Worst customer service I have ever experienced with online shopping! Ordered my shirts August 16th and still haven't revieved them. And anytime I email them to find out what is going on they just send back some already typed up email, and totally ignore my questions. I will NEVER order from this site again. Wish I would have ready the reviews before purchasing. There should be a "0" in overall rating options for this site.

I was ripped off $123.00. Everything I ordered was 2 size's too small. I returned everything over a month ago. I've sent numerous message's. All they keep telling me to wait. And still I haven't received a refund. They are very difficult to contact, then when you finally do. They lie and say they still have some excuse.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I ordered a dress on August 4th and it didn't come until September 21st way past the deadline I needed the dress. I called the U. S customer service for this site and the didn't know what was going on with my order or why it was taking so long, she told me it would be here september 4th and the arrival date was nowhere near that. Once I finally got the dress it came rolled up in a small bag and looked nothing like the dress I ordered; it was not only a cheap ugly fabric but it did not fall the way the dress did in the description/picture nor was the lace the same. This website is a remake website meaning the dress you ordered will not look the same, they fail to tell you that. NOT LEGIT. I was excited to shop here because the prices were awesome and I found a promo code but DO NOT SHOP HERE. You will not be satisfied nor get what you ordered.

Hello! I ordered 4 dresses on this website. Totally nihgtmare! There'a no such a ugly dresses from cheap material. When i tried to give them back, it cost's me 6 months, 25 letters and. Now my money, sorry, 70% of my money are in they D wallet. What can I do with them? I don't want to see anything more from this site, I just want my money in my bank account!

I have tried various means of contacting them concerning my order and every attempt fails. This place is a total scam and I do not understand how they can remain online "selling" stuff. I ordered 4 clothes from Dresslilly. Unfortunately I did not read these reviews beforehand.
They sent it out as 2 different packages, despite the fact I ordered them at the same time. The 3 clothes I ordered at first was completely awful. The material is nothing like it appears on site, thin, cheap material - you'd find better quality in a pound store. One top which came in one size only was far too small, and had several buttons missing. Bear in mind I am a very thin girl, who can fit into clothes most ten year olds can fit into. And it was too small. The clothes also come from China.
The second package didn't even arrive. Luckily I paid by PayPal and got my money back when I escalated to a claim. I had to ring PayPal though to explain that part of the order had arrived (defective) and part of it never reached me.
They (PayPal) refunded me within 10 minutes.
Don't be fooled by the 1 star - I'd give it 0 stars if I could. The only good thing that came out of this was that PayPal gave my money back. Note I approached PayPal directly, not DressLilly who make you jump through hoops to get a refund.

Don't order from this place. Received the shirt and jacket yesterday that I ordered and not only are they far too small but the quality is so inconceivably poor that I wouldn't wear them if they did fit. The material reminds me of the quality you get from a fancy dress hire shop- thin material stitched together by a one handed blind person with no concept of what centimeter is.

Ordered a dress in XXL, 2 sizes up from what I usually wear, since everything says they run small. Received a dress marked "XXL" but the measurements listed on the site do not match the actual dimensions of the dress I received. It is literally the same size as my 11 year old sister's clothes (she wears a kid's Large). She's currently enjoying the dress, and I'm flabbergasted as to who in the world would call what I received a "XXL". That said, shipping was prompt and the item did match the picture.

I'm very pleasantly surprised by DressLily. Everything went absolutely great, from the very beginning. After I placed the order, the goods were sent the very next day and I got them in almost 2 weeks, very fast I must say! Also, because they didn't have an item I ordered, they wrote me about it and offered to refund the money in my D-Wallet, which was a very good idea.
