I previously wrote a review, saying I contacted Discover to investigate my order, it worked. They could not have responded quicker -- by their one contact e-mail. I got my order, complete and they were begging me to stop the investigation with my credit company, who in turned involved Paypal and they did not want that. That was the credit conduit I took

I order a outfit from dresshead. It took 2 weeks for delivery, and it was well worth the wait. The outfit fit me really well. I will be ordering more clothing in the future.

I order 11 garments and a pair of shoes. I did receive the garments, the quality is poor to fair. The shoes I did not receive at all. The package came with a note that two items were out of stock and that the money was being refunded to my PayPal account, however, I didn't pay with PayPal, I paid with credit card, and the money was NOT refunded. You only get one chance to keep me as a customer and you sure don't do it by ripping me off! I am angry! This is exactly why I hate buying from Chinese companies. They steal and have no respect for the consumer. Never again DressHead. I'm not going to fight to get $20.00 back, but lesson learned. In the end you lose by being greedy!

There's individual shipping fee for each individual Item you order even if you order all at once.
When I did not receive a tracking # on my first email after my order was placed I went back to check all I got was an order # which did not work for tracking fyi so I emailed customer service, asking for one and stated that i did not receive one. Lucia emailed me back say in to 'pay attention this time' which I found very rude and unprofessional. I will not order from this site again

First: I did not receive an item in the order. There was a note in the package saying they had tried to contact me but gmail makes it easy to confirm that NO FOLLOWUP requests were sent nor did anyone call. Second: They said they credited my paypal account for the missing item yet no such credit exists. Third: I ordered 4 pairs of leggings ALL the same size. Of the 3- one pair was so tiny I could not even get them past my upper thighs. One pair fit but had a weird lump due to bad sewing in the front and makes it look like I have a pouch belly. The final pair fit but was SUPER thin and cheap. They were all yoga pants so it's not like they were meant to be worn under something else. Everything was so bad the entire order is going to good will. Lastly- there is no way to review on the site! Any good reviews of this website are fake!

I've been ordering from dress head for about 2 years and I've gotten hundreds of compliments on most of the clothes that I've ordered. You definitely have to watch measurements! And I steam all of the dresses I get instead of ironing them. But aside from that I LOVE dresshead! I've bought multiple items from there as Christmas/birthday gifts and every one has loved their gifts! And worn them multiple times! I've recommended dresshead to multiple people and they've all loved it! I would consider the quality between Rue21-H&M

My favorite on-line shoe store went out of business. I have really tiny feet (size 5) and can never find inexpensive shoes anywhere, so the search was on! I work in a car dealership in sales and walk in all kinds of environments, clean, dirty, paved, dusty, stones, and damp! I found this site and ordered several pair. Oddly enough they arrived ON TIME and were as expected. My only "complaint" was they were shipped in a bag all scrunched up in one package with, but everything "popped" back into shape. Had I read these reviews before ordering probably would not have gone through with it. Now, after reading all the negative stuff I'm almost nervous to order again, and sadly, these shoes fit the bill perfectly... inexpensive so when they get ruined it's not big deal, yet nice looking enough. Not sure if I'll take a chance again or not. I may have just lucked out this time!

Do not buy from this company! Biggest scam I have ever encountered! I ordered 10 dresses from this company, what I received was nothing like what I ordered. You know the running joke about ordering dresses from China? They probably started with this company. The dresses I received were a different style, different print, different color scheme. The material is so thin it could double as a window screen. There were holes the dress where the seams weren't sewn together properly. Strings and buttons hanging off. I opened a PayPal dispute and within days PayPal granted me a full refund. Here's where the scam gets worse though. I would receive the entire amount including the original shipping, but I had to ship the product back to China. Ever ship anything to China? My initial quote was $75-$100 to get it back. My order was $114. I would not be refunded the cost to ship it back. I'm sure this is part of their scam, they know it cost way too much so most people will probably just give up and deal with it. Thankfully PayPal has implemented a new shipping policy where they'll refund you up to $30. With the help of an amazing postal worker I was able to flatten all the dresses into a flat rate mailer and it only cost me 33 to send back. The whole process was a nightmare. Do not fall for the same nonsense I did. I'll add pictures of what I ordered vs what I got, I'm sure you can tell the difference
