Poorest quality EVER!

Paid $US32 (I got the more expensive shipping option) for a black, flowy shirt that, in the picture, went down past the models waist and was quiet loose. I'm not a big girl (5'7 and 70kg) but the XL that I ordered wouldn't even fit my 10yo daughter, not to mention the fact that all the stitching down the seams ripped as I lifted it over my head! DO NOT BUY from this company as it's the purest form of cheap Chinese crap I've ever come across!

You claim to only want to give good service but you don't follow threw with what you are saying. If a customer clearly shows you that the order never made it with in the 10-25 days then send another item out instead of saying you will wait 60 days to see if it was lost in shipment. It is not like I am saying I did not get the item when your shipment shows that it never made it. All I wanted was for the item to be delivered so send it air mail next day so I will be a happy customer and you pay for shipment then give me half my money back for not taking care of me sooner better yet now after 60 days you should give me all my money back so I will be a happy customer.

Most parcel will be delivered in time, but some parcel will be delivered late due to the factor like weather, holiday and peak season which is out of our control.

I recently had an item cancelled after a month of waiting I found out it never got shipped because of a "quality issue" which I was never informed of so I ordered another item which shipped on the 30th of August and after almost another month it's still not here... surprise surprise. Then they also shipped the previous item I ordered for some reason. This is the last time I deal with this company... bottom line if you don't want to wait a lifetime for an item then dresslily's not the place to shop.If I could sum it up in one word I'd say AWFUL but that's not enough.

I placed my order over a month ago, still has not arrived. I tracked the order, has only left China. I emailed the only email address available to find out if I could cancel the order & get a refund or get verification of where everything was, no reply. Very upset.
Just completely disgusted with the disrespect of not being a loyal company. You have an advertisement for your company and allow payments to go through but then don't verify or allow customers to check in, even the patient ones.
Fooled me, congratulations.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

I PLACED AN ORDER THE 1ST OF JULY AND AM STILL WAITING. ITRIED TO GO TO THE TRACKING WEBSITE AND ONLY THING IT TELLS ME IS IT IS DEPARTING TO THE USA. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS TO HAVE THEM TELL ME WHERE PKG IS. I HAVE RECD 1 REPONSE BUT DIDNT ANSWER MY QUESTION. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL MORE THIS WEEK WITH NO RESPONSE. I am a very satisfied dresslily customer. I find their prices very reasonable, I can buy the trendy products I see in stores 2-4 times cheaper here. Quality is usually good. Shipping to Eastern Europe took around 3 weeks, to Western Europe it arrived in just 7 days!
They usually run additional sales offers and you can get points for writing reviews about the products you have received. Shipping is absolutely free internationally which is a big plus for me!
I have checked multiple similar sites - but none of them had this big of a selection to offer, for this reasonable price.
I have already ordered twice from them and I will submit my 3rd order soon.
I recommend.

I see a lot of people getting money stolen from them. Go to www.whois.com > Click on "whois" > type in their url including www.and you will see the website owner is in China.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

I stumbled upon this site like many others - by an ad on facebook. I placed an order on 8/17/15. For the next several days, I continually checked my email for some type of order/payment confirmation. I ALWAYS get this confirmation, almost immediately, when I shop online. Not with this company. I still have gotten absolutely no communication 4 days later. So, I've gone to the website to check the status of the order several times. It has said "processing" each time. I checked my credit card, and the payment has already posted. There is also a separate $1.99 charge for a foreign processing fee which was not outlined in the payment process at all, and I did not authorize this charge to my knowledge. This makes me suspicious, so I google DressLily to try and find some reviews. That is when I stumbled upon all of these awful reviews & people who still have not gotten their products months and months later. I immediately called my credit card company to cancel/dispute this charge, already knowing that I don't want to deal with the headache of what's to come. I won't get my clothes, but I will also not be out almost $100. Buyers beware. Normally I am skeptical & do my research first, but for some reason, I didn't on this one. BIG MISTAKE.

I have some pants for my fiancee a month ago and still no pants. I am now so made with the wait that that want free pants and my money back.
They took my money in minutes but I have been waiting a month for my pants.So much for a surprise for my fiancee.
I have emailed them several times and no reply.
What a $#*!ty company!

XL my $#*!ing arse... $100 down the bloody drain. My 7 yo daughter can't even fit into it and she came first in every sport event this year, another words she isn't over weight so no way in hell am I able to squeeze even just a foot in... Women's size XL jeans isnt even as wide in the length of my forearm. Complete rip off and CBF challenging them for a refund. Will be giving them to Vinnie's for a baby! Epic Epic Fail! WILL NOT EVEN GIVE YOU A STAR. Damn it have to or no review... Even thats stupid.

I am sorely disappointed with the service I've received from this site. I ordered two dress shirts and sweatpants for a party and ended up buying an entirely different outfit due to the ludicrous amount of time I was forced to wait. I have yet to receive my clothing and I'm even more upset due to the fact I paid for express shipping, only to be waiting nearly 3 weeks for it to finish processing. Shameful service, and nearly impossible to garner a response. At this point I don't care if I have to wait another 3 weeks for my clothing, I just don't wish to pay for "express shipping" and not get what I paid for.

Dear dress DressLily:
I ordered the dress in the photo and I received this! A completely different dress! It has seams in the middle in every side and in the waist, which according to the photo you show should not exist. The dress you sent me is totally deformed and I´m sure of my size. I loof fat with that dress and I´m not fat! As you can see in the other picture, that´s how I look like in a dress that fits! I´m really thin and I have gorgeous body and I´m proud of it! I don´t understand how a company could lie in that hideous way! My payment order is LL**************. I payed double to get it faster (7 days) and I got it late. You can check all the e-mails I sent and all your responses saying sorry. This is unacceptable. I want my money back!
