It has been 6 weeks and I haven't recieved anything I keep checking the tracking and it hasn't updated since sept 2nd. I will not be ordering anything else from this company, I have ordered from other sites like this and have never waited over a month for anything. I'm giving it a few more days and I'm contacting PayPal to see what I can do.
I have never been so displeased by a clothing site. I ordered 4 dresses from the site to try for a wedding. I paid expedited shipping to receive them in time. They never delivered the dresses! I just now ( almost a full month after ordering) received ONE of the four dresses in the mail ( I paid for 5-7 business day shipping!). I have sent in complaints to dress lily and to DHL ( shipping carrier) for a month and no one will do anything. Everything is coming from China and it obviously takes way too long to ship or have any problems fixed.
Do not order from this website! They are a disgrace to online shopping.
I ordered on the 19th of August 2015 and i emailed customer service i have not heard anything back and still waiting for my order! Everytime i logged on to view shipping status its still processing what the heck! When u purchase something it says 2 business weeks to ship to Australia! Seriously i want my money back if you cannot provide quality customer service. This website/online store should be shut down, reported of fraud and scam! You are STEALING people hard working money! What a SHAME. Believe me people DO NOT BUY FROM DRESSLILY. If u want a great website to shop and get valuable customer and quality services. You will be better off *******@boohoo.com. I would have given -0 if the rating system would have allow me doing so. Disappointed!
I order 2 dresses, 1 playsuit and 1 t-shirt along with a watch. It took about just over 2weeks to get to Australia. Everything was in good condition and I was able to track it as it was always updated. Bit unlucky for those who had a bad experience, but mine was great! I am still waiting for a dress from another online store whose reviews says its great, the best, etc - but I'm still waiting, my tracker hasn't been updated for 2 weeks and customer service hasn't replied.
The only negative thing I would say about dresslily is that their white is see through :( otherwise, overall delivery and tracking was great! And I probably would shop here again.
This website is horrible I would not recommend anyone to use it I ordered clothes a month ago and still haven't received anything emailed them 4 times and I got one reply. They are scammers!

I really like the site of Dresslily.com. - I have bought several times on the site and I have always been happy. The products I have chosen are beautiful and I arrived quickly and in excellent condition, in Milan (Italy)
I placed my order in mid July, now is mid September and my order is not there. The shipment tracking number said that it arrive in US on August 8. No other info posted.

I ordered 3 items which were apparently shipped in 2 separate packages. This was on August 14th and I have not received a single item. I should have read the reviews first... big mistake on my part. Never again.
Waited about 6-7 weeks which wasn't really a problem for me, the problem was that I ordered a large but it wouldn't even fit my 10 year old son...
Also no details on return policies, would cost me more to send it back, complete waste of money.

Dresslily makes it so difficult to return items, most people just give up. This impossibility to communicate with the seller should be illegal. First, your items arrive in a box with NO RECEIPT AND NO IDENTIFICATION ON THE BOX ITSELF. When one goes to the Dresslily website, the instructions for returning items are UNCLEAR, POORLY WRITTEN, AND, I BELIEVE, INTENTIONALLY DIFFICULT SO THE CUSTOMER JUST THROWS HIS/HER HANDS UP AND QUITS WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY HOPE PEOPLE WILL DO.
SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. THE POLICY OF ASKING FOR PHOTOS IS A METHOD TO ONCE AGAIN, DISCOURAGE CUSTOMERS FROM RETURNING ANYTHING, CREATING A PROFIT FOR THIS DECEITFUL COMPANY.
I JUST WANT TO RETURN ITEMS WHICH DO NOT MEET THE STANDARDS WHICH I EXPECTED. WHAT CAN I DO TO COMMUNICATE WITH DRESSLILY? I tried filling out the return form and it will not accept the item number I filled in as asked. I'm keeping the majority of the items, but I want to return the items I don't want. HELP!
Ive been waiting 2 months now for my dress. How much longer do I have to wait this is ridiculous. Not happy at all

I bought a dress and a couple necklaces a few weeks ago and never got a tracking number or email from them. Customer service is non existent from this company. I still haven't received my items. Wish I read the reviews before I spent my hard earned money. As of now I don't expect to see anything :( should I contact the better business bureau?

I never received my order. I waited over two months like they requested. Now I'm having a hard time getting my refund. I had no idea the products were being shipped from china. Regardless, items I purchased from eBay have been received very promptly.
