I got my package :)) ) it came fast, there was mistake from Dubai Post office, but I sort it out very easy :) Dress is the same like on the photo :) only few things to fix, length and sleeves, in general I am happy with purchase :) Thank you Dress Lilly. And for those who is reading negative comments, it's not a fraud, just be attentive choosing size, majority of us don't look like models! So don't blame company if smth doesn't suit you... and double check your shipment address :) good luck and stay always beautiful :)
I wanted a maternity jacket and didn't want to spend a lot. I read the reviews online and went ahead anyway. I ordered it more than a month before I would need it and was only planning on using it for 2 months so I figured it would be fine if it wasn't the best quality and/or took a month to come in. I ordered this jacket when I was pregnant to use. By the end of the shipping window I had not received it. I checked my account and saw that it was marked as shipped and contacted customer service and was told that even though I was given an estimated date of arrival packages often take longer than that, to wait. I contacted customer service again a month later and was told it could take up to 6 months to receive an order, to continue to wait! I have now contacted customer service for a third time and have been told they will refund only half of my money because it has been so long since the order was placed! DO NOT ORDER FROM DRESSLILY!

Don't buy from Dress Lilly ever. I made this mistake. Their clothing's is made poorly. Sizing chart is way off. I ordered 2 dresses both size small. It took 5 weeks to get them. One dress was to big & the other one was way to small. The material the used was so cheap. Both of them you could see through them. They did not even look like the pictures shown. I have been fighting for over 2 weeks with them to get my money back. I want to return them. They say I have to write in Chinese in order for their post office to get them the dresses back. Biggest BS i have ever heard. They told me they would give me $10 back & keep the dresses. I made a lot more than $10. Please don't shop from them. You will regret it & they will steal your money. The clothing is not like the photos & so poorly made. Sizing is not true one bit.

Guess what? I'm still waiting on my order! I did receive one of the three! Mind you, I did order all three at the same time! Quality of the item I received... terrible! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!
7/30 My first review! If I knew it was going to take this long, I would not have placed an order! My order was placed on July 13th and its now the 30th. After I placed the order, they informed me it would take 10-25 days for shipping... WOW! No wonder why its so cheap! I should have known better! My item took a month to be delivered - which after reading the reviews was not that long (so far not items came in 4/5 are here though). The pictures online are an idea of what dress lily thinks they can reproduce and clearly cannot. The quality of the material is very very cheap and everything is see through. The styles are not even close to the images they posted online and overall review - I would not recommend this website if you are looking for clothes to wear... Lesson learned!

I cannot reach anyone for comment on the status of my order. Supposedly my order shipped on July 8 2015 I have not seen my package and it stated that it would be 10- 25 days and I do realize that it takes that amount time but no contact is really ever made so I will not order another item from this site. I put an order on October 8th, 2014 and as of July, 28th 2015, no delivery, no answer to any of my complain. This chineese based website is just a pure scam. If you are happy to wait for a month or more for delivery, the items do eventually turn up. Quality is generally quite good, but 2 out of 5 items were faulty on arrival.

BUYER BEWARE...
Check shipping policy! It took at least a month for them to get a partial order to me because it's made in China. Product quality was poor. I ordered 3 items on June 13th and one STILL HASN'T ARRIVED! I tried to have them stop the shipment of the last item and they said it was already shipped out and I would have to return it to get a refund... Which means I pay shipping and wait a month after this thing actually comes in. Not even worth the energy and cost to return... Which is probably what they bank on! This is what I get for not checking to see if it's made in America!
Also the one dress that came in was so poorly made the strap ripped when I was changing and I never even got to wear it.
WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN!

I used to write a good comment about this company until I purchased my 4th product from the same company 2 months ago. It never reached me until now. Even though I have written more than 3 messages to the company. They just kept mentioning this is the cheapest shipping rate, that's why it took longer time to reach. But even the product that I ordered from USA has reached me within 25 days (also the cheapest shipping rate), I wonder why this product took so long (China to Malaysia is not really far). Worst, this is not the only product that never reached me, my 5th product (a dress) which I ordered 1 week later from the 4th product, also never reached me up to now. Messages after messages have sent to the company but so far no solution given. I took shipping insurance for both products, but I have no idea how to make claiming as there was no insurance policy received. Really really don't know how long I actually should wait, and doubt my products will reach me. Upset and will not buy anything from this company anymore.
Horrible company. Ship and made in china. Price and picture luring. It was my mistake to trusted them. Dress look horrible and not at all looks like advertise. Dont buy from them

Getting angrier by the day... it's been a month. Based on what I'm reading from other posters, this is not along time. I tried to contact Dresslily to inquire about my order. Uhhh - their phones are not "available" at this time. OK. Tried to submit an online request too. The order #, taken straight from their email does not seem to "match their records". But they sure were happy to take my money.
