I ordered a shirt over a month ago and I'm still waiting on it. Can't get in touch with the company at all. Like everyone else here I've sent emails and tried to submit tickets that won't go through. Never again. I guess this was a bought lesson because I don't have the shirt or the money.
I ordered a shirt 4 weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything about it. I was really looking forward to it. I already paid through pin pal and if they won't give me my shirt I'll at least like my money back.

I ordered few tops on 7th July, 2015. After completing my order, i checked this link and was very disappointed with all the comments. Was worried. I had opted for free shipping.
On 16th July, the product was shipped and there was no update from courier end after that. When contacted dresslily, their response was amazingly polite. And after couple of email exchanges, the courier was tracked. And i got the dresses yesterday.
Every single top is same as it is shown in the pic. Quality is also great. Few tops have size issues, but looks like i picked the wrong size. Yet i can alter it. So i am very very happy.

Of course when i need to start a chat or a ticket nothing is available. I put in a concern and WEIRD my order number does not exist. I try to call and no phones available at the moment WEIRD, I try to cancel my order. This is BS my charge card was charged and NEEDS to be refunded before my order even ships.

Don't ever order from this company not only are their sizes way off way way off the stuff looks cute on line but thats it and to return what a night mare customer service is impossible and their site always kicks you off had to dispute thru pay pal and to return items that actually came from china figures costs 30 dollars to return 4 shirts weighing only 1 lb this is why i will never order from a company not in us In the end 2 months later after going thru all that getting address to return and spending more time to get it sending it back faxing receipt to get refund and spending 30 dollars the shirts got returned to me so i had 4 shirts i could never wear so for halloween i put them on my god daughters and made them outfits they fit them a 2xl for an adult fit a 7 and 9 year old never order from them!

Items mostly.don't arrive, if they do they don't look anything like the item you ordered on the site.
They ask costumers to write positive reviews for them and promise a big gift
Beware, the big gift is just points that can be used on the site for shopping again
It's totally worthless, since a certain amount has to be spent to be able to use the points and then they are worth close to nothing
So just don't believe the positive reviews! They send out messages with links where they ask you to review
Do not order, the sizes are so far from accurate. The make of clothing is not even dollar store quality. You will need to dispute with you credit card company to get a refund. Rated them a 1 because zero was not an option.

I placed a order and paid through PayPal, I also paid for tracking # so I could keep updates on my package. Still never received a email confirming my order, no tracking # and I've sent emails via Dress Lilly customer service email and you got it; no response. I either want my dress or for PayPal to get my money back! I'd really like my dress.

I am sure people say this all the time but I seriously NEVER write reviews...
I am kicking myself for not reading these reviews first... I waited weeks to get 4 out of my 5 products i ordered. 3 of them are see through and the 4th I just don't love the color combo, wasn't how I thought it was going to look. ANYWAYS. Trying to return these items and of course as everyone else has mentioned SUCH A PAIN IN THE@$$. They are asking for pictures and keep saying send the item numbers. No figure it out and send me a label.

NEVER ever ever ordering from there again. Literally the worst customer service and return process I have ever been a part of and I online shop ALL of the time.

I'm so extremely disappointed by the purchases from Dress Lily, as all of my items are poor quality, already failing and cheap material. I have attempted three times now to return my items for a full refund and have not been notified back at all.

Im a fan of discounts and style. I ordered 3 shirts and a pair of loose fitting pants. All are polyester, even the heather grey fabric and none are really true to size. The order arrived in decent shape within the promised time, so no complaints there. I wouldn't recommend shopping this site though. I don't see myself wearing these items, there's no stretch, they don't breath, and the seams are awkwardly bunched. I think I can make these things better myself lol

Purchased a blouse after reading the reviews on their site. Rec'd item and wrote a thoughtful, truthful and informative review regarding the item. Thought my opinions might help another customer looking at the same item. The review was negative based on my experience. It is now a week later and they still do not show it. I think this is deceptive to post only good reviews.

I love the clothes and prices on the site and I have ordered once before, but why does it take sooo long! It has already been more than 44 days, I have no idea where most of the consignment is (except for one item in the long list of 9). I agree that I chose free delivery but that was supposed to take maximum of 25 days. I even paid $2 extra for the parcel status updates but it hardly ever changes. I just hope it arrives before I move to another city in a while, or I will just bid my goodbye to my money and never order from Dresslily again.

Ordered a swimsuit- it arrived quickly but the detail on the netting was laddered and the finish looked as though it was made by a seven year old, the item plus postage cost 34 dollars-the refund they offered me went from 4-8 dollars!- what annoyed me most was that communication was terrible and they only offered me a tiny refund for a swimsuit that I couldn't wear. What annoyed me more was they then threatened only to issue a full refund on the swimsuit but NOT postage if I stopped my claim through Paypal.- you don't need threats thank you!
Paypal awarded me a full refund.
