The dresses I ordered came within 2 weeks. The dresses were as expected for the price. Some were actually better than anticipated. They'll require a bit of altering. But will definitely be beautiful for the occasions.

I ordered 9 items for $108. I ended up throwing away all but one. They do not honor their return policy. Most of the items were WAY too big and poor quality. The product that are delivered, are no way near the product shown in images on their website. False advertising and Fraudulent. It took nearly 1 month for the clothing to arrive. I urge you not to order from this site. The customer service is unacceptable and someone should shut them down!
My orders ship quickly and the items are pretty true to photo. They are quick to respond to emails if there are any problems
The garment comes too beautiful, of an XL, it is my personal size, the fabric is very good that we say and it is supperb.
I was given the 8-12 day delivery time-frame at the time of my order and a tracking number. As I tracked to on Fedx, it was supposed to be delivered November 9th, 2018 (the 10th day). Why when I checked on November 9th, the tracker had a NEW delivery time frame which is more than 12 days... They lied. I needed two of the outfits for an upcoming event and had to settle for a Walmart outfit instead. So frustrating! This is my 2nd time ordering from them. The first time I ordered also was delayed. Unbelievable!
Terrible/rude/slow communication. Dishonest return policy. They want you to pay to ship things back to China. Do NOT order from DressHead. Waste of time & money. Extremely poor quality clothing, you would be better off buying cheap clothes at Walmart/Target than DressHead.
The dresses I got fit perfectly and are the right color and the quality is great. The shirt is very cute what I got and it fits perfectly.

Customer service is horrible.
They aren't quite the quality I hoped for, but they are super cute and comfortable! Just wear a longer shirt to cover the waist band.
The shirt came actually in a more white shade, not really off-white. Some threads weren't cut off, but that didn't bother me too much. Overall it's a cute top and I'll be looking forward to wearing it!

I have never had any problems with DressHead and I have shopped with them 5 times without any problems. Their website is easy to use. They thoroughly understand who their target audience is; (young adults) and always include black models in their images and advertisements which is always refreshing to see. I love you Dresshead. :)
