They sell the products in a way on the website that everything is stunning and great company. However, they "hide" the information that the clothes come from China and the quality is really really poor. Then when you try to return the itens and get yr money back, a lot of msgs are exchanged (yes, at least there is someone doing the customer service!) but then you find out that you need to pay the expenses and you need to send by post, in the service indicated by them and you are not even allowed to use a courier... Even though, they sell on their website:

Can you please give me back my money! I placed my order 08/05/2015 and it is 09/23/2015 and I have not received it! I wish I would have read the reviews first! This is a bunch of bull! AND IN ORDER FOR ME TO SUBMIT MY REVIEW I HAVE TO GIVE YOU ONE STAR THATS BULL... TOO YOU DONT DESERVE IT!

Crap quality

I received my order and the clothes don't look like the website. Colours are disgusting and washed out, shapes of items are wrong, terrible stitching and fabric quality. Yuk!

I was supposed to be sent jeans August 5. I waited and waited and waited patiently for them, as I was told they were sent out. After contacting support often a few weeks after, I found out they didn't even have the jeans in stock due to error and had to wait to get them in stock to send them to me. Selling items they don't have and telling people they are on their way.

I got them finally the very end of September. I was charged for a mandatory tracking number they do not even give you as well. All I kept getting were apologies, my order was "sent out" and 5% off coupons and gift codes to their store.

I have been in contact with them trying to get a refund because the pants are NOTHING like advertised. I carefully used their chart and did conversions to make sure the pants would fit. My sister and I can fit our bodies in each leg almost. The crotch sags to your knees and the lace is held on my a few tiny strands of string. (See pictures) They will only give you credit to their store AND tried to credit me less than I paid. I opened a claim/dispute with Paypal and they are going to fully refund me my money. Stay away from this store!

Crappy thieves

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from this rip off artists company. I wish there was a way to get in touch with them and get my money back or have someone investigate them and shut them down.

Terrible service

Well, once you order from this company, DO NOT Do IT! These are the sequence of events: I ordered in July and they took my money immediately. Then I got an email "Your Order LL************** has been shipped out" That was August 3rd, 2015. It is now September 21st, 2015. You have had my money since July 31st, 2015. I think that is long enough. Send all of my money back. When I tried to investigate my order number was rejected as being wrong. These people are CRIMINALS. The FBI should investigate them and shut them down. So should Facebook.

Too Small
September 22, 2015

Everything I ordered is way to small! I wear mens. Medium so i ordered large because i heard they are too small. A mens large would fit a 10 yr old boy. Unbelievable! Never again. Not spending more money to ship back the order and then to ship the right one back to me all the way from China.

I love the wide selection of clothing and jewelry! I had no issues with my order and I received it within a reasonable time. It's also great that they provide size charts so you can be assured there is no vanity sizing - a small is actually a small!

My Husband received 3 shirts, all arrived separately despite ordering them together.
He tried the shirts on and despite him ordering XL (40 inch chest) they each measured less than 32" across. What a joke, they would not even come close to fitting him. They would not even fit my XS son. Also each item absolutely stunk of fish... The items had obviously been shipped on a fishing cargo ship. Absolute utter disgrace and total waste of money. Now I will contact Customer Service to get these items returned and our money back. Their customer service better be better than their sizing department... Or else I will expose this company to the trading standards office.

It's a scam!

I ordered my 2 peice on August 20th for the races that with be happening this 27th. It still ISNT HERE! I have been waiting and it is know the 21st and still nothing! I u der stand it takes awhile to come from China. But I checked the reacting number and it said it got into Australia. Maybe 2 1/2 weeks ago but it hasn't left from that place! It is extremely annoying to have to wait this long! I'm lucky I only paid $15 dollars on this $#*!y website!

I ordered some sweats and a matching jacket almost two weeks ago and the website still days processing, which means they haven't even sent it out. I understand it takes a while to ship from China, but they haven't even sent it out in 2 weeks! It should've been sent out within a few days! I really feel dumb for trusting this site, and wish I would've read the reviews first. I honestly don't think I'll even ever see those items. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. I'm very annoyed and upset. Discraceful

If I could rate a 0 I would as its a scam, I paid $73 for 4 items 3 months ago & still haven't received anything. Emails get bounced back from there address saying it's not a correct email address. Well how the $@"K can I get my money back. Also how on earth are they getting away with this. Not good enough & not good enough Facebook for giving them the airtime..
