This has been the worst experience ever. I thought i had eveything together i had finally found dresses i couldnt find anywhere and i received them late, they didnt fit, just a quick scan through my long experience. I was trying to return the items for one they were for my graduation ceremony and they came 2 days later that was the first thing is to why im upset, the dresses didn't fit and i looked at the provided measurements, i also had issues trying to get a tracking number and now to sum it all up no one will respond to my emails and i found this is a SCAM PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. The clothing was nothing like the picture only color wise, the dresses were paper thin, they didn't fit i didn't even get into it, there is not customer service number, only email, they are very unprofessional and ruined my day. I ordered in advance so i will have my stuff and got it 2 days after my honoring ceremony. These dresses went to the trash since i got no reply i contacted my bank and i did more research before doing so THIS IS A SCAM! Please please dont go to DRESSHEADS.com
My bank is well known and they disputed the problem asap. They are able to see its a fraud. And it was.

I was scared after reading all the horrible reviews AFTER I had already ordered my bathing suits. Figured it was $80 down the drain but crossed my fingers. After ordering I didn't hear anything for about 5 days - I was waiting for a purchase confirmation. I received an email with confirmation and a tracking number. I ordered on June 4th and received the suits on June 17. The suits are AMAZING! They aren't cheaply sewn and are the same material and quality I get from Victoria's Secret. I am 5'3" and weigh 105 and I ordered some small and some medium. Use the measurement chart below each suit to decide! I am soooo happy with this purchase! I can't vouch for their clothes or shoes but if you need some swimsuits this is the place! Yay!

After reading online reviews I was skeptical, but then realized that there are probably 10 positive experiences for every 1 bad; so decided to give it a chance. The shoes I saw on the website I couldn't find anywhere else; they arrived in approximately 14 days from order and I LOVE THEM. It would be nice if you were given shipping information post order process and the site doesn't clearly identify that they are outside of the United States, but overall my experience was positive

I purchased $85.00 worth of clothing from them. They state free returns on their site and look to be located in California. I understand some people dropship from other countries, but I contacted them and they wanted me to pay shipping back to Hong Kong, which cost almost as much as the items. I also contacted PayPal and opened a dispute. PayPal does not protect their buyers as they want me to pay to return the items to Hong Kong as well. The items I received were horrible quality! See through dresses, swimsuits that ripped as soon as you put them on. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I placed an order. I immediately calcelled that order because I decided to order different shoes (a more expensive order) the ONLY email they responded to said they'd cancel the 1st order. Well the very next day they charged my Credit Card for BOTH orders and now refuse to respond to my emails. I will be contacting my Card to dispute the order they never cancelled like they said they'd do in the response email. And if the order I actually want doesn't ship soon, I will dispute that too! They shouldn't say "order will arrive in 8-14 days" if they wont even ship it in the 1st week...
