The only good thing about the pieces I ordered is that were delivered quite quickly, I was very excited to open the packages, then gravely disappointed WTF?! The quality is absolute garbage and resembles nothing like the photos from the materials to the actual shape and design. Save your time and money, don't show here.
THE MERCHANDISE CAME, NOT GOOD QUALITY AT ALL. CHEAP STUFF. I ORDER 3 SWIMSUITS THE TOPS FIT SMALL AND THE BOTTOMS ARE OVERSIZED. I HAVE EMAILED THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT EMAIL 5 TIMES AND I ONLY GOT MY FIRST EMAIL ANSWERED, SAYING THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COST TO HONG KONG BUT NO ADDRESS PROVIDED. I'M STILL WAITING!
Like many others, first we didn't get a tracking number and had to connect with them to validate when the items would be shipped. When the items arrived, they were ok, but we decided to return. Again, like many others, the response is to pay return shipping costs to warehouse in Hong Kong with no return address provided. The site says "100% satisfaction guaranteed" -- not true!
There's not too much to say except. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered over 160.00 worth of items from this company, I received the items 2 days before schedule only to be sicken with the sight of everything they sent. I ordered a size larger than what I would normally wear and when I say my 9 year old niece could fit the clothes I am NOT over exaggerating. The clothing that had writing was melted together, the bottoms of my "tights" looked like bell bottoms, I couldn't pull my shorts or pants pass my knee caps. My butt hung from the "dresses" because they were the same size as a larger shirt. One dress had a large whole on the side, so I didn't even attempt to humor myself by trying it on. This company is a complete SCAM, don't waste your time contacting them because it's like pulling teeth from someone who doesn't have teeth, non- existent. I would recommend donating to a charity before donating to this company.
So I ordered a dress and it ook too long to arrive. I checked the tracking and it said it was never shipped. When it finally arrived it was too small. I ordered a Medium and it clearly was not. Now i'm trying to return it as they said to contact them several times and have yet to get a reply. It has been 3 weeks.

I love my order. I received it before time. Everything is just beautiful. I love dresshead, i have been pleased with everything i have ordered.
They take forever to deliver and I couldn't even get my my tracking number. It took them 5 days after the fact to give me the tracking number. Then when I try to track it, the thing say unavailable. My clothes came and they were took $#*!ing small. The material was so cheap. I might as well go to the thrift store.!
My wife and I each ordered a swimsuit on July 4th not know this company was out of China and not local to us in the United States.
I was concerned as soon as I found out that we were either one, not going to receive our swimsuits, two they were going to come in and be a poorly made cheap initiation of the stolen pictures they use, and three they weren't going to fit. Never did I expect to receive a rock with my order for them to gain more money through shipping and handling. The swimsuits arrived today two weeks after ordering. They actually don't look bad and ordering up a few sizes on instinct (from looking at their size charts and because I just had a feeling we would want the extra room) was a good idea because if I had bought my normal size it would have been three or four sizes too small at lease. The swimsuit fits me better than any I own at the moment but it's not a perfect fit. I'm not going to even bother trying to tmreturn the because even though they claim free returns, we will never get our money back. Please do your research on a company with prices that are too good to be true and offer incentives like free items after ordering a certain amount of things.
Shame on you DRESSHEAD for not having the gall to put a review and feedback button on your own website! Not everything is perfect nor does it get the best rating consistently!
I had read many negative reviews about DressHead and I was skeptical about ordering. I did receive my full order (8 items), and the free gifts. One of the gifts fell through my sofa and when I wrote to complain I hadn't received it, they sent me a refund for it. I found it days later and when I wrote to them they said I could keep it. Don't shop here if you are expecting high quality merchandise, but I am as satisfied as I can possibly be with what I paid and what I got. Their customer service at least for my order was pretty good. I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised
I received my 4 pairs of shoes and jewelry sets. L love the materials. They are of good qualities. They are very nice to keep them up and the free speaker is great too.
I just received my order and love everything, i thought i was received wrong bag. Instead gray i received black. After contact " surpport" review and assist with my order history list. I do ordered in black.

I received my orders. I ordered dresses shoes and accessories.
Ordered 4 pcs of dresses. 1 of them in pink color size 2x Florescent Slip Dress. Compares to other 3, it is small on me. I love the shoes. I would love to keep ordering shoes and the watches, the makeup that was sent to me as for free gifts.
I ordered Women's Bodycon Maxi Dress - Wrap Style / Bright Floral Printed. The dress came exactly as shown in the picture and fits perfectly. I am very happy with my purchase.
I tried ordering a dress and their website said i needed to complete my transaction, after I'd already gone through PayPal. THEN they charged me 4 TIMES and withdrew from my bank account 4 TIMES. Then, there is NO way to get in a hold of this company to get a refund. They just took my money and I NEVER received my order and STILL NO REFUND. THE WORST COMPANY EVER. They're a bunch of lying thieves. PayPal is issuing a complaint against this company. DO NOT BUY.
Absolutely love this site! Everything I ordered was sent to me, customer service was very nice, responded fast, made sure I had everything! I will definitely be ordering again!
Horrible! Clothes fit awful and very cheap. Then if you try to return them no one gets back to you. Will never order from them EVER! Oh and takes forever to deliver. STAY AWAY from this company unless you want to lose money. Very very very unhappy with products and service.
I ordered a dress from Dresshead that was supposed to be made of 100% cotton. In reality it was made of cheap polyester spandex and very thin material. It was dark blue but you could still see right through. The seams are uneven, the fabric had snags. Even at their cheap prices, it is still a complete waste of money. Try and write a review on this website and you will find that you can't.
I ordered dresses, shoes and purses. I collected my package in then evening after back from work.
I love all of the stuffs i ordered and i will order more items during the week. I will recommend persons to shop.
