The quality of the products are horrible and the customer service is worse. I ordered a shirt in medium like I always wear and it was at least 3 sizes too small. I ordered a dress and not only was it 4 sizes too small but there were pieces of material hanging all over it. Looked like shredded fabric. When I complained, they said I can keep the product and they will give me $3 in products. What a scam? This place is a joke. It is definitely a Sweat Shop.

I ordered a tank top and when it finally arrived after over a month it was NOTHING like the website advertised it to be! The colors were faded, the print was horribly put on the shirt, the sizing was way off, and the bow in the back was droopy and crooked and didn't even look like a bow! And now their stupid website "isn't working" after I put in a request to support center about how to return it. TERRIBLE! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM DRESSLILY!

I'm with the lady from before. XL? Yea right! And before anyone thinks I'm fat and mad it didn't fit. My friend who is a size 5 couldn't even fit them. Not only to tight but to short. It looks like it is made for a 5 year old. I can see now why it is cheap. This is ridiculous. This was such a scam and a waste of my money. I will never shop there again. And wrote on facebook so people won't get screwed like I did. I'm so incredibly disappointed. I don't know who these people measure for sizes but it sure isn't any adults. Just don't order from them or you will be just as dissatisfied as I am. I feel sorry for the people that spent hundreds of dollars on this crap. Wow...

Ordered sizes XL. 4 shirts and a pair of leggings. My daughter, a US size 6 could not fit into these. She couldn't even get some of THEM ON (the leggings) Ridiculous. I didn't want to bother with returns after reading the trouble everyone else has gone to. Not worth my time or headache. I've learned my lesson. BUYER BEWARE. Hope you can all learn from my $50 mistake!

I ordered four items from Dress Lily on Sunday 9 August 2015 and received promptly on Thursday 13 August at 9.00 a.m.
The clothes are very trendy and fit like a glove as if they had been made especially for me.
My only criticism would be is that the material could be better and I would be willing to pay more. The prices with free delivery are amazing.

I honestly don't understand all the hate that's going on in some of these reviews. I've already ordered twice with dresslily and I am placing a third order. The items arrived in time, actually faster than expected both times (about a week). For such cheap prices, I don't know what some people are expecting. Sure, the materials are not always the best, but the designs are very pretty and so far they fit perfectly. Attention, the sizes are asian sizes, so they run one size small (so I normally wear S, but order M from this website, and it fits me perfectly), but the exact measurements are all on the website and if you order the wrong size, it's only your fault. Speaking of which, I did order the wrong size by mistake in my last order and guess what, I contacted them before shipping and the item was replaced - so I don't know why people say it's hard to contact them, it's not, at least not by e-mail (I haven't tried phone).
As I said, the clothes look pretty and they don't look cheap when you wear them. Look at this performance music video I filmed, I am wearing a dress I bought from dresslily https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k-BagdIw7m4 Does it look like I've only spent a fiver on it? It really doesn't. Does it look like a scam? No, I ordered it, it arrived, and I'm wearing it. As I said, I am happy with my purchases and I am already ordering again.
Great web page, user friendly and suggests great shopping experience.
My first complaint is the amount of time it took to receive the first item on my order: 4 weeks! After 6 weeks of waiting I still did not receive the second item. After my third attempt to contact them they told me it was never sent and would refund my account. The packaging label indicated my order came from China.
Second complaint: sizing information. Even though they recommend you order a size larger than you actually wear, clothing fit is much smaller. The size large I ordered was way too tight and I am a thin 5'7" 130lbs. This leads to my third complaint:
Returns/Refund Policy? Doesn't exist. Clicking on delivery and return gives information on deliveries, but no specific information on how to process a return. Could not get an answer after numerous attempts to contact them regarding the dress being too small.
Fourth complaint: Communication. Someone will eventually answers e-mails but sometimes it is clear they did not understand your question and therefore provide a response that does not address the issue. The language barrier is evident in the response. They certainly need someone responding to e mails that is fluent in English. I am now stuck with this dress I cannot wear.
What a headache ordering from this company.

I placed an order, then had an email to say it was on hold and I had to send scans of my driving licence and credit card. I cancelled the order as I wasn't willing to do this and received a message to say it was cancelled. The money then went out of my account and when it was refunded it was £5.00 short! It was very easy to order my product from the website. I got my item in a timely manner and was very pleased with the looks and how it fits. I would order from them again and tell friends about the site.
I had made an order in January its now August and I have not received my order. I had made another order right after the first in January but they had refunded me saying they didn't have it in stock after I made a ticket in March asking why it was still pending. They were polite during that exchange and every thing seemed correct on their label for when it sent out so I decided to wait on the first package because of Chinese new year and bad weather. Bad idea... still no package and tracking doesn't seem to work either...

I had a strange feeling since all the prices seemed too good to be true. I truly believe this website posts pictures of models wearing clothes from other websites and sends you a cheaply made (emphasis on the 'cheaply') knock offs. The clothes I ordered were so poor quality I had to throw them away. THROW $35 AWAY! Total scam from China!

1st and last time ordering from here. Review should be a negative number. I should have read the reviews before ordering. I placed an order about a week ago and paid for the faster shipping. Got emails saying thank you for my order and payment successful. A couple days later i get an email saying my order is pending and that they didnt get my payment information. Red flags went up, i checked my credit card and they had already charged it! How can they do that without my information! Odd! There is no number to speak with someone on the phone so I have been emailing someone who answers every 6 hours. Its absolutely ridiculous! I called my credit card because I am clearly not getting this merchandise that I have already paid for.

I got all my items, spent over $140 on this website. The arms were sewn together so that I was not able to try it on. Horrible quality. And as I wanted to send all items back, nobody helped me to solve the problem or gave my any advise to return the items. Such scammers. I'm sooo mad! Dresslily gets a ton of customers by showcasing beautiful clothes on Facebook. I ordered 3 tops (abut $30) from Dresslily before I realized they were based in Asia. My order was fulfilled wrong - missing an item. Also, as with many asian clothes the sizing is way off for Americans and the material is so cheap and flimsy, a warn iron would likely destroy it. I am not sure these scrappy pieces would even hold up in a washing machine. Also they sent no paperwork with the order, again making it extra difficult to find the order number so I may inform them of the error. Who ships merchandise without any paperwork? A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. AVOID!

I have reviewed this business earlier. Just reminding everyone contemplating buying from them to think again. I still have not had my £40 returned for goods returned. There is no phone to contact them and should you post a review they send you an apology and tell you they will sort out your problem. Products are of very poor quality and not true to size. Ordered two dresses in XXL one looks like a small or medium and the other about a large. The material is also very thin and not a good quality. Would not recommend this sit to anyone. I would return the items, but the shipping would be as much as what I spent in the first place. Should have know that the cheap prices were too good to be true for the quality of the products!

The top is pretty. I ordered a size large, but at the bust and sleeves and bottom of the top is like a size extra small couldn't get it to pull over my bust to fit, however the neck was so large at the lace opening. I'm disappointed about this. Sizing of clothing should be measured more accurately. I sew myself and this is definitely made incorrectly.
