I ordered a dress and 3 shirts that looked good in the photo. The fabric was awful, seams were hardly sewn, actually on one shirt the entire left sleeve was NOT sewn and was hanging open. I couldn't even donate these clothes they went right in the trash. There was no invoice or paperwork in the package so no return and they came directly from China. I can only hope my personal info won't be sold or used illegally.
My order number was LLP**************. At the time I wrote this review I didn't have it, but looked it up in my email. I don't know if the company cares to refund my money, but they are welcome to do so.
Do not order from these people! Its been nearly 2 months and I'm still waiting for my order

Guys don't ever spend your money here! "waste of time and money, I ordered a 2 dress and a bluse... A month after I got one dress looks like was made in 5 minutes because looks terrible,. The other dress was not even what I ordered and came in with black spots all over the dress... And the bluse... Yes. Never got it. I tell everyone this pages on Facebook for clothes from China is all to waste people's money. They don't care because you pay for it already.
Hope someone someday stop this people to do bad business! Dresslily is one of them.

Since my initial review in 9/2015, although they responded on the web page indicating they would correct the mistake, no refund, no further responses. You would do well to stay away from this company. I have never received a refund or the missing item. I have not done business with them since, and they continue to have very unsatisfied customers. Apparently, more people should read reviews before ordering. Their ads pop up on Facebook quite frequently.

Seriously?!?!? Just now reading these reviews, and like everybody else has said, this company is a SCAM! Ordered 2 nice blouses over 2 months ago, that I'm sure I'll never see now. The email stated 10-25 business days... Soooo not true. These business replies, are surely fake, too. They sure were quick to debit the money out of my account, though. I hope the thieves behind this scam get caught and get what they deserve. Karma is a b@#$%.

Don't waste your time or money. You won't get your order. It will sit in China on the tracking and never come. And good luck getting a real response all you get is a computer generated message telling you to keep waiting. Wish I saw this before I ordered. Hope I save some else from this ripoff

I have used DressLily for about a year now, and I find it perfect. The prices are very competitive compared to other online retailers, and the website works great & is safe to use. They have great pieces of clothing and the style is more edgy than most UK retailers, that's why I really like it. And if you're lucky, you can sometimes find clothes that have been discontinued in other places, and they come at a cheap price. What I most love about DressLily is the effort that they put behind their website in the past year. It went from an average online retailer, to a proper website with apps, a sleek interface, order tracking, etc. Kudos to them for the great improvement, but keeping incredibly low prices. The only downside is the fact that it takes long to get parcels delivered, but for me it is totally worth the wait.
Ordered from them twice. The first order was ok so I thought I'd get a few things for my wedding from them, NEVER AGAIN! Paid $80 for express postage which said around 7 business days so I thought I'd allow for a few extra days cause we're rural... and still waiting. It's been 3 weeks and I've sent 2 emails, first one told me that it has been sent so I checked the site a week later as nothing had come and it says order processing, so today they got a "friendly reminder" to pull their finger out.

My order never came... they dont even have a email to try and contact or try and get a refund from. Biggest waste of money ever. Im 19 and work very little hours... i saved up to buy myself a nice dress for my boyfriends sisters sweet 16... Now i have to go out and buy a dress... 42 dollars gone down the toilet. I love this site! I look at it everyday to see if theres anything new for me to order! They provide great customer service if you're not satisfied with your product and they always respond within a day! They're dresses are pretty and I feel very confident in them!

I ordered a dress in January for my daughter. It still has not arrived. I received an email around 2 weeks after ordering that it had shipped from China. I guess they shipped it by snail mail and by that I mean literally attached it to a snail. Pointed it in my general direction and let it go. I am not expecting much if it should ever arrive. At this point, I am interested to see how messed up the dress will be.

I just filed a complaint on their website... I was angry that it took 7 days to ship PART of my order. I paid extra to be able to track the order and their tracking system cannot even locate the shipment. I now realize I "might" have the clothes by Christmas... I was hoping to wear one of the dresses to my sister's wedding in October, but after reading all these reviews, which basically say the same things, I guess I better make other plans. It is a shame -- they have some really, really cute things and I would have ordered again. However, I have ordered other items from other countries and at MOST waited 7 days for RECEIPT! I am very, very frustrated and angry -- I almost wish I could cancel the order.
As someone else said, the only reason they got 1 star is because 0 was not an option.
