SO cheap! It looked nothing like the picture. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ALSO MAKE IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN IT AND MAKE YOU JUMP THROUGH HOOPS TO DO SO.

Thank God for these reviews! I almost placed an order but just removed all items from the cart and will delete my information after reading these reviews. Even in the "customer service"s responses to some of these reviews they are blaming the customer and responding rudely! This is definitely NOT a USA business and does not deserve our money with that kind of service.

The support staff were very efficient in answering the questions I had before I placed my ordered. DressLily also had great prices- cheapest I found online- and the quality is by no means lacking. Most important to me, the best part is that they offer free shipping! Great value and very reliable.
I lovedthis jumpsuit. Only thing That i didn't like was my nipple popping out. A black bra may be a solution. Overall I enjoyed it. Will buy more in Dresslily.
