This is the biggest scam I have ever seen. It takes forever to get your package then your items, which were supposed to be "good quality" are so cheaply made. Never ever will I WASTE my money on this stupid website again.

Like many of the reviews you have read, you either are satisfied (hit) or not (miss). I landed both. One out of the two dresses I ordered, for my daughter's graduation, was out of stock. I did not have a problem with communication (given the language barrier), and Lucia was very helpful. I was given a full refund for the dress that was out of stock. Also, If you don't get an answer, just be patient and being nice in your emails may help as well. An improvement DressHead can make is to be up to date on items that are sold out or out of stock. This will address a lot of issues. I am a satisfied customer.

I've ordered from them twice. The first time I sent multiple emails about where my order was and got absolutely no response. It was suppose to ship within 3 days and I finally received it 3 weeks later. Thought I would give them another chance so I ordered again. Way ahead of time for a wedding I had to go to in a month. Sent multiple emails again without any sort of response back. So long story short, the stuff didn't get here in

I ordered two items but received only one. I did not get the refund. I can't contact them because they will totally ignore you after they got the money. Is this a sort of scam? Please be aware. I was charged shipping fee for every single items in the same order but the shipping still took 13 days. The quality was unacceptable. The service is the worst and hopeless, so forget about returning.

Ordered 3 different times, always very happy with what I received, it also arrived within a short time, about a week. Once a dress did not fit, Lucia presented me with a fair solution. Have always gotten a fast response from her, never ignored or dealt with in a derogatory manner.
The prices are fabulous and the clothes are stylish, cute, with different, more unusual
Designs than you would find in most stores.
For all you ladies who are complaining - use the size chart, not S - M - L, measure your selves, look at the description of the garment at the lower part of the page, it often tells you what type of fabric it is, a knit will give some - a woven fabric will not. Look at the picture, the models are small to medium height, if a dress comes to the knee on her, it would be a
Blouse or sweater for me, I am 5'10', I have ordered size M to 3X to get a good fit, if you are not sure don't order it.

Once again the best way to end your day is finding a package waiting by the mail. Addressed to you, you slowly anticipate. In the back of your mind, life is already perfect how can it get better? Well, opened package full of beautiful necklaces, feather earrings and oodles of rings! The most pleasurable part is the lingerie that fits just right! Altogether a great day! My heartfelt thank you to this company for their awesomeness!

I ordered a blouse from Dresshead recently. I followed the size chart, usually take a US size 4 or 6 (a small), so I ordered a medium. The blouse arrived & is so small I can't pull it down to my waist. I emailed the company & received a rude response that they had shipped the size I ordered (hard to know as there was not 1 tag on this garment anywhere) & I'd have to return it to HongKong at my expense. They obviously did not think I'd actually return it as they did not mention any return procedure. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. This is a scam company out to get your money after sending very poor quality items. Do not get sucked in by their low prices. They think you won't complain about a cheap (in every way) purchase. If they do send me another larger blouse, I will revise this review, but I will not spend another dime on them.

I have been going back and forth with DressHead support, to the point where they aren't responding. I ordered from this site not knowing the products are being sent from overseas. There were no indications on their site, that would allow me to believe, that I was actually ordering from an overseas merchant.

The website states, that I would receive my products basically within a week, it has been over that, but yet, I still don't have tracking numbers for my other products that I have ordered, they only have sent out one tracking number, pertaining to only one of my orders. I am still awaiting two more tracking numbers.

I emailed support and they responded with some BS, stating that for one of the orders, they were waiting for the shoes to restock. I sent another email in response, telling them to go ahead and send the items and then once the shoes restock, then send them separately, they agreed, but yet it has been 3 days and still no tracking numbers.

I have ordered almost $200 in merchandise from this company and they aren't standing by their claims. Very disappointed in this and once the government reopen, I will definitely be emailing some representatives and filing complaints.
