Total unbelief as to cloth quality. WARNING! Avoid them completely
CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN WORSE. I bought cloths that were completely different from the photos. Photos look glamorous but reality is a a complete joke. Poor quality fabric, very poor customer service who try to impose the poor quality cloths on me, even when it was so obviously flawed. Run from them... it is practically a scam

I should have known for the price, that the quality would be less than desirable. The dress I received was just about see-through. I tried to initiate a return, no response. It took another email to get a very abrupt message stating that I would have to pay shipping to CHINA. Shipping costs from the US to China would cost me more than the dress itself. I had to get paypal involved as they would no longer work with me.

So you guys will know that I had a run in with dresshead.com. I've recently shopped again and the customer service was exceptionally good. They emailed me often let me know where my package was, it was really nice. I think it's because I jabbed them but dresshead keep up the work OK and display this high level of customer service to each and every one of your shoppers. Thank you Dresshead and thank you site jabber!

I ordered 9 items from Dress Head. I received All 9 items in Very Good Condition. I kept tracking my package and I received it on time. I love this Company.

I ordered a dress and pants from them and even paid the extra 7 dollars for 1-2 day shipping. Its been a week and a half since I ordered and my package still isnt here. They sent a email saying 8-12 days IT WOULD COME! I am so mad. They haven't emailed me back since i flipped on them.

Placed an order and canceled right after. They refused to refund me. Terrible People. I even have the email from them saying order canceled.

I received the package. The flat shoes in collor yellow. Stilettos in color beige.
These 2 pairs of shoes fit perfect.

I received these items in expected time. And the clothes are in good quality.
Good luck that i got some of summer clothes and swimsuit at $0.99 because of the promotion of Seasonal commodities on sale.
I would be able to have a wonderful holidays with my family in Australia.

I received my order a few days ago and loved everything except the navy blue butto top shirt. I received a 2x. Which was supposed to be just xl.The color is not as pictured iam just little disappointed in it. Everything else i bought is just wonderful and i'm considering placing another order. Anyway i am very happy i found the site for my purcahse.

It is wonderful site. I found it by accident and tried one pair of shoes from Jamaica.

I have received all of the shirts and they are so nice. I can wear it with the High top pants then i won't have to worry about the length bc it fits great in every other way, and it is very comfortable and beautiful. I would like to thank you for all of your quick responses, it has been be a pleasure to order from Dresshead and know that there is such impeccable customer service.

1.The response is more like five days from your advertised 5 hours.
2. When there is a response it is just in one sentence.
3. There is little to no detailed information concerning returns
4. They take forever to respond which gives them time for the return period to expire hence no refund

Filed fraud charges, they never ship and no phone to contact them. FedEx said they printed label and never shipped after 8 days after it printed. Still nothing but they took money right away. I asked if clothes are in US sizes and they wouldn't respond. I wouldn't buy from them.

I am writing here to express a happy because the clothing and the swim wear fits.
This is me being happy with my purchases from dresshead establishment company.
I have ordered some of them in price $0.99. I am so happy i didn't miss the sales.
